Jersey Fouls of the Week: Tim Tebow? On a Rangers jersey?
Sometimes the best types of Jersey Fouls are cross-sport fouls.
We had quite a few of those this week. A Heisman Trophy winner on a Rangers jersey? A Hawks pest on a soccer jersey above? (S/t Andrew Shaw)
They all looked pretty amazing regardless of the strange connection, and seemed to draw a lot of reaction, especially the savior-like New York foul.
Sorry we can’t contain our excitement for what you will see below just because … TIM TEBOW baahahaha
If you want to submit, make sure to email us at puckdaddyblog@yahoo.com or tweet to the hashtag #jerseyfoul. We’ll pick them up, and try to make sure to give credit where credit is due. We’ll throw them up on our Tumblr page!
This week’s top fouls!
3. Tyler Hossa
We know there’s a lot of Wings fans pulling for the Lightning and general manager Steve Yzerman. This is a bit of a reach, which makes it a fantastic foul. Also, Tyler Johnson and Marian Hossa really play nothing alike. Love the duct tape. (S/t @marcospolos4)
2. Nikita St. Louis
This feels staged just for Jersey Foul chasers. It wasn’t even taken at an arena. If it was worn out, then maybe we’d give it top foul cred. For all we know the tape could have been taken off after this photo was taken. Still creative though. (S/t @russiawithglove)
1. Tanner Tebow
If I was a Rangers fan, I’d rather put No. 15 Tebow on my jersey than No. 15 Glass. (S/t @thekevinstewart)
