    • 90+5' FULL TIME. Arsenal hold on for a 3-2 win that gives them third place in the table. A difficult season ends in delight.
    • 90+3' Odemwingie rolls the ball home but the whistle has already blown for offside.
    • 90+2' What a tackle! Jones bursts into the box and sets himself to fire past Szczesny, only for Gibbs to fly in with a brilliant challenge. What an important moment that could be.
    • 90+1' Van Persie springs the offside trap and finds acres of space in the box, only to fire off target. He should have scored really.
    • 90' We will have five added minutes at the Hawthorns...
    • 88' Olsson throws out a leg to get his boot to the free kick but the ball loops up into the air and into the arms of Szczesny in the Arsenal goal.
    • 88' Odemwingie tumbles to the deck under contact from Gibbs and West Brom have a free kick in a dangerous position.
    • 87' Brilliant block from Koscielny as he throws himself in the way of a shot from Fortune. Arsenal have just a few minutes to cling on now.
    • 85' Fortune gets past Jenkinson again and flashes his cross over Szczesny from a tight angle. Jenkinson looks vulnerable here.
    • 83' Fantastic defending from Song as he holds onto the ball in his own box then draws a foul to relieve pressure on his team-mates.
    • 82' Fortune sneaks away from Jenkinson again but his low shot creeps the wrong side of the post. He has caused the young right-back all manner of problems.
    • 81' Fulop palms away a corner and more ironic cheers sweep the Hawthorns. It has been a horrid day for the Baggies keeper.
    • 80' And here is Arsenal's change as Santos is replaced by Ramsey.
    • 79' Paul Scharner comes on for Dorrans for his farewell appearance for West Brom.
    • 78' Benayoun puts a bit too much on a pass for Van Persie as he sends the forward wide, and the Dutchman cuts back onto his left before failing to test Fulop.
    • 77' Arsenal are getting Ramsey ready on the sidelines.
    • 76' Just as I write that, Tony Hibbert scores an own goal. Everton 3-1 Newcastle.
    • 75' Newcastle are losing 3-0 at Everton now so they are destined for fifth place and a Europa League place.
    • 74' West Brom make a change with Peter Odemwingie on for Cox.
    • 72' Van Persie slips in Walcott and he demonstrates good close control to pick out a floated cross. However, WestBrom head clear before Song drags the loose ball wide, via a deflection for a corner.
    • 71' Great effort by West Brom! The Baggies construct a neat passing move across the front of goal and Andrews spins before unleashing a ferocious effort that Szczesny palms away.
    • 70' Coquelin is down in some pain but it appears the French midfielder will be okay to continue for now.
    • 69' By the way, Jamie Mackie has just put QPR 2-1 up at Manchester City! Follow all 10 games live!
    • 68' Here comes the change as Gibbs replaces Gervinho, pushing Santos forward into midfield.
    • 67' Another nice passing move collapses when Benayoun fails to find Walcot. Meanwhile, Arsenal ready Gibbs on the sidelines.
    • 66' Stat from Infostrada: "Laurent Koscielny scored his second PL goal of the season. He has now scored as many goals at either end this season having already netted two own goals."
    • 65' Lovely work from Gervinho as he ducks inside Jones but his pull-back for Benayoun is cut out by the West Brom defence.
    • 64' Arsenal break quickly down the right but Benayoun gets a pass to Gervinho wrong as the ball rolls out of play. West Brom are on top at present though.
    • 63' Spurs have now gone 2-0 in front at home to Fulham through Jermain Defoe, so Arsenal will almost certainly have to win at the Hawthorns.
    • 62' Olsson rises highest from the corner and Van Persie hoofs the ball clear from five yards out. Szczesny would have grabbed it but the striker couldn't take the risk as he was not sure where his keeper was.
    • 61' Cox finds a pocket of space on the right off the box and his dinked cross is headed behind by Song for a West Brom corner.
    • 60' Arsenal, meanwhile, can consider themselves hugely fortunate to be in front today. They have played very poorly at the back and have benefitted from three mistakes by Fulop.
