    • 90+4' FULL TIME. Goals from Lampard and Hazard send Chelsea third in the table. Lampard on 200 for the club but Hazard was the star of the show today.
    • 90+3' Lampard tries to work space in the box but can't get a shot away. Now he looks for the cross but that isn't there either.
    • 90+2' There has been no end of chances today and Chelsea come out deserved winners.
    • 90+1' Three minutes of added time.
    • 90' Still the chances come in a frantic end to proceedings. Carroll now heads over the bar for West Ham from a corner.
    • 89' Hazard denied late on as Jaaskelainen throws out an arm to repel his shot from the left of the box. He has been man of the match today - Hazard that is.
    • 88' Lampard with another chance! However, the midfielder sees his shot blocked by a West Ham shirt.
    • 87' Oscar drives down the right and squares for Lampard, who sweeps the ball over the bar from 10 yards out. He should have done better with that really.
    • 86' Mata earns a round of applause when being replaced by John Obi Mikel.
    • 85' EAT SAVE! Jarvis delivers a cross from the left and Cole gets in front of Cahill to poke the ball at goal. Cech starts going the wrong way but throws out an arm to prevent the ball going in.
    • 84' Mata tries to dink a ball over the top of the defence but can't find a Chelsea shirt.
    • 82' Mata, who has worked hard without reward today, drags a shot wide from an Oscar pass.
    • 81' Cahill gets a header at goal but Jaaskelainen is equal to it for West Ham.
    • 80' Vaz Te makes way for Carlton Cole, formerly of Chelsea of course.
    • 79' Another chance goes begging for Ba as he delays long enough for Reid to stick in a boot at the back post. Good defending.
    • 78' Terry comes on to replace Luiz, who has picked up an injury.
    • 76' Hazard goes close! The Belgian looks almost certain to score a second but sees his prodded effort from the centre of the goal blocked by O'Brien.
    • 75' Lovely close control from Luiz in Chelsea's defensive third as he exchanges passes with Mata. West Ham take offence and Demel bundles into him from behind.
    • 74' Luiz takes ownership of this free-kick but sends the ball high into the stands. Disappointing.
    • 73' Demel treads on the heel of Hazard to stop him escaping and also earns a booking.
    • 72' Lampard lines up the free-kick and his attempt from 30 yards clips the top of the wall before being caught on the line by Jaaskelainen.
    • 71' Reid finds that the only way to stop Mata is to tug him back and earns a booking.
    • 70' Oscar has come on for Moses for Chelsea.
    • 70' As Mata comes in from the left the ball bounces around the box and catches the arms of both Demel and Reid. Neither are deliberate though.
    • 69' O'Neil gets into the box from the left and stings the palms of Cech with a rising shot that the keeper saves at his near post.
    • 68' The pace has dropped a touch here. Chelsea are no longer swamping the West Ham goal.
    • 66' Hazard bursts down the left and exhibits more excellent close control, but he can't get his cross away cleanly.
    • 65' West Ham don't look like getting anything out of this game. It would be a huge surprise if Chelsea were to let this slip.
    • 63' Stat from Opta: "Matt Jarvis has created more chances without recording an assist than any other player (29)."
    • 61' West Ham make a change as Collins comes off to be replaced by James Tomkins. Like for like at the back.
    • 60' Ba tries to make something happen for Chelsea but the West Ham defence stands firm as he tries to drive his way through.
    • 58' Stat from Infostrada: "Eden Hazard scores his eighth PL goal this season. This is now his outright second best season when it comes to goals scored. In 2011/2012 netted 20 league goals for for Lille in the Ligue 1."
    • 56' Carroll turns Azpilicueta on the halfway line and drives forward 40 yards before seeing a swerving effort almost wrong-foot Cech, who recovers to save.
    • 54' Mata races onto a loose ball and gets a shot away but Jaaskelainen just about gets his arms to the ball and then pokes it away from harm.
    • 53' A rare chance for West Ham as Collison curls a neat shot towards the top corner. Cech spots the flight of the ball and saves though.
    • 52' Stat from Infostrada: "Chelsea are unbeaten in their last 13 PL home matches in which they were leading at the half, since Arsenal beat the 3-5 after a 2-1 lead in October 2011."
    • 51' Here comes Lampard and he makes a trademark late run into the box only to smack the ball high into the air.
    • 50' GOAL! Chelsea 2-0 West Ham! Hazard quite possibly ends this as a going contest as he plays a square pass to Mata, who returns the favour with a dink over a defender. Hazard pulls the ball under control, saunters past two men and then buries the ball in the bottom corner.
    • 49' Hazard shines again as he prods at the West Ham defence before dinking the ball across the box with a Rabona kick. You know, the kind David Dunn was trying to pull off before he fell over that time.
    • 47' Jarvis and Joey O'Brien double up on Azpilicueta to bring his run to a halt on the right of the Chelsea attack.
    • 46' West Ham make a change as Matt Taylor comes on for Diame.
    • 46' KICK OFF!
    • 45+3' HALF TIME. Lampard has Chelsea in front but Jaaskelainen is keeping the visitors from a hammering with a number of saves.
    • 45+1' We will have two minutes of added time.
    • 45' Gary O'Neil plays the ball up the field to Vaz Te and the forward produces a decent effort that Cech clasps to his chest as he goes to ground.
