92'
FULL TIME: Real Madrid 4-1 Galatasaray
91'
Di Maria and Isco are toying with Galatasaray now. They're making the visitors looks silly now. Wonderful second half performance by Real Madrid.
90'
An additional two minutes to be played at the end of the second half.
88'
Di Maria drives to the byline with intent and works his way into the box, but the Galatasaray backline recovers well and puts the ball behind for a corner kick, which eventually comes to nothing.
Galatasaray Substitution
87'

Galatasaray sub: Felipe Melo OFF, Ceyhun Gulselam ON.
86'
A huge positive for Real Madrid is that with ten men, and without Ronaldo, they've still blown away Galatasaray here.
85'
This Real Madrid team is absolutely frightening when they counter attack at pace. They have speed in abundance! Furthermore, they know how to use it.
84'
Riera plays a great ball to the back post but Arbeloa rises to head the danger away with Drogba putting the Real Madrid player under pressure. What a game he's had!
83'
Real Madrid are momentarily down to nine men as Alonso receives treatment for a head injury.
81'
That was a very nice goal by Isco. The build up was a little fortunate but the finish was nonchalent, making a fool of the Galatasaray keeper before passing home. Excellent.
80'

GOAL! Real Madrid 4 (80 mins - Isco) Galatasaray 1. The home side are humiliating the visitors now, with Isco taking his chance very well to pass past Iscan and into the net.
79'
Arbeloa comes forward on the break but after playing the ball to Isco the move breaks down.
78'
The Real Madrid fans have their Ronaldo masks on and are chanting the number seven's name. The man himself waves back from his private box, like royalty. He's loving this.
77'
Riera has been impressive since coming on. He's certainly had more of an impact than Amrabata had in that position on the left side of the frontline.
76'
Real Madrid are offering very little going forward at the moment. Their energy levels have dropped over the past 10 minutes or so.
74'
The introduction of Sneijder and Riera has given Galatasaray new life in this game but it's too little too late from them. Once again, why did Mancini wait so long to make those changes?
Real Madrid Substitution
73'

Real Madrid sub: Marcelo OFF, Daniel Carvajal ON.
72'
Galatasaray are just cranking up the pressure on the Real Madrid goal but there's always the threat of a counter attack from Real Madrid, with Di Maria and Bale in form tonight.
70'
Great save by Casillas! A cross to the back post is headed back into the danger area by Melo, with Drogba rising highest to flick the ball towards goal from six yards, but the Real Madrid keeper tips the effort over the bar.
69'
Of course, Galatasaray aren't as good a side as Manchester City are. But still, point stands.
68'
Mancini's tactics just haven't worked at all tonight. Remember how he couldn't figure out how to play in the Champions League at Manchester City? He seems to be suffering the same thing at Galatasaray.
67'

Galatasaray sub: Nordin Amrabat OFF, Albert Riera ON.
Galatasaray Substitution
66'
Bale and Isco are running the show now. Every time they get on the ball a cheer goes round the Bernabeu. Galatasaray can't get near them.
65'
Mancini simply waited too long to make the change. This game looks like it could be gone for Galatasaray. Why did he wait so long to put on Sneijder?
64'

Galatasaray sub: Bruma OFF, Wesley Sneijder ON.
Galatasaray Substitution
63'

GOAL! Real Madrid 3 (63 mins - Angel Di Maria) Galatasaray 0. The Argentinean scores the hosts' third of the night, taking a good touch inside the box before lashing the ball low into the net.
62'
Is Mancini going to make a change? He need some new ideas and fresh legs. Anytime now, Roberto.
61'
Arbeloa comes close to scoring his second of the night! He's having the game of his life! However, after taking the ball on his chest on the edge of the box he powers a half-volley just past the post. So close!
60'
Eboue fizzes a great ball to the back post where Umut Bulut is lurking, but the Galatasaray forward can't stretch enough to make a connection and the ball drifts behind for a goal kick.
59'
With that change Ancelotti is looking to anchor the centre of midfield with the experience of Alonso. They need him to take control of the game.
Real Madrid Substitution
58'

Real Madrid sub: Casemiro OFF, Xabi Alonso ON.
57'
Wesley Sneijder has been warming up for Galatasaray for much of this second half. I fully expect to see the Dutch midfielder introduced soon.
56'
Arbeloa goes down under the challenge of Gokhan Zan inside the penalty area, but Collum waves away claims for a spot kick and instead books the player for simulation. There was contact. Probably not a penalty, but not a dive either.
55'