    • 59' Over at Spurs, it is still 1-0 to Tottenham but Moussa Dembele has hit the post.
    • 57' Fulop has been guilty of two of the worst goalkeeping errors you will ever see here. He has been an absolute disaster today.
    • 55' GOAL! West Brom 2-3 Arsenal! Fulop with another disaster. Van Persie with a corner from the right and Fulop tries to punch clear but gets his attempt horribly wrong as he only succeeds in turning the ball to Koscielny, who bundles the ball over from close range.
    • 54' Arsenal opened up again but Cox, coming in from the right gets his low cross wrong with Fortune waiting in the centre to tap the ball home. The visitors are vulnerable at the back today.
    • 53' Awful defending from Jenkinson as Fortune pulls the ball down, spins the young full-back and drives in a low effort that Szczesny gets down to save.
    • 52' Here is the change and it is indeed Andrews who comes on for the injured Morrison.
    • 51' Gervinho lays the ball off to Santos and the Brazilian thumps the ball a few metres wide of the far post. A decent attempt.
    • 51' Dorran drags a shot wide while Hodgson mulls over which player to bring on for Morrison. It looks as though Keith Andrews will be the man.
    • 50' Coquelin and Jenkinson try and suppress Morrison on the left wing and the latter concedes a foul, with Morrison forced off with an injury.
    • 49' Van Persie's corner flies to the back post to find Song yet West Brom are able to clear. They have to do so again when Song volleys in a cross from the left.
    • 48' Walcott has his first touch and wins a corner for Arsenal...
    • 47' Song and Long have to be told to calm things down after a coming together. They elbowed each other gently, which was about the extent of it.
    • 46' Arsenal have made a change with Theo Walcott coming on for Rosicky. That sees Gervinho go to the left with Benayoun tucking up behind Van Persie.
    • 46' KICK OFF!
    • - What did you make of that first half? Let me know on Twitter. Follow Tom Adams on Twitter
    • 45+3' HALF TIME. A breathless first half finishes 2-2 and as things stand Arsenal are in fourth place, with Spurs winning at home to Fulham.
    • 45+2' Gervinho slams a shot into the side netting after getting in behind the home defence. That was close but he should really have struck the target.
    • 45+2' Simon Cox drills in a shot from 20 yards and it appears to strike the arm of the leaping Coquelin. However, his arm was tucked into his chest and it was never deliberate.
    • 45+1' We will have two added minutes in the first half.
    • 45' Two corners in quick succession for West Brom as they apply late pressure...
    • 44' Song scoops another pass over the top but this time finds nothing but empty space in the box. A bit of a waste from the midfielder.
    • 42' Olsson with a clumsy challenge on Van Persie but he avoids a booking. Having come in from behind, he was probably lucky not to be shown a yellow card.
    • 41' Manchester City have just gone 1-0 up at home to QPR, meaning they are on course to win the title. United are winning at Sunderland while Tottenham are beating Fulham and Newcastle are losing at Everton.
    • 39' Van Persie goes into the book for sliding in late on McAuley as he clears down the line. That looked harsh though as there was minimal contact.
    • 38' Stat from Opta: "The Gunners have not lost on the final day since 2005 (1-2 v Birmingham)."
    • 37' A Van Persie free kick is headed out to Rosicky but West Brom twice clear as the Czech pumps the ball into the box. Good defending from Hodgson's side.
    • 35' Gervinho cuts in from a tight angle on the right and his low effort towards the far post is clasped by Fulop. Ironic cheers from the home fans, who have been unimpressed with his efforts so far.
    • 34' Santos fouls Mulumbu to prevent a West Brom counter-attack from gathering momentum. Szczesny comes off his line to just about punch the free kick away.
    • 33' Stat from Infostrada: "Andre Santos with his second PL goal. The assist came from Alexandre Song, his 11th of the season and the most by any Arsenal player. Robin van Persie has 10."
    • 32' Benayoun threads a fine pass through for Van Persie but the Dutchman is caught offside as he spins with the ball at his feet.