    • 44' Ba denied again! It's a more routine save for Jaaskelainen this time as the shot from a tight angle is weak. How did the striker get in behind the defence again?
    • 43' Action-packed half of football this.
    • 42' HUGE CHANCE FOR CHELSEA! Moses slips in Ba with a nice little pass and the striker tries to bend the ball around Jaaskelainen, only to be denied by the outstretched leg of the keeper.
    • 41' BIG CHANCE FOR WEST HAM! The ball rolls to Diame in the box and he delays the shot to try and work space before slamming a shot against a Chelsea body.
    • 40' Collins gets a firm header to a free-kick from Hazard but the ball drops for Luiz 20 yards out and he wraps his foot around the ball as it falls from the air, sending a thumping volley just wide.
    • 38' ANOTHER CHELSEA CHANCE! Luiz marauds down the left wing and pulls the ball back for Hazard on the edge of the box. He then squares for Mata, who curls the ball wide of the near post with a neat first-time effort.
    • 37' CHELSEA GO CLOSE! Azpilicueta gets a cross in from the right and finds Moses hovering near the penalty spot. He takes a touch and pulls his shot wide of the far post. Very close.
    • 36' Stat from Opta: "Chelsea have won their last three Premier League games at Stamford Bridge."
    • 35' Mata takes the ball forward for Chelsea but just when it looks as though there is space to exploit in the final third, West Ham draw the curtains and crowd him out.
    • 34' Hazard, very lively in the first half, pops up on the left and gets a low shot away, sending the ball too close to the West Ham keeper.
    • 33' Collins anticipates well as he prevents Mata getting control of the ball in the ox and his prod forward finds Jarvis, who muscles Azpilicueta off the ball. However a foul is given.
    • 32' Hazard looks to inject a bit of pace into the attack and tries to find Mata by threading the ball through the legs of Collins. The Spaniard can't get control though.
    • 31' Stat from Opta: "Three of the last four Premier League games between Chelsea and West Ham have gone over 3.5 goals."
    • 30' Ramires has now pulled up with what appears to be a thigh injury. He gets treatment from the Chelsea doctors.
    • 28' Luiz it is who squeezes a low shot round the wall and Jaaskelainen dives full stretch to help it round the post.
    • 27' Mohamed Diame is penalised for a foul on Lampard as Chelsea win a free-kick 25 yards from goal. Lampard and Luiz over it...
    • 26' Carroll now directs a header wide as his presence unsettles the Chelsea defence once more.
    • 25' The Carroll incident looked like exactly the kind of thing Sam Allardyce will dismiss as just part of the game after the final whistle. But there was enough in it to justify the decision.
    • 23' Stat from Infostrada: "Frank Lampard scores his 200th club goal for Chelsea, two short of Bobby Tambling's (202) record as the club's top scorer in all competitions."
    • 22' WEST HAM HAVE A GOAL DISALLOWED! Matt Jarvis hooks the ball back into play from the byline and Carroll levers Luiz off the ball before slotting past Petr Cech. Luiz goes to ground rather easily but he did push him.
    • 20' That, by the way, is Lampard's 200th goal for Chelsea in all competitions.
    • 19' Hazard initially had a rasping effort saved by Jaaskelainen and his cross for Lampard was delightful, picking out the midfielder in plenty of space to nod home.
    • 18' GOAL! Chelsea 1-0 West Ham! Frank Lampard heads home from a Hazard cross after the Belgian has a shot saved.
    • 17' Cahill hasn't given up on this one yet and comes back onto the pitch. Terry keeps stretching just in case though.
    • 16' JT starts warming up and Stamford Bridge shows its appreciation for Chelsea's Captain, Leader, Legend. And a few other things.
    • 15' A concern for Chelsea as Gary Cahill takes to the turf and signals that he needs treatment.
    • 14' The corner is cleared and Chelsea come forward again, with a cross from the left being headed firmly at his own keeper by Collins. Jaaskelainen caught hold of it.
    • 13' Hazard gets in down the right and pulls the ball back for Ba, who has got ahead of Winston Reid. He gets his boot in but Chelsea have to settle for a corner.
    • 12' It's been an entertaining start at Stamford Bridge and news comes in from Craven Cottage that Dimitar Berbatov has given Fulham the lead against Spurs. Great news for Arsenal and Chelsea.

    • 10' Hazard plays in Ba to the right but his cross fails to find a blue shirt.
    • 9' Stat from Infostrada: "Chelsea have not lost a home league game in the month of March for 12 years - since a 4-2 defeat by Sunderland in 2001."
    • 8' Culpable at one end, Collins then almost makes a decisive contribution at the other as he volleys over the bar from the edge of the box after Ramires produces a diving header to clear from a ball into the box.
    • 7' SHOCKING MISS FROM BA! The striker gets in behind James Collins when racing onto a through-ball from Lampard and has to bury the ball when one-on-one with Jaaskelainen. He tries to take it early and wrap his foot around the ball but instead sends it horribly wide.
    • 5' Mata picks up the ball in that central area and tries to dink a pass in for Ba, who can't get his boot on the end of it at full stretch.
    • 4' David Luiz gives away a free-kick with a rather clumsy foul on Andy Carroll and Ricardo Vaz Te stands over the ball before rifling his effort high over the bar.