YELLOW CARD: Alvaro Arbeloa (Real Madrid)
54'
Isco and Bale come to life in the final third but the pass out to Di Maria is cut out just when the move was starting to look dangerous.
53'
Of all the people to give Real Madrid the lead again Arbeloa was probably last on the list. The goal was really made by Di Maria's cross into the box, which found the former Liverpool player brilliantly inside the six yard box.
52'

GOAL! Real Madrid 2 (52 mins - Alvaro Arbeloa) Galatasaray 0. The fullback gives his side the lead again, tucking home Di Maria's cross at the back post. Good finish, actually.
51'
Another problem for Real Madrid is that Illarramendi is not providing enough presence in the middle of the pitch. Xabi Alonso is warming up on the sidelines. Could we see him soon?
50'
Real Madrid are still trying to pass the ball around their midfield and create opportunities, but they're lacking shape in the final third.
49'

Umut Bulut has the ball in the Real Madrid, slotting under the body of Casillas from inside the box, but the flag is raised for offside. Indeed, he just mistimed his run. Good decision.
48'
It now looks as though Bale has been moved up to the central attacking role, flanked by Isco and Di Maria. The Ronaldo position, you could say. He's been given freedom by Ancelotti.
47'
Bruma lashes a cross/shot across the face of goal but neither Drogba or Amrabat can get on the end of the ball and it drifts out to the left side.
46'
There have been no changes by either team at the break, which is perhaps a little surprising in Real Madrid's case, who have lacked an attacking presence since the sending off.
46'
HALF TIME: Real Madrid 1-1 Galatasaray
45'
The second half has started between Real Madrid and Galatasaray!
45'
A minute of stoppage time to be played at the end of the first half.
44'
It now looks like Real Madrid are using Bale on the left, Di Maria on the right and Isco through the middle. False nine, indeed.
43'
Real Madrid have actually set a new Champions League record tonight, becoming the first team to score in 30 consecutive Champions League matches. They were tied with Barcelona on 29 before tonight.
42'
Bale gets into the penalty area on his left side but his strike is a little wild and flashes over the bar when he should have done so much better! Encouraging for Real Madrid, though.
41'
Eboue comes forward into space and decides to have a shot himself, but the effort sails well over the bar.
40'
That goal from Bale was actually his sixth goal in the Champions League. Not bad for a player who had only played one Champions League campaign before this season.
38'
Well, that didn't last long for Real Madrid. The home side hadn't even finishes celebrating Bale's smashing freekick before Galatasaray drew level. Would Ramos have intercepted the pass through? Maybe.
37'

GOAL! Real Madrid 1 Galatasaray 1 (37 mins - Umut Bulut). The Turkish side replies immediately, slotting the ball past Casillas after being played in behind the Real Madrid backline.
36'

GOAL! Real Madrid 1 (36 mins - Gareth Bale) Galatasaray 0. What a strike by Bale! The Welshman smashes a freekick from 25 yards past Iscan in the goal! Great goal.
35'

YELLOW CARD: Felipe Melo (Galatasaray)
34'
Real Madrid really need Bale to step up now and win this game for them. Without Ronaldo it's up to the Welshman to provide the spark.
33'
Galatasaray are now taking this opportunity to knock the ball about the midfield and get a feel for the game. Man advantage having an impact.
32'
Bale now looks to be playing on the left side of the attacking front line, with Di Maria the furthest forward. Slightly surprised that Ancelotti hasn't put the Welshman up front.
31'
So how will Ancelotti approach this one now? Real Madrid are indeed sitting deeper than they were before the sending off.
30'
With that change Ancelotti has brought on a left sided defender, Nacho for Rodriguez. Does that mean Real Madrid are technically not playing with a recognised striker now?
29'
The resulting freekick by Selcuk takes a double deflection off the Real Madrid wall and lands gracefully in the arms of Casillas. That could have gone anywhere!
28'
Ramos is shown a straight red for dragging down Umut Bulut as the Galatasaray player raced on to a long ball over the top. That's the 17th time Ramos has been sent off in his career. Replays show that there actually wasn't much contact between the two men.
Real Madrid Substitution
27'

Real Madrid sub: Jese Rodriguez OFF, Nacho ON.
26'

