Portuguese club Braga and Ukraine's Dynamo Kiev are rewarded for vanquishing Premier League opposition - Liverpool and Manchester City respectively - with a last-eight meeting against each other.

The third Portuguese side left in the competition, Porto, will face Spartak Moscow.

The fourth quarter-final tie will see Spanish club Villarreal face off against Dutch champions FC Twente.

The quarter-final first legs will be played on April 7, with the return fixtures a week later.

Benfica and PSV, who have won three European Cups between them, will face the winner of the Braga-Kiev tie in the semi-finals - to be played on April 28 and May 5 - raising the prospect of an all-Portuguese last-four clash.

If Porto beat Spartak and the winner of Villarreal v Twente in the last four then there could be two Portuguese clubs travelling to the Dublin Arena for the final on May 18.
