Stoke will play three friendlies in the United States as part of their pre-season preparations.
The Potters kick off against Columbus Crew on July 24, play Orlando City - who are led by former Stoke favourite Adrian Heath and have manager Tony Pulis' son Anthony on the playing staff - four days later before rounding off their trip against Sporting Kansas City on August 1.
"This is an exciting opportunity for the club, not only in terms of the quality of the pre-season test it will provide for the squad, but also in raising our profile even higher on a global scale," chief executive Tony Scholes told stokecityfc.com.
"It will give the squad the chance to work in excellent surroundings and we know that the opposition will provide a stern test.
"It was only natural that any trip to the States should feature a game against Orlando because of our strong affiliation with the club and this will undoubtedly enhance what is a close association with them."
