    • 90+3 That's it - Celtic win 2-0 to take charge of this play-off, Neil Lennon's side big favourites for the group stages now.
    • 90+2 A weak defensive header from Rogne lets Accam in but his dribble ends as Mulgrew clears. Nervy ending for Celtic but Watt runs it out on the right wing.
    • 90+2 Forrest is called offside off Forster's punt upfield but that seemed to come off one of the home defenders. No way the ref would have seen that.
    • 90+1 Corner to Helsingborgs as the officials signal three added minutes. Punched clear by Forster.
    • 90' CELTIC SUB: Watt comes on for Commons, who limps off the pitch but should be okay.
    • 89' Commons has gone down in midfield after he was caught late by Alvaro. The ref was right in front of that but missed it. Ah, no he didn't - a belated booking.
    • 88' CELTIC HIT THE BAR AGAIN! Mulgrew this time with a right-foot drive that fizzed off the crossbar. Commons involved again. This has morphed into a deserved victory for Celtic, who have been the better side in the second half.
    • 87' Now the hosts break but Alvaro's shot is straight at Forster. An easier save.
    • 86' Commons sends Forrest scuttling away down the right, he cuts inside and unleashes a vicious drive that Hansson does well to parry!
    • 85' Forster punches the next corner clear but he was pushed, says the ref, and Celtic have a free-kick.
    • 84' Vuronen takes the corner, which Djurdic flicks on but blocked once more for a corner.
    • 83' Celtic make a habit of bunching, ball-watching, which will see them punished by better sides. Even when sitting deep and defending, they lose shape at the back leading to a rather desperate block and a corner that could have been avoided.
    • 82' Decent cross from Vuronen that Djurdic attacks but Izaguirre stays goal-side of him to shepherd it behind for a goal kick.
    • 81' Hacked away by Mulgrew as the hosts try to pass their way in.
    • 80' Commons tries a cheeky chip but it flies over and the keeper scrambles it for a quick goal-kick.
    • 79' Free-kick to the hosts but all it yields is a goal kick fo Celtic.
    • 78' Hooper is back defending, he releases Samaras who flicks it past the right back, wonderful touch, and he's clean through, cuts inside and curls a finish inches past the far corner! He had support and should have used it.
    • 77' Helsingborgs react by lumping it into the Celtic box but the keeper Forster is equal to that.
    • 75' GOAL CELTIC! Samaras with the header from Commons's corner! Majestic leap from the bearded adonis to all-but end this tie, across the keeper and in.
    • 74' Good run by Hooper on the right, Commons has come up in support but a timely saving tackle from Atta concedes a corner.
    • 72' Great cross from Vuronen on the left and a flying Bedoya arrives far post but his header, from an angle, is straight at Forster!
    • 71' A rare effort from Celtic as Commons drills a low shot too close to Hansson.
    • 70' Gashi has to be careful - already booked he gives away another free-kick on the Celtic right.
    • 68' David Accam, 21, was playing non-league football in England last season, as he happened to be studying there. Funny how players slip through the system and pop up playing in the Champions League for Swedish sides.
    • 67' Terrible finish from Accam after the hosts carve Celtic apart through midfield. Lovely cut-back from Bedoya to the edge of the box, but the Ghanain skied it.
    • 66' CELTIC SUB: Wilson on for Ledley as Celtic switch to a back three/five.
    • 66' HELSINGBORGS SUB: Alvaro on for Sorum. Simple forward switch.
    • 65' Celtic are able to clear but the match seems to have swung back to the first-half pattern with Helsingborg asking the questions.
    • 64' Vuronen takes it again and Samaras is defending once more, behind for a corner.
    • 63' The free-kick is taken by Vuronen and it's easy for the keeper Forster. Accam catches Ledley as they challenge for the ball, and that was a heavy landing for Ledley. Helsingborgs inexplicably get the free-kick.
    • 63' HELSINGBORGS SUB: Accam, a midfielder, comes on for Wahlstedt.
    • 62' Sorum races away but Rogne gets goal-side of him. The Norwegian flicks it and compatriot Rogne handles. It was set to send Djurdic through, but the ref decides it was not at that stage an opportunity and thus shows a yellow card.
    • 61' Forster is hardly being slow in retrieving the ball for the goal-kick but the home fans are desperate to get him sent off. The somewhat pretentious ref doesn't help himself though.
    • 60' Sorum drags a low shot wide when he should have looked right to the overlapping Bedoya. Nice overall move though.
    • 59' Good defending from Mulgrew as Helsingborgs get their first ball into the box for some time now.
    • 58' Celtic certainly look more confident in possession this half, if only they can cut out the defensive errors.
    • 57' CELTIC HIT THE BAR! Ledley with the looping header after a short-corner from Commons to Forrest catches Helsingborgs napping.
    • 56' Corner to Celtic on the right, Commons is over it as the defenders come up...
    • 55' Better from Celtic as they keep the ball at the right end of the pitch. The ball is moved from left to right before Samaras runs on to it, but he can't work the chance and it's cleared. Now Forrest picks it up but he sends a long-range shot well wide.
