    • 90' FULL TIME. City beat Arsenal 2-0 in Beijing.
    • 89' Aneke rolls the ball into the path of Vermaelen, who caps a driving runs forward with a low shot - but Pantilimon got down well to stop it.
    • 87' City sub: Suarez ON, Razak OFF.
    • 86' The ball falls to Oxlaxde-Chamberlain 25 yards from goal - and his ferocious drive flies just wide. Tremedous effort.
    • 84' Oxlade-Chamberlain opens City up with a beautiful cross from the right. Chamakh takes it, but City gang up on him to get the ball.
    • 82' City sub: Evans ON, Tevez OFF.
    • 80' Afobe is huffing and puffing up front for Arsenal, but he can't quite keep the ball in - as he tries to squeeze his cross in from the left.
    • 77' Arsenal come close again. Chamakh back-heels it to Eastmond, whose first-time low shot whistles past the far post.
    • 75' Arsenal sub: Eisfeld ON, Song OFF.
    • 73' Gibbs come close for Arsenal, letting fly from 25 yards and forcing Pantilimon into a flying save to his right.
    • 71' Chance for City as Zabaleta's low cross from the right is half-cleared to Biton, whose first-time effort drifts well wide.
    • 69' And City hit Arsenal on the counter-attack. Tevez motors down the right and plays the ball into Aguero, who tries to dink it over Fabianski. He succeeds, but the ball trickles just wide. Lovely move by City though.
    • 68' Arsenal have absolutely dominated this second half though as Chamakh feeds Gibbs down the left - but his cross is flicked away.
    • 67' Aguero takes up a good position on the left and rolls the ball back to Tevez on the edge of the box - but Song gets back and prevents him from shooting.
    • 65' Arsenal subs: Aneke & Eastmond ON, Gervinho & Jenkinson OFF.
    • 64' That was City's chance to put the game to bed.
    • 63' Boyata wins the ball on the edge of his own box and releases Tevez with an excellent long pass. It's two-against-two as Tevez tries to pick out Aguero - but Vermaelen intercepts.
    • 62' Arsenal have looked far better since Oxlade-Chamberlain's introduction. Coincidence? Let me know on Twitter
    • 60' Arsenal certainly getting closer. 30 to play.
    • 59' Gervinho goes close again. This time Song slids a perfect through ball into his path - but Gervinho's low shots squirms just wide from a tight angle.
    • 57' Arsenal really pushing for a route back into this one as Song lifts the ball into the box - but it's just too high for Miquel to reach with his head.
    • 56' The heavens have opened for this second half. It is raining hard out there now.
    • 54' Oxlade-Chamberlain hits both posts for Arsenal! The young star lets frly from 25 yards and the ball strikes the inside of the right post, then cannons back off the other one! What an effort, very unlucky.
    • 52' Great chance for Arsenal early on here as Chamberlain gets Arsenal moving with a sensational sweeping pass to Gibbs. The ball eventually finds its way to Chamakh, who finds Gervinho - but the Ivorian's shot is saved well by Pantilimon. Good shot, good save, good chance.
    • 50' No changes for City as yet, but expect that to change very soon.
    • 49' Players off for Arsenal: Arteta, Diaby, Walcott and Bartley.
    • 48' ARSENAL CHANGES: Oxlade-Chamberlain, Miquel, Chamakh and Coquelin ON...
    • 46' SECOND HALF. Arsenal get the second half underway. There have been a host of half-time changes, which I'll bring to you in a moment.
    • - Two late goals from Zabaleta and Yaya Toure have handed City a 2-0 lead in Beijing. But is it harsh on Arsenal? Or have City just exposed Arsenal's frailties? Let me know on Twitter
    • 45' HALF TIME. City lead 2-0 at the break.
    • 43' GOAL! City are 2-0 up! They have a clear cushion now. Kolarov bursts down the left and opens Arsenal up with his cross to the far post. Aguero miscues his shot but it goes straight to Yaya Toure - who steers the ball past Fabianski from close-range.
    • 41' City have shaded the first half and just about derserve the lead, but Arsenal were looking dangerous before going behind.
    • 40' GOAL! Zabaleta scores for City! Arsenal find themselves outnumbered at the back as Yaya spots Zabaleta on the overlap with a cute pass, and Zabaleta hammers it first time into the far corner. 1-0 City.
