    • - What did you make of the game? Was Gamst Pedersen the man of the match, despite being on the losing side? Were Scotland fortunate to come away with the win? Tweet me (@grahamruthven).
    • - Somehow Scotland have come away with a win over Norway, who dominated much of the game in Molde. Greer and Martin defended well at the back and Brown took his goal well but Strachan has to recognise that they should've lost tonight, had the hosts not been so wasteful in front of goal.
    • 95' FULL TIME: Norway 0-1 Scotland
    • 94' Scotland sub: Steven Naismith OFF, Christophe Berra ON.
    • 93' Conway gets a chance to stretch his legs down the left wing, driving to the byline before staging a cross into the box. However, with Snodgrass underneath him Nyland catches above his head.
    • 92' Scotland, at last, are playing keep ball through Brown and Conway. They haven't been able to do that much tonight but I suppose stoppage time when you're 1-0 up is as good a time as any.
    • 91' An additional four minutes of stoppage time to be played at the end of the second half.
    • 90' Huge chance for Konradsen! Gamst Pedersen picks out the substitute with a great pass into the box from the left wing, but Konradsen sticks his shot inches wide of the target. Should have found the net!
    • 89' Victory would be a nice way to cap a positive year under Strachan, but you could hardly say they deserve to win on the basis of tonight's display.
    • 88' One big positive for Scotland, other than the result of course, is the way they've defended tonight. Norway have put them under serious pressure at times but the partnership of Greer and Martin has stood up well.
    • 87' Pederson, who has been thorn in the side of the Scotland defence tonight, is replaced by the Hoffenheim striker El Younoussi. Can he make a difference?
    • 86' Norway sub: Marcus Pederson OFF, Tarik El Younoussi ON.
    • 85' The play opens up for Norway but when the ball comes out to Linnes his delivery isw wild and the ball sails high and wide, much to Marshall's relief.
    • 84' The freekick is cut back to Snodgrass 14 yards out, who sees his strike blocked by the Norway defence. However, the ball falls to Brown, but is shot is blocked too.
    • 83' YELLOW CARD: Martin Linnes (Norway).
    • 82' Conway is brought down on the left side by Linnes, giving Scotland a chance to put a good delivery into the penalty area.
    • 81' So do Norway have anything left? They've thrown everything they have at the Scots for much of the game but somehow find themselves behind.
    • 80' Greer gets himself out to Abdellaoue to block the striker's shot from inside the box after a good Norwegian break down the left side.
    • 79' Norway sub: Magnus Wolff Eikrem OFF, Anders Konradsen ON.
    • 78' Scotland are sinking deeper and deeper here. They're inviting Norwegian pressure on to them.
    • 77' Pederson tests Marshall once again, this time shooting on the half-volley from the edge of the box. However, the Scotland keeper gets down low to stop the effort.
    • 76' Norway are starting to apply pressure on the Scotland goal now. They've found their passing routine again and the fullbacks are helping out on the wings.
    • 75' Daelhi has looked lively since coming on for the home side. In fact, this stadium is also his club home. Every time he gets the ball an air of anticipation goes around the venue.
    • 74' The switch to 4-4-2 has suited Scotland much better. It has given them more control in midfield.
    • 72' Gamst Pedersen comes close for Norway! Daelhi and Linnes exhange on the left hand side of the box before cutting the ball back for Gamst Pedersen, who mistimes his shot and puts the ball over the bar.
    • 71' Gamst Pedersen whips another dangerous cross into the box but this time Martin gets a shout from Marshall and the Scotland keeper collects comfortably.
    • 70' Scotland are looking a lot more solid in the midfield now. Norway aren't knocking the ball around the centre of the pitch quite as easily as they were in the first half.
    • 69' Norway have just gone a little flat with all the changes. This has been their poorest spell of the game, but they will still feel upset that they are losing this game, considering how much dominance they have had.
    • 68' Daelhi comes on for only his second cap, as Norway continue to blood new players ahead of the next qualification campaign for Euro 2016.
    • 67' Norway sub: Per Ciljan Skjelbred OFF, Matts Moller Daelhi ON.
    • 66' Strandberg, who was th Norwegian Under 21s captain during their most recent qualification campaign, comes on for his international debut at senior level.
    • 65' Norway sub: Tore Reginiussen OFF, Stefan Strandberg ON.
    • 64' Scotland sub: Charlie Adam OFF, James McArthur ON.
    • 63' And the Tartan Army are in fine voice now! Finally, they have something to sing about.
    • 62' Well Scotland hardly deserve that goal but when the ball broke on the edge of the box Brown took the shot really well, lashing it into the bottom left corner.
    • 61' GOAL! Norway 0-1 Scotland (61 mins - Scott Brown). Totally against the run of play Brown smashes in a low drive from the edge of the box!
