    • 90' Thanks for joining us here on Eurosport, we hope to see you back here soon
    • 90' A good work out for Spurs who were tested throughout but they won't be thrilled with the result or the lack of shots on target or any real cutting edge
    • 90' There is the final whistle and it has ended one a piece.
    • 91' Kyle Walker is a really impressive athelete, big and strong and he defends well
    • 90' There will be three minutes of added time
    • 89' Rose is certainly full of running still as he darts forward down the left again his cross is well cut out though
    • 88' Spurs are plugging away but they can't make themselves any kind of space and the match is petering out
    • 87' Ngobeni attempts a drive from 25 yards but he was off balance leaning back and his shot was well over
    • 86' Mayambela givving Rose some real trouble on the Sout hAfrican's right wing, he gets to the bye-line again but Rose recovers well and makes the tackle
    • 85' Pavlyuchenko not looking up to the pace, he does quite well to make himself a yard of space when he was tightly marked but then his pass was terrible and found no one
    • 84' Neither keeper have really had anything to do this half of any note and it doesn't really look like that is going to change as we approach the final five minutes
    • 83' Walker uses his pace advancing down the right and finds Kranjcar, but he can't quite pick out Pavlyuchenko who had moved in to a great position
    • 82' Pavlyuchenko had a great chance to play in Rose on the left but his pass was sloppy and intercepted
    • 81' The pace of Spurs down the right is incredible with Walker and Lennon but they haven't been able to run at their opposite numbers as yet
    • 80' The resulting corner is flicked on and very nearly met at the far-post, well cleared by Walker though
    • 79' Fabulous football from the Pirates as a spell of one-touch football eventually saw Manyisa in on goal, a lunging Dawson recovery challenge got rid of the danger though in the nick of time
    • 78' Another substitution for Pirates as Bester replaces Segolela
    • 77' The second corner is worked short but the eventual delivery causes some panic in the Pirates' defence as it bobbles around in the box before it is cleared
    • 76' Kranjcar swings it in and the keeper was out well to put it behind for another corner
    • 75' Rose's cross is fairly poorly dealt with by Johannes and it's a corner
    • 74' Ndumiso Mabena replaces the impressive Ndulula
    • 73' Great break from Mayambela who plays in Manyisa on the left but he is flagged offside, althoug replays suggest wrongly
    • 72' Kranjcar tries a speculative effort from the centre circle spotting Meyiwa off his line but it is well over the bar
    • 71' Mayambela heads straight down the other end and hits a fierce curling shot that is only just wide of the right-hand post
    • 70' Danny Rose makes a burst down the left and puts in a powerful low cross, it's far too near the keeper Meyiwa but he spills it and alerts the lurking Robbie Keane but Meyiwa recovers well
    • 69' Chances at a premium at the moment as neither side can get forwrd with menace
    • 68' Lennon not having much joy since he came on, he tries to slide Keane in but his pass is poor and easily cut out
    • 67' Pavlyuchenko finally gets on the ball and hits one from twenty-five yards it was poorly struck though and well wide
    • 66' Spurs can't create anything at all and are perhaps trying to be too clever about things, trying some very fancy football in the middle of the field that isn't paying off
    • 65' Spurs now have the advantage in terms of possession as they have swung it back to 51% in their favour
    • 64' Robyn Johannes comes on for the captain Lucky Lekgwathi and Clifford Ngobeni is replaced by Andile Jali
    • 63' Manyisa tries a shot from twenty-five yards, it has power behind it but no accuracy as it flies over
    • 62' The game is end-to-end now as Mayambela gets in to the box at the other end but he is closed down
    • 61' Great link-up between Keane and Kranjcar as they play a one-two on the edge of the box, the Croat chips the goalkeeper from a tight angle but a defender is back to clear it off the line, lovely effort
    • 60' Dawson spending too much time on the ball and his clearance is closed down by Segolela, it could have gone anywhere but the rebound flew out of play
    • 59' Obviously the result isn't the key thing for Harry Redknapp but Tottenham's chances of winning have been seriously hampered by the exit of Bale and Modric, they have been their best players
    • 58' Bale and Modric depart to be replaced by Kranjcar and Jenas
    • 57' Great run down the right from Mayambela who found himself in a lot of space, he got a cross in but it was too deep.
    • 56' Corluka tries to find Pvlyuchenko who hasn't touched the ball yet, but his ball towards the edge of the box is cut out
    • 55' Orlando now having a sustained spell of possession, they aren't going anywhere with it though and eventually lose out as they look to thread a final ball
    • 54' The tempo is up, although the quality from both teams isn't quite there, there is no lack of commitment
    • 53' Walker with a dash forward wins a throw-in and then takes it very quickly to very nearly find Robbie Keane who was making a run to the near-post, the keeper got there first though
    • 52' Tottenham struggling to maintain possession at the moment, maybe the changes have affected their rhythm
    • 51' Lennon intercepts a pass on the half-way line and makes a dash for the bye-line, he over runs it though and it goes for a goal-kick
    • 50' It's all a bit scrappy in the middle as Tottenham are trying to work it cleverly but are short of space
    • 49' Ndulula looking very lively up front for the Buccaneers, he is a bit isolated though
    • 48' Bale is a constant threat and he beats Jele for pace and skims in a low cross which finds Lennon unmarked at the back post, it wasn't quite as straight forward as it looked but his shot was still very poor and was well wide
    • 47' Harry Redknapp has made six changes at the break with Kyle Walker, Michael Dawson, Vedran Corluka, Aaron Lennon, Robbie Keane and Roman Pavlyuchenko all on
    • 46' The second half is underway
    • 45' Tottenham looked so comfortable until the brilliant strike from Jele really put the cat amongst the pigeons, and they were very rattled, can they regain their composure in the second half?
