    • Republic of Ireland
    • Greece
    • 90+4' The Israeli referee blows the final whistle, and the game ends Ireland 0-1 Greece. There was some neat play from Ireland, with Coleman and McClean impressive, but Greece didn't really need to hit top gear to win the game.
    • 90+3' Greece are now playing keepball and running down the clock.
    • 90+2' McClean does brilliantly to hold off three Greece defenders 30 yards from goal, but his pass to Ward is dreadful.
    • 90+1' Seamus Coleman is named man of the match. That is fair enough, though McClean has been impressive too.
    • 90' There will be four minutes of additional time.
    • 88' Greece break down the right but there is no-one to get on the end of Salpingdis' cross.
    • 86' HALF CHANCE: Spyropoulos wins a corner off Coleman, and Athanasiadis header from Fortounis's cross from the left is just over.
    • 85' McClean's free-kick is too close to the goalkeeper, and Karnezis catches the ball easily.
    • 84' Coleman steams down the right and is pulled down by Fortounis, who gets a yellow card.
    • 81' Nikolaos Spyropoulos replaces Stafylidis for Greece,
    • 80' Ward tries to find Keogh down the left, but the ball goes out.
    • 79' There really is not much penalty area action this second half...
    • 78' Doyle brings the ball down superbly in the middle of the park, but his pass to Cox is blocked.
    • 76' Greece win a corner as Ward blocks down the left. Ireland clear and break down the right, but Doyle is unable to control.
    • 74' Ireland definitely have the better of the game at the moment. McClean is still dangerous, and Hoolahan has added to the threat down the wings.
    • 73' McClean dispossesses Tachtsidis in the middle and cuts inside to shoot, but he is off balance and the ball sails over the bar.
    • 72' Keogh whips the ball in from the left after a short corner, but Doyle is unable to get his header at the back post on target.
    • 71' Hoolahan's corner from the right finds O'Shea at the back post, but Tziolis blocks the header.
    • 70' David Meyler replaces McCarthy for Ireland.
    • 69' A GOOD CHANCE: Hoolahan's short free-kick finds Keogh, and though the initial shot is blocked, the ball loops up to Ward unmarked on the left hand side of the six-yard box. However, the Wolves defender miskicks and the opportunity is lost.
    • 68' Coleman shows some great skill to beat Fortounis down the right, but Stafylidis then brings the Everton full-back crashing to the floor.
    • 67' The man with the bell in crowd starts again. More cheers - we will have a Mexican wave next!
    • 66' It is surprising that Stafylidis hasn't worked out that McClean is repeatedly cutting on to his left foot to cross.
    • 65' McClean again crosses left-footed from the right flank, but Papadopoulos heads clear.
    • 64' McClean's free-kick hits the one-man wall of Stafylidis and goes for a corner, which is cleared.
    • 63' Stafylidis then bundles McCarthy to the floor down the right. The Greece defender protests his innocence to the Israeli referee.
    • 62' Keogh chases down a ball down the right, but Stafylidis is able to intercept.
    • 60' Another substitution for Greece, as Ionnis Maniatis replaces Torosidis.
    • 58' Cox is on the floor and does the double handroll that says he needs to go off. Andy Keogh hurriedly puts on his shirt and replaces him. For Greece, Loukas Vyntra replaces Ninis.
    • 57' Hoolahan gets the ball on the edge of the area but steps on the ball and Greece are able to clear.
    • 57' McClean on the right cuts inside Stafylidis and shoots from distance, but his effort is well off target.
    • 55' McCarthy gets the ball 30 yards out and is urged to shoot, but Papadopoulos rushes out to block his low effort.
    • 54' Ward does well under pressure from Ninis near his own area, but the referee blows for a foul anyway.
    • 53' That's a free-kick to Greece 25 yards out, but Tachtsidis floats his effort well over Forde's bar.
    • 51' Tactical news - McClean is now on the right, Cox is on the left, with Hoolahan behind Doyle in a 4-2-3-1 formation.
    • 50' Doyle and Hoolahan show good skill on the edge of the area, but Cox's eventual cross is blocked.
    • 49' This is better from Ireland, as Andrews knocks the ball through to Cox, but Papadopoulos is back to cover.