    • 60' Norway sub: Omar Elabdellaoui OFF, Martin Linnes ON.
    • 59' A chipped corner into the box finds Forren but the defender's header sails over the bar.
    • 58' Pederson should score! Abdellaoue breaks into the box and cuts the ball back to the penalty spot, where Pederson is running on to it, but from 12 yards he sees his shot saved by the legs of Marshall.
    • 57' Naismith cuts out a short pass in the Norwegian defence and tries to jink past the last man but Forren makes the last ditch tackle to stop the Everton player from surging through on goal.
    • 56' YELLOW CARD: Charlie Adam (Scotland)
    • 55' A rendition of Flower Of Scotland goes round the stadium in Molde. Their team needs roused. They've been quiet so far tonight.
    • 54' Gamst Pedersen has been exceptional tonight. Scotland can't deal with the deliveries he's been putting into the box. They've escaped unscathed through Norway's poor finishing.
    • 53' Gamst Pedersen whips in another wonderful cross into the box, finding Abdellaoue but the striker can't get a good enough connection on it and his effort bounces down off the turf and over the bar.
    • 52' Scotland sub: Ikechi Anya OFF, Craig Conway ON.
    • 51' Pederson takes the ball on the edge of the box and tries to bend the ball into the far corner, using Martin as a marker, but his shot flashes past the post.
    • 50' Looks like Craig Conway is getting ready to come on. You would think Anya would be the most natural change on the left side of midfield.
    • 49' The tempo to this game has actually been very intense, for a friendly. And it's started that way in the second half too.
    • 48' Eikrem plays a one-two with Pederson on the edge of the Scotland box before unleashing a powerful strike at goal, but it's straight down the throat of Marshall.
    • 47' Bryson was struggling with the wide role he has been forced into with the tactical switch in the first half. Bannan has come on, who is more at ease with playing on the right.
    • 46' Scotland sub: Craig Bryson OFF, Barry Bannan ON.
    • 45' The second half between Norway and Scotland has started!
    • - What did you make of the first half? Should Norway be ahead? What does Strachan need to change to turn this game around? Tweet me (@grahamruthven).
    • - Norway have been the better of the two sides but Scotland must take encouragement from the fact that they are still level. Kamara, Pederson and Gamst Pedersen have been standouts for the home side but the tactical switch has settled the game down for Scotland.
    • 45' HALF TIME: Norway 0-0 Scotland
    • 43' A cross from the right side bounces about the Scotland box before falling to Eikrem, who gets his body over the ball and strikes towards goal. But his shot collects a touch off Whittaker and spins just past the post. Strangely, the referee gives a goal kick.
    • 42' It hasn't been the best night for Bryson so far. He's hardly seen any of the ball on his first Scotland start.
    • 41' Hutton and Gamst Pedersen are exchanging verbals. Is there a history there?
    • 40' One positive for Scotland is that after a shaky opening 10 minutes or so they are now dealing with crosses into the box much better. Greer and Martin have started to take control.
    • 39' I suspect Strachan is looking forward to getting his team in the dressing room for half time. It hasn't worked for the Scots in this first half. I wouldn't be surprised if we see changes at the break.
    • 38' An Eikrem pass makes its way to Pederson on the edge of the box, who takes a touch, turns and strikes towards goal. But his shot takes a deflection and goes behind for a corner, which comes to nothing.
    • 37' Scotland build a promising move down the left side but Whittaker's pass is cut out by Eikrem. Every time Scotland come forward it breaks down in the final third.
    • 36' Adam stands over a freekick but his delivery into the box is terrible and Nyland picks it up with ease. Is that not why he's in the Scotland team? For his freekicks?
    • 35' The last time Scotland visited Norway they were thumped 4-0. They might not be losing but this performance hasn't been much better so far.
    • 34' Anya is fouled by the Norway fullback Elabdellaoui, giving Scotland a base inside the opposition half for the first time in the game. Can they use it well?
    • 33' It looks like Strachan may have switched the system a little bit. He's flattened out the midfield, with five right across the line. Anya is on the left and Snodgrass is on the right.
    • 32' For all that Scotland have been poor Norway have been extremely energetic and willing to make runs off the ball. Very impressive for a snowy night in February.
    • 31' And still, Scotland come deeper and deeper, with Anya in his own box to help out this time.
    • 30' Pederson gets in between Greer and Martin, where Gamst Pedersen's cross from the left side finds him with time, but his header drifts over the bar from 12 yards.
    • 29' Scotland look devoid of ideas and fluency in the middle of the system. It means their attacking threats, like Snodgrass and Anya, have seen next to nothing of the action.
    • 28' Norway wins another corner, delivering this one to the near post, but its cleared away by Whittaker and Adam punts the ball away on the edge of the box. Norway come back again.
    • 27' Eikrem, the former Manchester United midfielder, whips a good freekick into the box but Scotland defend it well and the danger is cleared.