    • 54' Ledley arcs the free-kick in but Mulgrew's flick-on is straight at the keeper.
    • 53' Gashi is the first home player to see yellow for a late slide on Samaras.
    • 51' Andersson with a right-foot shot from the edge of the box that fizzes wide of the post with Forster diving across. Good hold-up play from both Sorum and Djurdic.
    • 50' Mahlangu with a low drive from the edge of the box that Forster parries before claiming low, and he had to as Sorum was sniffing about.
    • 49' A touch more positive from Celtic at the start of this half, a higher line and a more snappy presence from Forrest.
    • 48' Mahlangu leads a Helsingborgs charge, wide to Andersson but his cross is a bit weak and while the South African connects, it is easy for Forster to gather.
    • 46' The second half is underway.
    • - CELTIC SUB: Not unexpected as Kayal is withdrawn for youngester James Forrest, which changes their shape and renews a flagging midfield. Remember, Kayal has been injured nad looked a touch below-par.
    • 45+2 Celtic have a free-kick but there's no time to take it, they lead 1-0 at half-time thanks to Kris Commons's early finish.
    • 45+1 Djurdic is in a lot of space wide left, but his looping cross is woeful, veering out for a goal kick.
    • 45' One minute added time being played, all a bit scrappy and muted now, which will suit the visitors.
    • 43' Gashi with a long pass to release Andersson on the left but his near-post cross is easy for Forster.
    • 42' Samaras is booed heartily as he cuts in from the left. His low ball for Hooper is cleared but that is poor from his team-mates - there was no late support from midfield, Samaras was hanging on to it but only had a well-marked Hooper to aim for.
    • 41' Helsingborgs now dominating possession, Celtic seem a touch blinded by the home crowd. They need to get hold of the ball, which they are not doing. Still, it's 1-0 so they'll be happy with this at half-time!
    • 40' Andersson sends a ball between the lines that almost causes trouble but Mulgrew deals with it.
    • 38' Djurdic harasses a somewhat languid Izaguirre into conceding a corner. Uronen to take this one from the right, Atta meets it at the far post but he was shoving his marker Brown.
    • 37' ... Which they do effectively until Gashi fouls Brown. Taken short as Izaguirre pops up on the left, but given away. Scrappy from both sides now.
    • 36' Celtic on the counter now, but Kayal is all alone - he holds it up well and manages to offload to Samaras, and with the cavalry in tow Celtic opt to play keep-ball.
    • 35' Good defending by Mulgrew this time as he heads Andersson's cross clear.
    • 34' Forster is booked for time wasting. Seems odd that he'd be up to that sort of tomfoolery so early, but Commons has been delaying free-kicks too.
    • 33' Djurdic with a turn and pass to Wahlstedt overlapping, his cross is cleared but only as far as Djurdic who fires a rising drive just wide! Poor defending from Kayal.
    • 32' Very testing ball in from Commons, his right-wing free-kick just about palmed away by the keeper under pressure from Rogne.
    • 31' Celtic have a free-kick and, once more, they take their time over it...
    • 29' Bedoya heads about a yard wide after Andersson's tentative cross is met by the American. Poor defending by Celtic in the build-up - particularly Matthews.
    • 28' Uronen to send this back stick but Samaras is defending and heads it clear.
    • 27' Mulgrew with a foul on Djordic, and a booking for the Scotland defender. Free-kick Helsingborgs on the right wing...
    • 26' Mahlangu is sat on the turf asking for a penalty but it was a fine challenge from Matthews after the initial error. Mahlangu should have scored - he dithered, allowing the right-back to get back and recover.
    • 25' Commons sends it to the far post but there are no Celtic players there. Cleared by Sadiku and Matthews slips again! Mahlangu is clean through, he must score as he's one-on-one but a terrific recovery challenge from Matthews, who slides back to hook a leg around the South African and win the ball!
    • 24' Celtic have some breathing space after winning a corner on the left through Samaras. Commons to take and he takes his time...
    • 23' Gashi almost sends Djurdic through with another good ball but Rogne is equal to it.
    • 22' Helsingborgs now look like the home team, with Celtic sitting deep and beckoning the Skane side on.
    • 21' GREAT SAVE FORSTER! A slip from Matthews let Sorum clean through but Forster spread himself, a huge immovable object that Sorum could not beat. Terrible defending, mind, although Djurdic's through-ball was very cute.
    • 20' Andersson tries a lofted ball in for Sorum but Rogne clears by taking it on the thigh and clipping the ball away.
    • 19' Sadiku initially clears, but only as far as Commons who returns the ball. Gashi half-clears and it falls for Ledley but his off-target shot goes out for a goal kick.
    • 18' Celtic now have a free-kick on the left, which Commons will send in.
    • 17' Sorum flicks it inside from the left wing but Rogne and co are able to clear.
    • 16' Ledley with a good flick on that releases Hooper but the bounce catches him out, he handles and it's a free-kick to the hosts.
    • 15' Rogne gives it away, and the Swedes break - in the end it's Bedoya who has a crack, but Forster gets down well to block the low shot with his feet.