    • 48' The ball rolls out to Cox on the left hand side of the area, but Karnezis is able to save his low shot.
    • 47' WHAT A CHANCE: McCarthy shoots from the edge of the area, and Karnezis is only able to fumble the ball. Doyle then looked to have been bundled to the ground as he closed in on the loose ball by Papastathopoulos.
    • 46' Ireland kick off, and soon win a corner that is taken short by McClean. His deep cross is then fumbled out of play by Karnezis.
    • 46' Wes Hoolahan replaces Brady, and Kevin Doyle comes on for Long as Ireland make two changes at the break. Athanasiadis and Salpingdis are on for Greece, replacing Samaras and Mitroglou.
    • 45+1' That is half-time, with Greece leading 1-0. McClean had the last chance of the half, as he tried to get the ball out from under his feet to shoot in the six-yard box. Papadopoulos hurled himself at the ball and it did look to have hit his hand, but the referee blew up instead for half-time.
    • 45+1' Long holds the ball up on the edge of the box and finds Brady, who drops the shoulder on Stafylidis and shoots, but Karnezis easily blocks.
    • 45' One minute of added-on time, with Ireland attacking down the right.
    • 43' Ninis drives in a cross from the right but O'Shea blocks with his head and Forde cleans up.
    • 42' Greece break and Clark is very late on Cholevas as the ball comes into the centre circle, and the Aston Villa defender gets a yellow card.
    • 41' Coleman takes on Stafylidis down the right and is tripped. Brady's free-kick is poor and headed away by Cholevas.
    • 39' Someone rings a bell in the crowd. It gets more of a cheer than for anything they have seen on the pitch.
    • 38' Torosidis dinks a ball from the right which Forde gathers, but the Ireland goalkeeper then throws the ball straight to a blue shirt. He gets away with it though.
    • 37' Ninis' cross from the right is headed out only as far as Tachtsidis, but his shot is well off target.
    • 36' Long clatters into Panagiotis Tachtsidis and deservedly receives a yellow card.
    • 35' After the bright start from Ireland, Greece are looking increasingly comfortable on the ball in midfield. After some one-touch play, Mitroglou tries a shot from 20 yards that goes well over Forde's bar.
    • 33' Whelan's thigh is being strapped by the Ireland medical team.
    • 33' Glenn Whelan has an injury and is replaced by Keith Andrews.
    • 32' Coleman drags Holebas to the floor as he attempts to beat him down the right flank, and gets a ticking-off from the referee Eitan Shmuelevitz.
    • 30' It is Holebas' first goal for his country, and it comes from some very neat and incisive passing from Greece on the edge of the area, with Konstantinos Mitroglou also involved in the build-up.
    • 29' GOAL: Jose Holebas nets from the edge of the area with a low shot to Forde's right, after turning O'Shea in the penalty area from Samaras' low pass.
    • 27' The TV goes to FAI president John Delaney and Uefa president Platini. They both look very bored.
    • 26' More good football from Ireland as the ball finds Ward on the left, but his ball down the line just evades the ever-willing McClean.
    • 26' Greece play keepball in the middle but O'Shea finaly intercepts and Ireland break down the right.
    • 24' Ninis cuts back inside from the right touchline and tries a long ball across the field, but totally overhits it. He puts up a hand to apologise.
    • 23' O'Shea manages to get a head on a fine deep cross from the right by Torosidis, then berates Clark for some reason!
    • 22' Samaras is back on the field. Ninis then turns Ward and shoots from 25 yards, but Forde easily saves.
    • 21' Brady shows a great touch to bring down a long ball on the right touchline, but his deep cross just goes out of play.
    • 20' Another cross from the left by McClean is cleared, this time by Papadopoulos. Whelan then passes sideways and the momentum of the Ireland attack is lost.
    • 19' Samaras has a cut after a clash of heads with O'Shea and comes to the touchline for treatment.
    • 17' Ireland again attack down the left, with Long heading Ward's pass down the line to McClean. His cross hits Papastathopoulos and Greece goalkeeper Orestis Karnezis has to save.
    • 16' Trap has been pacing his technical area for the past ten minutes...
    • 15' McClean puts in a fine cross from the left that just evades Long. Most of Ireland's attacking threat is coming down the left flank.