    • 31' Arsenal still need another goal of course as Spurs are winning at home to Fulham and are in third place as things stand.
    • 30' GOAL! West Brom 2-2 Arsenal! A lovely hit from Santos. Youssouf Mulumbu loses possession to Alex Song in midfield and he pokes the ball wide to the Brazilian. He jinks away from two men before unleashing a firm shot that Fulop can only push into the side of the net. More poor goalkeeping.
    • 29' A goal at Everton where the Toffees take a 2-0 lead against Newcastle. So as things stand Arsenal will be secure in fourth, though of course if Chelsea win the Champions League then fourth goes into the Europa League.
    • 28' Van Persie it is who takes the free kick but doesn't get enough height on his effort and strikes the wall before appealing half-heartedly for a handball.
    • 27' Van Persie wins a free kick right on the edge of the box after drawing McAuley into a clumsy foul when executing a clever turn...
    • 26' Carl Jenkinson picks out Benayoun with a cross at the back post and the Israeli's first touch is lovely as he controls with his chest to elude Billy Jones. However, Gareth McAuely throws himself in the way of the subsequent shot. A fine block.
    • 25' Stat from Opta: "Arsenal have recovered more points from losing positions than any other team in the Premier League (21)."
    • 23' Alex Song attempts another of his scoop passes for Van Persie but the Dutchman is ruled offside. That combination has been very effective this season.
    • 22' Tomas Rosicky threads in a pass for Van Persie and he takes a touch before letting fly. However, Jonas Olsson produces a superb block for the home side just inside the box. Excellent defending - Arsenal take note.
    • 20' Stat from Infostrada: "Arsenal have now conceded 49 goals this PL season, the most since conceding 49 in 1994/95. They have not conceded 50+ since conceding 60 in 1983/84."
    • 19' Benayoun is left free to execute a volley from 10 yards but his technique fails him as the ball skews well off target.
    • 18' This is following a very similar path to last weekend's game against Norwich: An early Benayoun goal and then Arsenal find themselves 2-1 down. That game finished 3-3.
    • 17' At Goodison, Everton have gone in front against Newcastle. This is important as if Arsenal lose and Newcastle win today, then the Gunners could slip to fifth place.
    • 16' Well, the first West Brom goal was controversial but the second is attributable to some shocking defending, which has blighted Arsenal's season since day one. Spurs are now in pole position for third place.
    • 15' GOAL! West Brom 2-1 Arsenal! More terrible defending. Morrison chips the ball forward, Dorrans gets his head to the ball to knock it to the side of Koscielny and then dispatches a fine volley past Szczesny from the edge of the box.
    • 14' Graham Dorrans fires in a free kick from the left but Laurent Koscileny heads away. Arsenal need to regroup here, especially with Spurs winning at home to Fulham.
    • 13' Oh my. Replays show he was two yards offside. A terrible decision, and Wenger is rightly furious on the touchline. Real controversy here.
    • 12' GOAL! West Brom 1-1 Arsenal! Terrible defending from Arsenal as Shane Long equalises. James Morrison is allowed to saunter through midfield and Long races onto a through-ball, exploiting hesitation from Szczesny to slot the ball past the keeper.
    • 11' Just to reiterate, Spurs are 1-0 up at home to Fulham so Arsenal remain one point ahead of their rivals as things stand. Newcastle are a further three behind.
    • 9' Confusion at a West Brom corner but Arsenal do manage to clear. They didn't defend that very well at all and Shane Long was causing problems.
    • 8' A corner is cleared back out to Robin van Persie but the Dutchman produces a horrible attempt at a cross. Gervinho attempts to keep it in, but to no avail.
    • 7' Stat from Infostrada: "Yossi Benayoun scored his fourth PL goal of the season for Arsenal – three have come away from home."
    • 6' By the way, that from Fulop must rank as one of the worst mistakes of the season. What a time to do it. Spurs will be furious if they fail to get third by a goal.
    • 5' Marc-Antoine Fortune goes up the other end and slams in a low effort from a tight angle that forces Szczesny into a fine save. West Brom fail to make anything of the corner.
