    • FT And there is the final whistle - a great Cup tie but Arsenal had just a little too much in reserve to take the win.
    • 90+3 Barnes sees a cross blocked and then LuaLua miss-hits another cross – looks like Arsenal are save now.
    • 90+2 The second of four extra minutes.
    • 90+1 Mackail-Smith goes down as he looks to get his head on a cross. He is appealing for a penalty but Jenkinson did just enough.
    • 90' Brighton look gassed but they need one final effort.
    • 89' Ankergen now makes a superb close range save from Podolski as Brighton fail again to clear the corner.
    • 88' Walcott shows tremendous pace down the left to nick the ball ahead of two Brighton defenders – he is fouled but gets up, runs into the box and Ankergren has to push his effort away for a corner.
    • 87' Brighton could make a case that it should not have been a corner but rather a free-kick for them as Giroud's effort might have been seen by some referees as dangerous play.
    • 86' ARSENAL HAVE THE LEAD!!! Brighton have defended corners so well but now they have conceded from one. Ankergren punched clear but only to the edge of the area – Walcott volleyed it back towards goal but it takes a bit deflection of El-Abd's shoulder and nestles into the corner of the net.
    • 85' Giroud now tries a spectacular overhead kick but it deflects wide for a corner.
    • 84' LuaLua whips in a superb cross from the left with his right. Flies past everyone though! Arsenal have not convinced defending crosses today.
    • 82' Giroud close again….Wilshere puts Podolski free down the left the German then cuts it back for Giroud but the French striker is a little off balance and fires into the ground which sees the ball loop over.
    • 81' Jenkinson with a chance to cross from the right but it just curls a little too far away from Podolski.
    • 80' Ramsey is furious with himself as he gives the ball away in an attacking area.
    • 79' Superb pass (missed by whom) finds Walcott inside the box…just takes Walcott a little too long to get the ball under control though and El-Abd is able to clear.
    • 78' Superb pass (missed by whom) finds Walcott inside the box…just takes Walcott a little too long to get the ball under control though and El-Abd is able to clear.
    • 76' Brighton do look a bit tired now – will take a big effort to earn a replay.
    • 75' Arsenal have been wasteful with their corners today. Jack Wilshere with two poor back-to-back efforts there.
    • 74' Decent free-kick from Giroud but it just doesn't quite drop down in time and goes over the bar.
    • 73' Mackail-Smith on for Ulloa before the free-kick.
    • 73' Poor ball out by Bridge and then Barnes is forced to foul just outside the box – he is booked – chance coming up for Arsenal.
    • 72' Both teams struggling to hang on to possession at the moment. Scrappy spell but Arsenal have just won a corner.
    • 70' And those subs are being made. Wilshere and Walcott are on and off go Oxlade-Chamberlain and Rosicky
    • 69' Looks like Wilshere and Walcott are coming on.
    • 68' Lopez nearly makes up for that straight away as he drills in a great low cross but Koscielny is there to block off Barnes.
    • 67' David Lopez has been superb with his passing and crossing today but he produces a poor free-kick this time.
    • 66' Ramsey gets a booking for a foul on LuaLua.
    • 64' What a cracking Cup tie this is turning out to be. Arsene Wenger must be tempted to bring on the big guns now.
    • 62' GOAL FOR BRIGHTON!!!! They are level and Argentine striker Leonardo Ulloa has scored on his debut. Classic striker's finish as he dives in to head home a wonderful ball from Barnes. Poor marking from Arsenal again. Mertesacker allowed the striker to peel clear.
    • 61' El-Abd times a tackle well as Rosicky looked to turn him inside the box.
    • 61' GIROUD ALMOST HAS A HAT-TRICK – this time he takes down a ball from Rosicky and fires another shot on target – Ankergren has to make a smart save.
    • 60' Koscielny with a good defensive header after LuaLua had skipped his man.
    • 59' Giroud had a slow start to his Arsenal career but he has been red-hot this afternoon.
    • 57' Giroud booked for his celebration – he won't mind though – his fourth goal of the week.
