Premier League - Ryo joins Bolton
Bolton Wanderers have taken Ryo Miyaichi on loan from Arsenal until the end of the season, while Thomas Eisfeld has joined the Gunners.
The 19-year-old Japanese youth international signed for the Gunners last January, but spent the second half of last season on loan at Dutch side Feyenoord.
The six-foot-tall attacker made his first two appearances for the Gunners this season, both of those coming from the bench in the Carling Cup.
"He's a very talented young player, who is quick and exciting," Bolton manager Owen Coyle said. "He had a great spell on loan at Feyenoord last season.
"He's a young player with tremendous promise and potential and hopefully at Bolton we can give him a platform on which he can display his qualities."
Coyle will be hoping that Myaichi can replicate the success of another young Arsenal midfielder once loaned to the club, Jack Wilshere.
Under Premier League rules, Miyaichi will not be eligible to play for Bolton against Arsenal in Wednesday night's game at the Reebok Stadium.
