    Time:90'
    • AC Milan
    • Málaga CF
    • 90+4' A good result for Malaga who held on for a crucial point at this famous stadium and that is enough to take them through to the next round.
    • 90+2' Mexes is caught offside and then smashes into Weligton for no reason. He was lucky the referee did not react to that.
    • 89' Referee Webb has told his assistant to signal four minutes of added time. It's tense at the San Siro, both team want a goal.
    • 88' Both teams are going for it in the final minutes, Seba raiding forward on the left for Malaga and almost finding a way into the box, then a wayawrd pass is cleared by Milan.
    • 87' Two corners in a row for Milan as Pato wins a second. Montolivo delivers the cross and Demichelis heads clear.
    • 86' Camacho blocks a shot and Milan have a corner.
    • 85' Malaga are unable to retain the ball, but they have pushed up to try and take the pressure off their defence.
    • 84' Robinho is trying his tricks down the left, though he is unable to find his way through at the moment.
    • 83' Bojan goes in search of that winner with an attempt on goal, but Malaga clear the danger.
    • 82' A spell of possession for Milan who sense they have to get a winner here to avoid complications later in the group.
    • 81' The last substitution of the night is made as Seba comes on to replace Joaquin for Malaga.
    • 80' Robinho has ten minutes to work some magic as he comes on for Emanuelson.
    • 78' De Sciglio then gives away a cheap free kick for a foul on goalscorer Eliseu.
    • 77' Bojan is getting frustrated and concedes a free kick for a foul on subsitute Toulalan.
    • 76' Another excellent save from Willy in the Malaga goal, keeping out Boateng who earned himself a yard of space from marker Jesus Gamez and smashed the ball towards the Malaga goal.
    • 75' Iturra departs and is replaced by Jeremy Toulalan for Malaga.
    • 74' GOAL!!! Pato heads in an equaliser from close range at the far post as Constant picks him out with a brilliant cross from the left. A nice goal that.
    • 72' Boateng is caught offside from a long punt forward.
    • 71' Willy tips a Mexes cross over the bar when there was time to save it but he was unsure and opted for safety first. The corner comes to nothing for Milan.
    • 70' Santa Cruz has a chance straight away but his tame effort rolls into the hands of Milan goalkeeper Abbiati.
    • 68' Santa Cruz scored twice as Malaga won 4-3 at third-tier CP Cacereño in the first leg of their Copa del Rey round of 32 tie on 31 October. The return takes place at La Rosaleda on 28 November.
    • 67' Roque Santa Cruz comes on for Saviola.
    • 65' Sanchez had fouled Emanuelson who gets up and fires a free kick at goal, Willy again saving his team as the shot was on target.
    • 64' The bookings are evened up as Webb books first Weligton and then Sergio Sanchez.
    • 63' El Sharaawy departs and Kevin-Prince Boateng enters the play.
    • 62' Indeed Malaga are one of those sides who play beautiful Spanish style football but are experts in 'gamesmanship'.
    • 61' Webb took his time getting the card out for Iturra there, Malaga were doing nothing but fouling their hosts for a good five minutes.
    • 60' Malaga's fourth-place finish last term was their highest in the Liga. The team's previous best of seventh came in 1970/71 and 1973/74. They ended 2011/12 with 58 points, beating 2000/01 previous top-flight best of 56.
    • 59' Eventually Webb has seen enough from Malaga and books Iturra for a foul on Bojan.
    • 57' Seconds later Iturra concedes a soft free-kick for a foul on Pato, then Eliseu is punished for a foul on Mexes.
    • 56' Webb is a busy man too in the middle of the park as this is getting feisty, Gamez is penalised for a foul on Emanuelson.
    • 55' Isco nutmegs his man and bursts forward, with the busy Montolivo eventually tidying up for Milan.
    • 54' A Milan corner taken by Emanuelson reaches Montolivo who then gives the ball away cheaply with a flicked effort.
    • 53' Riccardo Montolivo goes in late on Camacho and therefore goes into the book.
    • 52' Malaga are pinned back in defence as Milan have started brightly in the second period of this game. El Sharaawy gets a half chance as he dances around in the box and then fires wide.
    • 50' Emanuelson should equalise with a great chance on his left foot and only the goalkeeper to beat, Willy gratefully collecting as the Milan player fires straight at him.
    • 49' Pato tries to wriggle free in front of the Malaga penalty area and Ignacio Camacho comes across and blasts the ball away.
