Bundesliga - Kaiserslautern snap up Greek youngster
Kaiserslautern have signed Greek playmaker Konstantinos Fortounis from Asteras Tripolis on a four-year-deal.
The 18-year-old Greece U21 international has joined for an undisclosed fee after impressing in his homeland last season, scoring once in 24 league matches.
"Konstantinos Fortounis is a very talented attacking player with great potential, and we hope to bring him along further," Kaiserslautern chief executive Stefan Kuntz said.
"We're confident that he will achieve the next stage in his development as a player working under head coach Marco Kurz.
"On top of that, we're delighted that he was fully committed to joining FCK, despite the interest of other Bundesliga clubs."