    • 26' Naismith, who has seen none of the ball up front, is getting frustrated, dropping deeper and deeper into the middle to try and make an impression on the contest.
    • 25' Strachan is out on his touchline barking instructions at his team. I suspect he'll be telling them to retain the ball better in the midfield and look to pass the ball out of the defence. That's what's killing Scotland so far tonight.
    • 24' And Brown is back on the field.
    • 23' Talking of Brown the Celtic midfielder is currently off the pitch receiving some treatment on his ankle. Didn't see him take a knock or anything there.
    • 22' To be fair to Adam, he also needs Brown to help him out in the middle. Scotland are struggling to string two passes together.
    • 21' One thing that is noticeable is that there is no bounce in the pitch in Molde. Whenever the ball hits the turf it dies. That makes the game a little unpredictable.
    • 20' Adam isn't doing enough in the centre of midfield. There are doubts over his mobility at this level. He hasn't done much to dispel those suggestions in this game so far.
    • 19' Finally Scotland get a chance to knock the ball about the backline and the midfield for the first time of the game. They need to get control of this game.
    • 18' I wonder what Strachan thinks about this so far. His stewardship has been about keeping the ball better in the middle of the pitch but his side have hardly done that in the opening 20 minutes or so here.
    • 17' Gamst Pedersen and Kamara cause problems down the left once again but this time Marshall comes to claim the cross when it comes into the box.
    • 16' Sitting deep in a 4-5-1 Scotland are inviting pressure on to themselves. Adam in the centre of midfield is failing to mark runners, allowing them to drift unmarked into the box, getting on the end of the crosses that are causing the visitors so many problems.
    • 15' Balls into the box are causing Scotland real problems at the back. Greer and Martin are struggling in the centre of defence.
    • 14' Norway have started really well here, with Scotland struggling to impose themselves on the game.
    • 13' Great chance for Norway! Gamst Pedersen whips a wonderful ball into the Scotland penalty box, finding Pedersen completely unmarked six yards out. However, the striker can't stretch enough and the ball flashes across the face of goal.
    • 12' Norway come away on the counter attack after Snodgrass loses the ball deep in the opposition half but Kamara's shot is gathered at the second attempt by Marshall.
    • 11' Gamst Pedersen has started off well so far. In fact the Norwegians have started well in general. They have been the better of the two sides.
    • 10' A clipped cross into the box from the left side finds Kamara a matter of yards out, with the Scotland backline sleeping. However, a combination of Marshall and Greer stops the ball on the line.
    • 9' The introduction of Anya to the Scotland squad has had an impact under Strachan. The Watford player provides a directness and pace that Scotland were previously lacking with Craig Levein as manager.
    • 8' Nyland is pressured by Naismith as he tries to clear the ball from outside the box. However his clearance is cut out by Anya, who strikes at the empty net but the angle is too tight and the ball drifts wide of the target. Close shave for the Norway keeper!
    • 7' This is actually the last game to be played on this grass pitch. After tonight Molde are replacing it with an artificial surface.
    • 6' Kamara swings a dangerous ball into the penalty area for Burnley striker Pederson but he can't make any connection.
    • 5' The snow has mostly been cleared from the playing surface in Molde but the pitch still doesn't look great. Small patches of snow are still visible. Let's hope that doesn't become a problem as the game goes on.
    • 4' Greer has been given another start at the centre of the Scotland defence after making his debut in the 0-0 draw with the United States on Friday. He had little to deal with in that game so maybe tonight will be a tougher test.
    • 3' Big night for Bryson in the Scotland midfield tonight. He's been called up to Scotland squads before but it's his first start for the national team.
    • 2' If Scotlan can win tonight it will be the first time they have won back-to-back away games in more than six years.
    • 1' We're under way here in Molde!
    • 17:55 Pre-match odds: Norway 11/10, Draw 9/4, Scotland 13/5.
    • 17:50 So the big team news for Scotland is that Craig Bryson has been handed his first start in a Scotland shirt, with Ikechi Anya also coming into the side after missing out against the USA. Kris Boyd has to make do with a place on the bench, after being called into the squad to replace Steven Fletcher on Sunday.
    • 17:45 TEAM NEWS: Norway - Hyland, Elabdellaoui, Reginiussen, Forren, Hogli, Skjelbred, Eikrem, Jenssen, Gamst Pedersen, Pedersen, Kamara. /// Scotland - Marshall, Hutton, Whittaker, Martin, Greer, Adam, Bryson, Anya, Brown, Snodgrass, Naismith.
    • 17:40 After the goalless draw against the USA on Friday Strachan takes his Scotland team to the harbour town of Molde as they aim to continue their progress under the new manager. It's been snowing in Norway today and the pitch doesn't look too good. However, the locals insist the game will go ahead.