    • 48' A Milan corner bobbles around in the Malaga box before dropping to El Sharaawy whose shot smashes into the nearest defender and away from danger.
    • 47' Milan have lost five of their first eight Serie A matches this term, their worst start to a campaign since 1941/42, so it is little surprise their fans were jeering them off at half time. They need an early second half goal here.
    • 46' Webb blows his whistle to start the second half and Malaga take the kick-off, losing the ball immediately to give Milan a throw-in.
    • 45+1' Malaga goalkeeper Willy took an age to take that goal kick after Emanuelson shot over the bar. The Milan fans end the half whistling at their players to show their disappointment.
    • 44' A decent late effort from Emanuelson just before half time, the Milan player firing just over.
    • 43' Plenty on noise from the Milan ultras as they try to raise the spirits of their team before the break.
    • 42' Emanuelson gets booked by referee Webb for a foul on Saviola.
    • 41' This young Spanish starlet Isco is some player. He made that goal for Eliseu, who had the easiest of tasks to place the ball past Abbiati to make it 1-0 from inside the box.
    • 40' GOAL!!! Excellent play from the brilliant Isco cutting across the Milan defence from the left and playing in Eliseu who slips the ball into the net.
    • 38' This game hasn't really got going so far, as we near the end of this half... the teams weighing each other up.
    • 37' El Shaarawy has just made a good run up the left for Milan, but the ball eventually ran out of play for a goal kick.
    • 35' El Shaarawy was also on target against Chievo at the weekend, taking his tally to 12 goals in 15 games for club and country. He marked his 20th birthday by scoring the only goal as the Rossoneri beat Genoa CFC on 27 October and also registered on 30 October as Milan came from two down to draw 2-2 with US Città di Palermo. The Italian Egyptian made his competitive debut for Italy as a substitute in the Azzurri's 3-1 win in Armenia on 12 October.
    • 34' The Dutch midfielder was booked for elbowing Manuel Iturra in an aerial challenge but it looked harsh. De Jong received a similar blow from Iturra at the same time but the referee penalised only the Milan player.
    • 33' De Jong is the first man to receive a yellow card, booked by Webb for using his elbow.
    • 32' Bojan scored his first for the club while Giampaolo Pazzini ended a run of 12 games without a goal as Milan beat AC Chievo Verona 5-1 on Saturday. Bojan has looked the brightest of Milan's forwards so far, whereas Pazzini is on the bench of course.
    • 31' A nice move sees Joaquin and Isco momentarily unlock the home defence and get into the box, then Mexes intervenes and clears the ball.
    • 30' Malaga are the only team still to concede in this season's group stage. The southern Spanish side did not concede in qualifying either, so have kept a clean sheet in all five of their European Cup games.
    • 29' Joaquin works hard for Malaga dropping deep to help his teammates out. Malaga are patiently building in midfield, slowing the game.
    • 28' At 19 years and 342 days, El Shaarawy became Milan's youngest UEFA Champions League goalscorer when he struck against FC Zenit St Petersburg on matchday two.
    • 27' Emanuelson takes the resulting corner kick and Malaga clear their lines. Isco raids forward and is eventually outnumbered by Milan defenders.
    • 26' A brilliant Urby Emanuelson free kick is saved by Willy who has kept out two great shots thus far.
    • 25' De Jong is much tighter to Isco now and that has shifted the balance of the game totally. Pato now wins a free kick just outside the Malaga box as Demichelis floors him.
    • 23' Milan are in charge at the moment after Malaga's bright start. Sub De Sciglio is keeping Eliseu busy down the Milan right wing.
    • 22' Malaga have only ever lost one match in European competition, winning nine out of the 13 they have played. A proud record they will have to work hard to defend this evening.
    • 21' Nigel de Jong is starting to stamp his authority on the midfield having identified Isco as the early danger man for the visitors.
    • 20' Bojan is pulling the strings as Milan have come to life. Desperate defending from Weligton in the Malaga defence to keep out Stephan El Shaarawy who finds some space in the box.
    • 19' A superb save from Malaga goalkeeper who dives to his left and keeps out a good long range effort from former La Liga star Bojan Krkic.
    • 18' Malaga are one of three clubs making their debut in the group stage this season, along with Montpellier Herault SC and FC Nordsjælland.
    • 16' A strong run forward from Eliseu sees the Portuguese player reach the Milan box, before he tries a cheeky chip. Abbiati collects without any stress though.