    • 4' GOAL! West Brom 0-1 Arsenal! Yossi Benayoun with the opener and it is a horrible, horrible mistake from Marton Fulop. The ball rolls to the edge of the box, Fulop gets himself in a tangle when realising he can't pick it up as he has strayed out of his box and steps over it instead, allowing Benayoun to knick the ball away and tap home!
    • 3' Szczesny is called up on get rid of another beachball. He will be hoping he avoids a Jose Reina moment today. And news comes through from a goal at Tottenham: Emmanuel Adebayor has put them 1-0 up at home to Fulham.
    • 2' Coquelin gives away the ball in midfield but is brought down when drawing a foul. Meanwhile, Wojciech Szczesny is forced to clear inflatables off the pitch. There is definitely a party atmosphere for Hodgson's big goodbye.
    • 1' KICK OFF!
    • 15:00 The two teams stream out onto an immaculate looking Hawthorns pitch. Hands are shaked and mascots escorted off the pitch. Here we go, the last 90 minutes of the Premier League season...
    • 14:55 You can get in contact with me during the match on Twitter should you wish. I'll try and chuck in a few of your comments here as well. Follow Tom Adams on Twitter!
    • 14:50 Of course, the title can also be decided this afternoon, with Manchester City leading Manchester United on goal difference, while Bolton and QPR are battling to avoid filling the final relegation spot. There should be plenty of drama to keep us all excited, and you can follow all 10 games live here.
    • 14:45 It has been a long old season for Arsenal. Arsene Wenger's side started the season disastrously - an 8-2 loss at Manchester United the nadir - yet a fine run in the spring, combined with Tottenham's collapse - gave them what seemed an almost unassailable position in third. A poor run has left them exposed once again though, ensuring we could have a dramatic conclusion to proceedings. Premier League table
    • 14:40 Here are some pre-match stats to get you in the mood: "This will be Arsene Wenger’s 600th Premier League game as Arsenal manager (but Pat Rice's last as assistant manager). West Brom have lost just one of their last six Premier League games while Arsenal have won none of their last four. Van Persie is only the sixth different player to score 30+ goals in a Premier League season and needs two to become the top scorer ever in a 38-game campaign."
    • 14:35 Just to underline Arsenal's situation: a win guarantees them third place and the final automatic qualification spot for the Champions League. Spurs, at home to Fulham, are just a point behind though and Newcastle, away at Everton, are two points behind. Arsenal could in theory still finish fifth and have to settle for a Europa League spot. Final day: What can happen
    • 14:30 So Arsenal make three changes from the side that drew 3-3 at home to Norwich last weekend, with Andre Santos, Jenkinson and Francis Coquelin coming in for Kieran Gibbs, Sagna and Aaron Ramsey. The selection of Coquelin is interesting: he was doing very well earlier in the season before suffering an injury, though some of his better performances came as a makeshift right-back.
    • 14:25 TEAMS: West Brom: Fulop, Jones, McAuley, Olsson, Ridgewell, Cox, Morrison, Mulumbu, Dorrans, Long, Fortune. Subs: Dawson, Shorey, Odemwingie, Scharner, Andrews, Daniels, Hurst. /// Arsenal: Szczesny, Jenkinson, Vermaelen, Koscielny, Andre Santos, Rosicky, Song, Coquelin, Benayoun, Gervinho, van Persie. Subs: Fabianski, Djourou, Ramsey, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Walcott, Gibbs, Chamakh.
    • 14:20 As well as settling Arsenal's league destiny, and whether they will be playing in the Champions League or the Europa League next season, today's match is also Roy Hodgson's final one as West Brom boss before he takes up his role with England. Hodgson sad to depart Hawthorns
    • 14:15 The team news is filtering through and the big selection from Arsenal's point of view is Carl Jenkinson slotting in at right-back in place of the injured Bacary Sagna. Francis Coquelin also comes in for Aaron Ramsey in midfield. Full teams will be with you shortly...