    • 57' SUPER GOAL FOR ARSENAL!!! Brilliant stuff from Giroud! He manages to control a ball over the top from Diaby and then despite being off balance he then manages to smash it in from close range. His second of the day.
    • 55' Lovely counter from Brighton set up by a superb ranging pass from Lopez – Ulloa eventually skies a shot over the bar but good stuff from Gus Poyet's men.
    • 54' OFF THE BAR FROM PODOLSKI – superb free-kick had Ankergren beaten – took a while for Brighton to clear the danger too but they finally clear.
    • 53' Arsenal win a free-kick 30+ yards out. Podolski could try a shot here.
    • 52' Ankergren has to push away a powerful drive from Jenkinson as the ball fell for him after Rosicky had lost his balance.
    • 51' Arsenal's fans would not mind a change you suspect. Chants of 'Santi Cazorla' from the away fans.
    • 50' Barnes has a chance to slip in Ulloa but can't quite get the pass right.
    • 50' Dicker with a decent cross field ball but LuaLua can control down the left – still probably finding the pace of the game.
    • 49' Lovely close control from Ulloa and Diaby has to foul him. Brighton fans liking the look of their new boy.
    • 48' Santos gets forward but his cross was poor. Arsenal will be hoping for better from him at both ends in the second half.
    • 47' Wilshere, Walcott, Cazorla, Arshavin – plenty of options on the bench for Arsenal if they want to chase a goal.
    • 46' Wojciech Szczesny has to deal with a tricky back pass straight away. I'm sure he was delighted with that!
    • 46' Brighton forced into a second change at half-time. Will Buckley is off and Kazenga LuaLua has come on.
    • HT Rosicky drags a poor effort wide and that is the last bit of action in the half. Entertaining first-half – still all to play for.
    • 45+3 Brighton with a counter attack and they have men forward but Dicker's ball is disappointing.
    • 45+2 Andre Santos tries a miracle shot from distance and it is a woeful effort that goes miles over and wide too.
    • 45+1 We will have three extra-minutes. Buckley needs some treatment now.
    • 45' Ball goes off Lopez for another Arsenal corner. The home fans think it went off Ramsey last but that looked to be the right decision to me.
    • 43' Giroud goes down on the edge of the area after it looks like he is sandwiched but it is the French striker who gets charged with the foul.
    • 42' Bridcutt with a clever looking ball forward but Koscielny steps up well to cut it out.
    • 41' Jenkinson whips in good cross and Calderon has to head clear. Arsenal have been dangerous down the right.
    • 39' Arsenal having plenty of corners but Brighton have defended them well. Ulloa back to clear the latest one from Oxlade-Chamberlain.
    • 38' Calerdon has moved to centre-back, Lopez is now right-back and Dicker has gone into midfield.
    • 37' Greer's afternoon is over – looks like he did his hamstring – on comes Dicker.
    • 36' Delay in the match as Gordon Greer needs treatment – his afternoon could be over too.
    • 34' Buckley now cuts inside and gets a shot on target – no power on it though so Szczesny can gather.
    • 33' BUT NOW BRIGHTON ARE LEVEL!!! Mistake from Szczesny as he allows Ashley Barnes to get in front of him and head home from a corner. Shocking defending from Arsenal and poor from the Polish keeper.
    • 31' BRIGHTON HAVE THE BALL IN THE BACK OF THE NET!!! But it is offside. Andre Santos gives the ball away in a dangerous area a low cross comes in and it is only palmed by Szczesny into the patch of Ulloa but the Argentine was one of two Brighton players who were offside.
    • 29' Diaby is lucky to get a free kick as he is fouled by David just seconds after giving the ball away.
    • 28' Oxlade-Chamberlain,'s corner is straight into the arms of Ankergren.
    • 28' Arsenal enjoying a spell of pressure – they have another corner.
    • 26' Greer does well to sweep up a Giroud cross but it is another corner for Arsenal.
