FA Cup - City hoping FA Cup is start of golden era
Roberto Mancini: "I can say only that I'm very happy for all the supporters. After many years they deserve to win this trophy. I didn't feel we dominated this game. We need to improve but we are very happy. We did a small piece of history of Manchester City. We start now."
Mario Balotelli: "I'm happy. I said to the guys before the game 'we're better than them, we have to respect them and give everything and if we do we're going to win'. All my season was s*** - can I say that? I've played not very well, but today maybe I played more for the team."
Joe Hart: "I couldn't care less what they do at Old Trafford. It's nothing to do with Manchester United, it's about Man City. We deserved to win the Cup, we've beaten the best and we've beaten a very good Stoke side today."
Yaya Toure: "The dream is now... It's fantastic to win. It's fantastic for the history of the club. We wanted to win something and get through to the Champions League. It's amazing."
Vincent Kompany: "Look at what it means to our fans - it's been 35 years. It's just unbelievable. "We knew Stoke would make it hard. All credit to them, they kept the fight going until the last minute, but if you look at the chances we deserved to win. This is how far we've come. If this isn't a step forward, I don't know what is."
Micah Richards: "It's unbelievable. Words can't describe it. We've worked hard all season. Now it's happened, it's unbelievable. This is the first one and this is the most important. We've got to build on this."
Nigel De Jong: "The feeling is unbelievable. We've worked so hard to win this FA Cup, and this was for all our fans. The city will be blue for a long time! We deserved it because we dominated from the first minute, though they came back with their set pieces. I missed out on a World Cup medal in the summer, but I'll happily take this at the moment."
Adam Johnson: "Take a little look at what it means to the fans - 35 years of wait and we did it."