    • 13' Ireland put ten passes together across midfield, then Whelan, under no pressure, passes the ball into touch! That was pretty poor from the Stoke midfielder.
    • 11' McClean barges Sotiris Ninis to the floor down the left, but the linesman has already flagged for a throw.
    • 10' WHAT A CHANCE: Coleman and Long play a lovely one-two down the right and Cox loses Kyriakos Papadopuolos in the area to get on the end of Long's cross. However, the Nottingham Forest player heads wide from six yards.
    • 8' Torosidis goes through Cox and Ireland win a free-kick, which comes to nothing.
    • 7' A first touch for Forde in the Ireland goal, as Vasileios Torosidis' cross from the right is too close to the goalkeeper.
    • 6' McClean again gets the ball down the left, and this time crosses. It is cleared easily, but this is a bright start from the Derryman.
    • 5' McClean finds some space on the left hand side of the area from Long's pass, but his shot is weak and wide.
    • 4' It is a scrappy start to the game so far. Ireland have given the ball away at least twice when under no pressure.
    • 3' O'Shea gives the ball away but Ireland win back possession and break. Cox takes on Sokratis Papastathopoulos and tumbles to the floor in the area, but he did go to ground very easily.
    • 2' Huge shouts for handball after Ward's corner. Greece number three Konstantinos Stafylidis seemed to stick out a hand, but the referee waves play on.
    • 1' Cox and Long to kick off for Ireland from right to left, all in green. Greece in all blue.
    • 19:46 Huge applause for James Nolan - a standing ovation from the players and supporters.
    • 19:39 The President of Ireland, Michael D Higgins, is in attendance, and gets a great round of applause from the crowd.
    • 19:36 As the Irish Independent football correspondent Daniel McDonnell points out, far more travelled to Poland than there are in the ground tonight!
    • 19:35 Uefa president Michel Platini will present an award to the Irish fans before the game to congratulate them for their support during Euro 2012, and to commemorate Ireland fan James Nolan, who died in Poland during the tournament.
    • 19:33 At least Greece have 11 substitutes to pad out the numbers...
    • 19:32 David Corrigan has just tweeted to ask if I have stocked up on coffee. He is right, this is not tipped to be a five-goal thriller. It is not a game that has caught the imagination of the Irish public. Looking around the stadium 15 minutes before kick-off, I would estimate that there are about 3,000 in the ground.
    • 19:28 Five former League of Ireland players start the game tonight. David Forde, Seamus Coleman, Stephen Ward, James McClean and Shane Long have all played in Ireland's domestic league.
    • 19:26 Interestingly, this will be the first time since 2004 that Greece take the field without a single player from the 23 that won the European Championships in 2004.
    • 19:12 REPUBLIC OF IRELAND: Forde, Coleman, O'Shea, Clark, Ward, Brady, McCarthy, Whelan, McClean, Cox, Long...Subs: Randolph, O'Dea, Kelly, Andrews, Clifford, Meyler, Keogh, Hoolahan, Doyle. ///GREECE: Karnezis, Stafylidis, Papadopoulos, Tziolis, Samaras, Mitroglou, Torosidis, Tachtsidis, Ninis, Papastathopoulos, Cholevas...Subs: Peristeridis, Maniatis, Spyropoulos, Kone, Christodoulopoulos, Vyntra, Salpingdis, Dimoutsos, Siovas, Fortounis, Athanasiadis.
    • 19:10 Glenn Whelan is named in midfield instead of Keith Andrews.
    • 18:57 Simon Cox replaces the rested Robbie Keane up front while Shane Long comes in for Jonathon Walters.
    • 18:57 Ciaran Clark comes in for Darren O'Dea at centre-back while Stephen Ward replaces the injured Mark Wilson at left back.
    • 18:51 The team shows seven changes from the side which beat the Faroe Islands 4-1 last month.
    • 18:47 Ireland manager Giovanni Trapattoni, as usual, named his starting eleven the day before. However, first choice goalkeeper Keiren Westwood was ruled out of the game earlier in the day with a groin injury, so Millwall's David Forde starts.
    • 18:45 Hello and welcome to Eurosport's coverage of tonight's international friendly between the Republic of Ireland and Greece at the Dublin Arena. If you want to get in touch during the game with your comments, I am @nickaroyle on Twitter.