    • 25' Calderon and Buckley work well together down the right – Buckley puts in a good cross that is flicked on by Barnes but Ulloa just can't quite get it under control
    • 23' Calderon miss-hits a cross but it almost catches Szczesny out who for a moment looked a little out of position but it lands on the top of the net.
    • 22' Chants of "hoof" from the home fans as Diaby boots it up the field. They like their slick football here at the Amex.
    • 20' No sign of panic from Brighton who are sticking to their passing intentions.
    • 19' Brighton defend the corner but Arsenal playing with more confidence now.
    • 18' Oxlade-Chamberlain beats Bridge for pace and Calderon again has to nod away his cross for a corner.
    • 17' Brighton had been playing very well but it will be interesting to see how they respond to that.
    • 16' GOAL ARSENAL!!! The Gunners go up the under end and score. Oliver Giroud curls a super shot from the edge of the area into the top corner after Podolski laid it off to him. Quick break from Arsenal – quality goal.
    • 15' SUPERB SAVE FROM SZCZESNY!!! Great little build up play sees Barnes played in but the Polish goalkeeper makes himself big and produces a superb save.
    • 14' Mertesacker easily heads away a cross from Lopez – Brighton getting the ball in decent areas though.
    • 13' Gus Poyet will be happy enough with this start – very even game so far. Brighton looking to attack at any opportunity.
    • 12' Lopez pulls back the attacking Rosicky and that is an obvious yellow card.
    • 10' Good build up play from Brighton but the cross from Wayne Bridge is just a little bit beyond everyone.
    • 9' Bridcutt cuts the ball out impressively for Brighton – very calm and composed play from the defensive midfielder.
    • 8' Leonardo Ulloa making his debut for Brighton today up front – he scored 23 goals in the Spanish second division last season.
    • 7' Brighton manage to defend the corner well.
    • 6' Arsenal's first attack sees Oxlade-Chamberlain whip in a good cross, it bounces in front of Calderon and he just nods it out for a corner.
    • 4' Still waiting for this match to form some shape. Brighton are trying to play football though so hopefully it will develop inside and entertaining contest.
    • 3' Rare start for Andre Santos and his first action is a handball just inside his own half.
    • 2' Good atmosphere in the stadium today – around 4,000 fans from Arsenal making a good noise. Proper Cup tie.
    • 1' And Arsenal get us underway
    • 14:55 Both teams in their traditional shirts today – Brighton in blue and white stripes with Arsenal wearing their red and white.
    • 14:50 Remember, it's not just the Brighton v Arsenal match we're covering this afternoon: our Multiplex will bring you live scores and updates from all the 3pm kick-off matches, and we'll have full live coverage of Man Utd v Fulham later this afternoon. Live FA Cup scores from every match.
    • 14:45 Despite Arsenal being heavy favourites to win this match, 1-1 is the bookies' predicted scoreline. Just 8-1 on there being a goal apiece today.
    • 14:40 Elsewhere, Manchester City have become the second team into the fifth round after grabbing a late goal to beat Stoke 1-0. Zabaleta's late strike sees City past Stoke
    • 14:35 Jack Wilshere had been expected to start today, but for reasons best known to Arsene Wenger he is instead on the bench.
    • 14:30 Unlike the early kick-off match up at Stoke, there's a full house for this match at the Seagulls' lovely new Amex Stadium. The Gunners sold their allocation of 4,000 tickets inside a day - obviously fans deciding a day out at the seaside with a game of football chucked in the perfect tonic after weeks of snow.
    • 14:25 TEAMS: Brighton - Ankergren, Calderon, Greer, El-Abd, Bridge, Bridcutt, Hammond, Lopez, Buckley, Barnes, Ulloa. Subs: Mannone, Sagna, Gibbs, Wilshere, Cazorla, Arshavin, Walcott.
    • 14:20 Brighton earned his clash with a superb showing to knock Newcastle out of the tournament a few weeks ago. On home turf once again, they'll fancy their chances of another shock - even if bookies price them up at 9-2.
    • 14:15 Welcome to our LIVE coverage of Brighton and Hove Albion's FA Cup fourth round match against Arsenal.
