Tottenham's Danny Rose has had a decent season for Spurs, with the 24-year-old getting a toehold in the England squad after his string of decent performances.
And fans have taken him to their hearts, with the youngster becoming a real favourite of the White Hart Lane faithful.
All that changed in brutal fashion on Saturday afternoon, as the left-back was labelled "scum" by the very fans who should have been cheering for him.

The match between two sides facing the prospect of relegation threw up an unlikely moment at full-time.By Eurosport | World of Sport – Sat, May 16, 2015 16:02 BST
Two relegation-threatened sides battling for survival at the end of the season are usually key ingredients when it comes to creating an entertaining football match.
A game between Spartak Subotica and Donji Srem in the Serbian third division was marred in controversy (of sorts) after a 93rd minute penalty was awarded to Spartak.
The dubious call has been the subject of much debate in Serbia, none more so than for goalkeeper Nemanja Belic who protested the referee's decision at full-time by going over and showing him his backside.

Villa fans bore witness to Sadio Mane scoring the fastest ever Premier League hat-trick.By Eurosport | World of Sport – Sat, May 16, 2015 14:04 BST
Tim Sherwood's much talked about 'win ratio' will have taken a beating after that one.
The Aston Villa manager has reinvigorated the previously relegation-threatened side since arriving at the club in February, leading them to their first FA Cup final for 58 years.
But Sherwood probably wasn't expecting to see his side 4-0 down at St Mary's after just 26 minutes, neither was he expecting Saints striker Sadio Mane to score the Premier League's fastest ever hat-trick.

David Beckham isn’t known for letting his guard down.
A model professional over the years, the former England captain has a way with the media that makes him likeable without causing too much of a stir with him answers.
But during a feature called ‘Three Ridiculous Questions’ with US television host Jimmy Kimmel, that all changed.
After swatting aside questions on the fruit he could kick the furthest and his favourite spice – Posh, predictably – he was asked: “are you capable of taking an ugly selfie?”
“No”, Beckham cheekily replied, before admitting, “of course I do, yes.”
