File - In this December 4, 1999 file photo, Barcelona's Brazilian striker Rivaldo, left, battles for the ball with Real Oviedo's Roberto Losada during a football match in Barcelona. Debt-ridden Spanish football club Real Oviedo is appealing to the loyalty of its fans in a desperate last-ditch effort to avoid becoming another victim of poor management and the economic downturn gripping Spain. Oviedo needs to quickly raise almost euro 2 million ($2.5 million) to pay its short-term bills by Nov. 17 or the club will be forced by law to dissolve, bringing a sad end to 86 years of history.
