Championship - Swansea confirm deal for Graham
Swansea City have announced they have agreed personal terms with Danny Graham and the striker will now complete a club record £3.5 million deal.
Graham, 25, will sign a four-year deal and complete the necessary medical examinations once he returns from a holiday. The deal also stipulates Watford will receive 15 per cent of any profit made on the player in future.
The Watford star was the top scorer in the Championship last season with 24 goals, scoring 41 times in 98 appearances in total for the Hornets.
"We have agreed all personal terms with Danny,'' Swansea chairman Huw Jenkins told the club's official website. "He will have a medical and complete all the formalities once he returns from his holiday.
"Danny has also spoken to Brendan (Rodgers, manager) at length. He is thrilled to conclude the deal and is looking forward to the challenge of Premier League football with Swansea.
"He is a player we have admired for quite some time and as a football club we are delighted to get our man.
"Brendan is looking forward to working with him and there is no doubt he will strengthen our team for the new campaign.''