    • 15' All Malaga at the moment, with the bright young Isco enjoying himself in the middle of the park on this great European stage.
    • 14' A good piece of combination play between Saviola and Joaquin sees the latter winding his way into the Milan box. Constant clears the danger.
    • 13' Milan’s Daniele Bonera and Philippe Mexes will incur a suspension with their next bookings. Malaga’s Martin Demichelis and Manuel Iturra are also both within a booking of a ban. No yellow cards yet tonight though.
    • 12' Malaga have lost just one of their six European away matches (W4 D1 L1), conceding just three goals.
    • 10' Pato chases a long punt forward almost stopping it just on the byline on the left. The Brazilian was in a great position had he controlled, the ball just eluding him eventually.
    • 9' The famous San Siro stadium is nowhere near full tonight, there are empty seats everywhere.
    • 8' Milan have won none of their last five Champions League games at home to Spanish opponents (D3 L2), but all those games were against Barcelona or Real Madrid.
    • 7' Malaga will be the happier of the teams so far as they have started better and Milan have had to readjust due to Abate's early injury.
    • 6' Malaga are the fourth debutants to win their first three games in the UEFA Champions League, after AC Milan (1992/93), Paris Saint-Germain FC (1994/95) and Juventus (1995/96).
    • 5' Joaquin has won a corner on the right and takes it himself, only for Philippe Mexes to head it clear. Meanwhile Milan have had to make an early substitute as Ignazio Abate is injured. Mattia De Sciglio replaces him.
    • 4' Milan have scored 395 goals in the European Cup.
    • 3' Kevin Constant raids up the Milan left and overhits the ball which runs out for a Malaga goal kick.
    • 2' From the free kick Malaga captain Weligton misses the target, putting the ball well over Christian Abbiati's goal.
    • 1' An early burst forward from Javier Saviola who wins a free kick on the right.
    • 0' The game gets underway with AC Milan in their traditional red and black stripes and Malaga wearing their usual blue and white home kit. Tonight's referee is Howard Webb.
    • 19.40 MATCH ODDS: Milan (23/20), Malaga (12/5), Draw (12/5).
    • 19.35 Stat time: There have been seven penalties awarded in Milan’s last 10 Champions League matches, six for their opposition. Malaga have only conceded four goals in 13 matches in their entire European history.
    • 19.30 Robinho has resumed training earlier than expected following the thigh injury he suffered in October, but he is only good enough to be a substitute this evening. Luca Antonini remains out with a similar problem.
    • 19.25 Malaga have the joint-best defensive record in La Liga, in which they lie fourth, and they have yet to let in a goal in five Champions League matches. They are boosted by the return to fitness of France midfielder Jeremy Toulalan who has been out of action since September with a thigh muscle injury and is on the bench tonight. Nacho Monreal (back), Julio Baptista (Achilles) and Recio (virus) are all out.
    • 19.15 Manuel Pellegrini (Malaga manager): "If we play for a draw, we will lose. We'll try to win and play our game. Milan have a great tradition and history – much more illustrious than Malaga – but we have nine points on the board, and it won't be history that takes to the field. It will be very difficult for us, but I'm not worried."
    • 19.10 Massimiliano Allegri (AC Milan): "Malaga have a very good chance of getting through, but the group is still open. They have a lot of quality as they showed in our last game (Malaga won the game 1-0). We have to improve in attack. Victory against Chievo was very important for us, but we have to be humble because we have a lot of work to do. Some players need to improve. Three wins may not even be enough to win the group, but now we are focused on qualification."
    • 19.05 After a slow start to the season in Serie A, AC Milan go into the match with Malaga at the San Siro with plenty still to play for in Group C of the UEFA Champions League. Milan sit second in their group but they are five points behind their visitors from Spain in the group standings after three games. Malaga have made an amazing start to their first Champions League campaign having won their opening three matches without conceding a single goal.
    • 19.00 Statistic from UEFA: ‘Milan's goalless draw against RSC Anderlecht on matchday one was their fifth clean sheet in their last six home fixtures in the UEFA Champions League. Málaga, meanwhile, have yet to concede in five games in the competition, having overcome Panathinaikos FC 2-0 on aggregate in the play-offs.’ Does that mean we’re in for a low scoring match tonight? Time will tell.
    • 18.55 The other game in this group tonight is Anderlecht vs Zenit St Petersburg at the Stade Constant Vanden Stock in Belgium. Follow Anderlecht vs Zenit St Petersburg live.
