Luke Rockhold is defending his Strikeforce middleweight belt this weekend against UFC veteran Keith Jardine, but really, how much do you know about him? He trains with some of the world's best fighters at American Kickboxing Academy, won his championship in September with a decision over Ronaldo "Jacare" Souza, and Strikeforce brought him up slowly through the ranks.