RED CARD! Sergio Ramos (Galatasaray)
25'
Selcuk stands over a freekick 30 yards out but his delivery into the penalty area is extremely poor. Drogba looks at the midfielder with disgust.
23'
Mancini has clearly lined up his team in banks of four, and plug the gaps so Real Madrid can't play the ball through them. They're paying the home side a great deal of respect at the moment.
22'
Galatasaray have very little, if anything at all, linking the deep midfield line and Drogba in attack. It means that when they get the ball the can do nothing with it!
21'
Isco jinks through the middle of the pitch and looks to have a clear pass to Di Maria in front of him. But the Spain playmaker tries to be a little too clever and play a reverse pass to Rodriguez, who is tackled. Wrong option.
19'
Drogba is very isolated at the moment. He looks frustrated already.
18'
Selcuk runs on to a stray ball in the opposition box, but with Drogba and Melo providing options inside the box he decides to shoot instead and blasts the ball well over the target, much to his teammates' dismay.
17'
The tempo to the start of this game hasn't been too intense. That may be playing into the hands of Galatasaray actually, who seem to be quite content just sitting deep and allowing Real Madrid to keep the ball.
16'
Melo takes down Illarramendi in the centre of the pitch and Willie Collum has a word in the ear of the Galatasaray midfielder.
14'
Roberto Mancini is out on his touchline barkig orders at his players, who have yet to get going here tonight. There's a lot of hand and arm movements going on.
13'
I'm a little surprised that Galatasaray are sitting so deep in the early stages of this game. A result here would put the Turkish side in the driving seat to qualify for the last 16, with Juventus and Copenhagen playing each other.
12'
Drogba is being starved of service at the moment. In fact, I'm not sure I've even seen the former Chelsea striker with the ball at his feet so far tonight.
11'
Illarramendi played well against Almeria at the weekend, but he had Xabi Alonso alongside him. Tonight he doesn't have that buffer, meaning this is a big chance for him to prove he can control the midfield on his own.
10'
Marcelo gets to the byline before putting the ball between the legs of Eboue and squaring for Rodriguez. However, the forward takes too long to set himself inside the box and Galatasaray recover to clear the danger.
9'
Galatasaray come forward with intent for the first time tonight but Bruma can't find Drogba with his cross into the box.
8'
Cameras pan to Ronaldo, who is sitting in a private box high in the Bernabeu. It looked like he wasn't wearing a Ronaldo mask, but then who could really know?
7'
Must also mention that it's also a big night for Casemiro, who has also been given the start by Ancelotti. Is this a glimpse into the future for Real Madrid?
6'
Indeed, replays show that Bale was actually offside when the ball came from Isco but after getting into the position he should have found the net. Tried to calmly find the corner but instead put his shot past the post.
5'
Bale should score! Isco plays a wonderful threaded pass to the Welshman, who may have been offside. However, the flag stays down but as he surges through on goal he places his left footed shot just past the post.
4'
Drogba is always a man for the big occasion. Can he keep up that reputation tonight? Games don't get much bigger than the Champions League against Real Madrid.
3'
It's also a big night for Jese Rodriguez, who has been handed his first start for Real Madrid tonight. He is expected to play up front, with Bale and Di Maria providing support from the wings.
2'
45,000 Ronaldo masks stare down on the Bernabeu pitch, with a huge banner supporting the Portuguese star for the Ballon d'Or also displayed. Where is the main man? He's injured. Awkward.
1'
We're under way at the Bernabeu!

What did you make of the game? Are Bale and Isco now the main men at Real Madrid? Can Galatasaray still qualify for the last 16 with a win against Juventus in the final game of the group? Tweet me (@grahamruthven).
-
In the end that was emphatic by Real Madrid, who hardly missed Ronaldo. Galatasaray were too slow in possession and Mancini waited too long to make changes in the second half. Di Maria and Isco were particularly impressive for the home side and Bale wasn't bad either. Good night for Los Blancos.

-
After a slow start to the game that first half really came to life with the sending off of Ramos. Bale's freekick was a corker but you have to admire Galatasaray's determination to strike back as quickly as they did. Still feel that Ancelotti will need to find a striker to take Rodriguez's place, after he was subbed.
19:42
Casillas leads out his team out on to the Bernabeu pitch. Big night for the Spanish keeper. With Diego Lopez keeping his place in the Spanish league Casillas needs to take every chance he gets!
19:40
Is it time for Gareth Bale to finally step up as the next darling of the Bernabeu crowd? Big opportunity for him to show his worth with Ronaldo missing from the lineup tonight.
19:35
So as expected Real Madrid are without Ronaldo for tonight's game, after the Portuguese forward picked up an injury in the 5-0 win over Almeria on Saturday. Kinda awkward that Real Madrid have handed out 45,000 masks of his face for fans to wear tonight, then.