    • 45' That's the last action of the half as the referee brings it to a close
    • 45' Orlando Pirates have the ball in the goal again but it is ruled out. A brilliant run forward from Jele who slid in Ndulula, his shot was well saved but Klate fired home the rebound. He looked onside but the linesman disagreed and disallowed it.
    • 44' The momentum has drained out of the South Africans a bit and Spurs are getting back on the ball, although not in threatening areas
    • 43' From being comfortably in control Spurs are well and truly under pressure and will be looking forward to the half-time whistle
    • 42' Jele sends in a cross to the near post from the right towards Ndulula who produces another glancing ehader, but it is wide of the far post this time, but not by much.
    • 41' The Pirates straight back on the attack with Segolela as he breaks in from the left and tries to curl it inside the far post, this one is straight at Friedel though
    • 40' GOAL FOR ORLANDO PIRATES!!! I spoke too soon as Happy Jele burst towards the area from the right flank and on the edge of the 18-yard-box hammered in a shot which rifled in to the far top corner. Friedel got a hand to it and perhaps could have kept it out
    • 35' Orlando Pirates are playing some nice stuff in the middle of the pitch but they seem to panic a bit in the final third and haven't really got in to the penalty area at all
    • 34' Bale goes down on the edge of the box and the referee isn't interested, he did seem to go to ground fairly easily
    • 33' Interestingly Orlando Pirates have had the better of the possession with 55%. It is testiment to the counter-attacking football that Spurs play I suppose.
    • 32' Possibly the most outrageous dive you have ever seen from Klate, it was so bizarre and late no one even noticed, the game continues
    • 31' The resulting corner is swung in by Bentley but it is well defended and cleared
    • 30' It's Bale that hits it this time and he tries a more delicate curled effort, it's a good one and well saved
    • 29' Van der Vaart plays in Defoe who tries to get round Lekgwathi and would have been on goal if he wasn't blocked off and brought down
    • 28' The Pirates are getting closer but the shots re still coming from range as Ndulula lays off Chansa who drives it just wide of the left-hand post
    • 27' Klate has some pace and trickery down the right for the Pirates, he is causing danny Rose one or two problems
    • 26' Another shot from range coming from the Pirates but again it is poorly hit and was always rolling wide of the left-hand post from Segolela
    • 25' The pace has gone out of the game again as Spurs are more than happy to defend their lead from deep
    • 24' Some very heavy challenges coming in from the South Africans, Bentley has been on the wrong end of a couple of them, it is anything but friendly
    • 23' The Pirates can't create much going forward, they are resorting to balls over the top but they are all rolling through to the American in the Spurs goal
    • 22' Yet again the Welshman shows off his searing pace on the left and gets away from Jali. He flashes it across the box into the path of Defoe but he can't quite get enough on it from six yards, decent chance.
    • 21' Bale breaks at pace down the left again and dinks a cross in to the six-yard box, it was a great delivery but there was no one there to capitalise
    • 20' From the resulting throw in a cross is whipped in and is met by Ndulula in the air, his glancing header is off-target though from the near-post
    • 19' Segolela wins the ball and bursts into the box from the left, but a combination of Bassong and Rose blocks him off and clears
    • 18' Spurs getting the one-touch football going in midfield now they have relaxed, they're looking good
    • 17' GOAL FOR TOTTENHAM!!! Rafa van der Vaart fires in the resulting free-kick right into the top corner. From the right hand side of the area he hammered it into the far corner with his left foot leaving the keeper no chance
    • 16' Danny Rose breaks at great pace and plays a cross-field pass to Bentley who is scythed down on the edge of the box, free-kick
    • 15' The resulting cross was met in the air by a South African head but it was tame and comfortable for Friedel
    • 14' Chansa with another effort from range which was deflected off the sliding Danny Rose and looked dangerous for a second but loops out for a corner
    • 13' Klate gets the Pirates' first shot in anger in on goal it was always flashing wide of Friedel's goal though
    • 12' Modric tries to bend a ball into Bale in the inside left channel with the outside of his boot, it is a little over-hit though and it skips out of play
    • 11' Kyle Naughton at right back and Danny Rose at left could be a glimpse of the future for Spurs in those positions, they are a very offensive pair in those positions
    • 10' David Bentley, in his return to a Tottenham shirt races after a long Kaboul pass but can't keep it in, he won't thank him for balls like that all night
    • 9' Modric and Bale link-up very nicely down by the left corner, the Croat flicks it back into the Welshman's pass but he was caught offside
    • 8' Spurs just starting to get on the ball a bit more consistantly and gaining the territorial advantage as well
    • 7' Orlando Pirates nearly break away down the left themselves but an offside flag is raised
    • 6' Bale with the first chance of the match as he beat Mahamutsa for pace on the left and the ball bobbled up to be hit on the volley, it was from a tight angle though and he flashed it over the bar
    • 5' A very slow start to the game, neither team retaining possession too effectively and neither have settled
    • 4' As if it were a Jim Davidson come back special the vuvuzelas have made an unwelcome return to our televisions
    • 3' Modric finds Defoe on the left, the striker cuts inside and tries to find the darting run inside of Bale but his pass is cut out
    • 2' It's a very strong team that Spurs are fielding, Van der Vaart, Bale, Modric and Palacios in midfield is not far off from their first team
    • 1' The Pirates get the game underway
    • - Luka Modric is captaining the Londoners tonight, possibly a symbol of his worth to the club from Harry Redknapp
    • - Spurs started their tour of South Africa disappointingl losing 1-0 to Kaizer Chiefs on Saturday
    • - Good evening and welcome to our coverage of Orlando Pirates v Tottenham Hotspur from the Mbombela Stadium
