    • 19.35 As for Antonio Conte, he believes his Juventus team are the clear underdogs but is hopeful they can rise to the occasion. He told reporters: "We know we're outsiders and that we're up against one of the main contenders. This is a chance for us to pit ourselves against the best and see how far we still have to go. It is the first time in a long while that we play in a Champions League quarter-final. Of course we are underdogs against one of the big favourites, but we have not come here to lose."
    • 19.30 He continued: "Juventus are very, very strong opponents. They are physically extremely powerful and can do a lot of running. [Andrea] Pirlo is the brains of the operation, but there are plenty more good players in the squad - I think at least seven who play for Italy."
    • 19.28 Jupp Heynckes raised a few eyebrows in his pre-match press conference when he spoke of his late nights in bed with 'the old lady'. The experience has left him in no doubt that his side face a tough task if they are to make the last four of the competition. He said: "I have been to bed these last few nights with the Old Lady and I have woken up with her too - I did a lot of research on her, I studied her most recent games and was impressed. But we are having an outstanding season too."
