Theo Bos claimed his second stage victory in the Tour of Turkey on the final day's racing, with Ivailo Gabrovski taking the overall title.
After claiming the opening stage of the race, Bos won the bunch sprint in the final stretch of the 121-kilometre, eight-lap circuit around Istanbul to claim a second stage win.
Bos finished ahead of Scotland's Andrew Fenn (Omega Pharma - Quick-Step ), who crossed the line in second, with his fellow Dutchman Stefan van Dijk (Accent.jobs ) completing the podium.
Gabrovski won the race having led the general classification for the majority of the race, with much of the damage done in his dominant victory of stage three.
The Bulgarian's title-winning exploits also represent a first ever race win for his Turkish team, Kornu-Torku Seker Spor.
Kazakh rider Alexandr Dyachenko (Astana) finished second in the GC, one minute and 33 seconds behind the winner.
Another Bulgarian, Danail Petrov (Caja Rural) finished third overall, another five seconds off the lead.
