Derby goalkeeper Adam Legzdins has returned to Pride Park following his loan spell at npower League Two neighbours Burton.
Legzdins agreed a month-long deal at Albion but made just one appearance for the club, suffering a hip injury on his debut against Northampton on March 20.
He returned to Derby ahead of schedule to receive treatment but never went back to the Pirelli Stadium.
The 25-year-old resumed training last week and will be on the bench when Nigel Clough's side face Cardiff in the Welsh capital on Tuesday night.
"Adam was very unfortunate to suffer his injury in his opening game for Burton," Derby boss Clough told the club's official website. "Neil Sullivan, our head physiotherapist, treated him with an injection to sped up his recovery.
"Ideally we would have liked him to have had the opportunity to finish the season with more first-team games and experience under his belt, however we are all pleased to have him back and available for selection again for the trip to Cardiff."