    • 14' Commons does well to create space for a shot from the edge of the D, but he gets the execution wrong, hammering the ball well wide.
    • 13' Mulgrew loses Djurdic, who shows why he scored 12 goals in the last 18 Norwegian League games with a speculative drive at the near post, Forster getting down to block.
    • 12' Some meaty challenges fly in from both sides as Matthews tackles Gashi before Bedoya goes in on Samaras.
    • 11' Great cross from Matthews but a flying Samaras is just unable to connect with a header at the far post!
    • 10' Celtic look more like the home side as they attack with relative frequency. They can certainly mix it at this level, but can they concentrate?
    • 8' The Swedes have a free-kick on the right which Wahlstedt will curl in, but it is always going out and Forster watches it sail by.
    • 6' Hooper with a neat flick inside Atta from the right wing but he's penalised for a foul.
    • 5' Djurdic, who only signed for the hosts this week, is down... knock on the head, he'll be okay to continue.
    • 4' Free-kick to Helsingborgs on the left but Andersson's ball in is cleared first time.
    • 3' That goal came after Helsingborg were caught short in the right-back position, Sadiku all over the place as Samaras exploited the space between him and the centre-backs. Fine cross from the Greek all the same, and a glorious finish from the Scotland midfielder into the ground and past the keeper.
    • 2' GOAL CELTIC! Commons with a fantastic volley from the right side of the box after a smart run and cross from Samaras on the left! Great start!
    • 1' The first half is underway!
    • 19:42 Tonight's referee is Olegario Benquerenca of Portugal. He is 42, and he is known for not taking any nonsense dissent-wise.
    • 19:40 MATCH ODDS: Helsingborgs (9/5), Celtic (9/5), Draw (23/10)
    • 19:35 If you have anything you'd like to chat about before or during this match (like who Henrik Larsson will be supporting tonight), you can find me on Twitter @Reda_Eurosport. FOLLOW ON TWITTER!
    • 19:30 FACT: The aforementioned Edman played for Sweden alongside Celtic assistant Johan Mjällby - both were in their country's Euro 2004 squad.
    • 19:25 FACT: Helsingborgs have never faced Scottish opposition in a competitive match before, ditto Celtic with Swedish opposition. Helsingborgs did beat a British side in pre-qualifiers though, The New Saints FC of Wales, while Celtic beat Finland's HJK in the previous round.
    • 19:20 FACT: Celtic have not been in the Champions League group stage since the 2008-09 season, having lost to Arsenal and FC Braga in the next two play-offs.
    • 19:15 FACT: Helsingborgs' last run in Europe came in 2007-08, when they reached the last 32 of the Europa League.
    • 19:10 FACT: Helsingborgs last qualified for the Champions League group stage in 2000. Then they stunned Inter Milan in the play-offs. Three of that team are involved today - Christoffer Andersson and Erik Wahlstedt both start, while Alvaro is on the bench. Like the other three, Mattias Lindstrom is in his second spell at Helsingborgs but he doesn't feature tonight.
    • 19:05 Helsingborgs give a start to new signing Nikola Djurdic, who joined on loan from Haugesund. The Serbia striker scored around a goal every other game in Norway. Former Rangers midfielder Alejandro Bedoya, another new signing, also starts after scoring in their defeat to Elfsborg at the weekend. Erik Edman, formerly of Spurs and Wigan, and Rachid Bouaouzan, also an ex-Wigan player, are on the bench.
    • 19:00 Celtic's fears about midfielder Scott Brown were unfounded as he starts, while Gary Hooper also returns to the starting line-up. Thomas Rogne replaces Kelvin Wilson at the heart of the Celtic defence. South Korea midfielder Ki Sung-yueng is expected to tie up his £6 million move to Swansea soon and does not play.
    • 18:55 Age Hareide (Helsingborgs): "The most important thing is not to let Celtic score an away goal. That is the key to the tie. If they do score it will be very difficult for us. I have seen Celtic against Helsinki and against Aberdeen and they are a good team, a hard-working side. We don't necessarily need to take a lead to Parkhead. We had a good experience in Poland in the second qualifier... Celtic are favourites, they are a big club."
    • 18:50 Neil Lennon (Celtic) “I think I went into the Helsinki game with more trepidation. This one I’m more excited about and I’m more comfortable with us, albeit it I know the significance of the game. I know how big it is for us and that we’re almost there, but these are tough, tough games."
    • 18:45 TEAMS - CELTIC: Forster, Matthews, Rogne, Mulgrew, Izaguirre, Commons, Brown, Kayal, Ledley, Samaras, Hooper; Subs: Załuska, Wilson, Lustig, Chalmers, McCourt, Watt, Forrest /// HELSINGBORGS: Hansson, Atta, C. Andersson, Wahlstedt, Uronen, Sadiku, Mahlangu, Gashi, Bedoya, Sorum, Djurdic; Subs: D. Andersson, Edman, Baffo, Nordmark, Bouaouzan, Accam, Alvaro.