    • 38' It's worth saying that Razak has had a very competent game in defensive midfield for City.
    • 37' It's end-to-end stuff here as City break through Yaya, who feeds Aguero on the right. Aguero shifts the ball onto his left foot, but skews his effort over the bar.
    • 36' Arsenal definitely ending this half the stronger. Song gets forward this time, but he can't quite bring the ball under control in the box.
    • 34' City inviting pressure onto themselves here. This time Diaby lays it back to Santos, who draws a very good save from Pantilimon. Santos's effort was destined for the top corner.
    • 32' Another chance for Arsenal, and another chance for Jenkinson! The full-back drives forward from right-back and hammers a rising effort just over the top. That would have been a memorable strike.
    • 30' Lovely effort from Walcott. The England man receives the ball on the left corner of the penalty box and bends it just wide of the post. That was Henry-esque. Except he missed.
    • 28' Yaya has been menacing on the attack and he almost bundles his way into the Arsenal box - but Barkley and Jenkinson combine to stop him.
    • 27' Still goalless here, but a very good game. Aguero has come closest to breaking the deadlock a few minutes ago.
    • 25' Vermaelen clears the ball on the far side - but his momentum takes him straight into Sian Massey, the assistant referee.
    • 23' Big chance for City! Aguero twists and turns his way past Vermaelen and tries to beat Fabianski with a left-footed effort from 12 yards, but the ball takes a touch off the outstretched Jenkinson and goes just over.
    • 22' Andre Santos goes close for Arsenal. Arteta's corner is headed out as far as Santos, who tries to coax it into the far corner. Just wide.
    • 21' Jenkinson gets forward and forces a corner with a low drive from 25 yards, that Pantilimon turns around his left post. Corner.
    • 20' Chance for City as Zabaleta's high ball finds Yaya Toure, who attempts to loft the ball over Bartley and collect it the other side - but Bartley recovers to challenge Yaya succesfully.
    • 18' Tevez dropping very deep at times to help out his team. City still seeing more of the ball.
    • 16' Arteta gets forward but he is halted by Yaya Toure's superb tackle. Real commitment being shown in this friendly.
    • 15' Arsenal looking dangerous on the counter-attack. Gervinho makes a superb run forward and slips the ball into Walcott, but it just gets away from the Englishman.
    • 14' Kolarov's corner finds Kompany, who heads wide. City on top in the early stages though.
    • 13' City on the attack again through Kolarov who cuts in from the left, but his right-foot shot is blocked and goes out for a corner.
    • 12' Yaya Toure spots the early run of Aguero from a free-kick, but the Ivorian just overhits it and the ball gets away from the Argentine. Those two linking well at the moment.
    • 11' City burst forward through Aguero on the right, but he lacks support and his cross ends up going to nobody.
    • 10' Slick counter-attack by Arsenal as Diaby lofts the ball forward to the accelerating Walcott, who cuts the ball back to Santos - but the Brazilian's shot is blocked and loops up and out of play.
    • 9' Arsenal feeling their way into this one now. Arteta seeing more of the ball in midfield.
    • 7' Walcott tries to get around Walcott, but Kolarov deals with the danger well and manages to get a goal kick off Walcott.
    • 6' Tevez drives forward and finds Yaya Toure, but his lay-off to Aguero is just behind the Argentine.
    • 4' Arteta drives a corner into the near post as Arsenal finally get a grip on the game, but Kompany stabs it clear at the near post.
    • 3' City threatening again as Yaya Toure drives into the box from the right and finds Tevez, but his shot is saved.
    • 2' City looking dangerous early on as Tevez runs at the Arsenal defence, but his low cross from the left is cut out at the near post.
    • 1' KICK OFF. City get us underway in a stiflingly hot Beijing.

  18. LOL it is a Friendly guys, atleast Arsenal thought as much by the way they were rotating, unlike city who didnt want to try out a lot of their youngsters; its like they just went there to make sure they won. lets not forget Podolski, Giroud and RVP were not in the team. yes u saw that right ''RVP'' he is still an Arsenal player mind you. From this game I dont think Oxlade should be playing on the wing anymore but behind the striker, he can shoot at goal from any angle or situation hes in Top Top Player. Despite the loss i am 100% happy with our performance especially second half against 11 defenders.
