    • 90' Two minutes added time being played.
    • 88' Norwich's colourful gans look somewhat tired of all this now, texting and chatting away as they prepare for a long trip East.
    • 86' Scrappy end to this match but the job has been well done by Liverpool, who look like a top-six side on recent form - this will be a sixth win in nine.
    • 85' NORWICH SUB: Snodgrass comes off for Rudd.
    • 83' Liverpool just toying with Norwich, who were broken a long time ago. The ref will do well to minimise added time for both sides' sakes.
    • 81' The corner is taken short to Suarez but Holt is there defending and Norwich clear.
    • 80' Suarez to take this and he swings it towards the near top corner, but it's headed behind by Tettey. Corner.
    • 79' Snodgrass should be booked after clobbering Sterling in frustration - and he is.
    • 77' LIVERPOOL SUB: Henderson comes off for Joe Allen.
    • 75' I'm giving that goal to Sterling until the Premier League says otherwise. Thumping win this.
    • 74' GOAL LIVERPOOL! 5-0, STERLING / BENNETT! Sterling raced clear down the left, finding acres of space and driving a low effort that struck Ryan Bennett en route to goal. Was it on target? Probably and Suarez was there anyway.
    • 73' Liverpool fans in fine voice now as their heroes stroke the ball about nicely.
    • 72' Is Sturridge the Real Deal then? Woefully underused at Chelsea, but he's one of the main men here and could well develop into one of England's best players. What do you think? Have your say on Twitter @Reda_Eurosport. FOLLOW ON TWITTER!
    • 71' Johnson looks perplexed after giving a free-kick away.
    • 69' LIVERPOOL: Sturridge makes way for Borini, I think. TBC.
    • 68' LIVERPOOL SUB: Sterling on for Lucas.
    • 67' This will put Liverpool seventh by the way - behind Arsenal on goal difference - but West Brom would retake that if they beat Villa later.
    • 64' Just before that goal Hoolahan came on for Norwich. Lost in that spectacular strike.
    • 66' Classic Gerrard, arriving on to Johnson's pass before taking a touch and firing a fizzing low drive inside the left-hand post. Fantastic strike - a great run by Johnson to assist.
    • 65' GOAL LIVERPOOL! 4-0 AND A GERRARD SCREAMER! Low and true past Bunn from the edge of the box.
    • 63' A lot of the impetus has gone out of this match as Liverpool look settled and content, Norwich well beaten.
    • 61' Liverpool still on 70% possession, that good early Norwich spell a distant memory in this half.
    • 60' Ooh the cut-back from Downing as behind Suarez, the Uruguayan could have been in.
    • 59' Sturridge has had a cracking start to life at Liverpool - he has scored three in three since joining.
    • 58' GOAL LIVERPOOL! 3-0! STURRIDGE! Johnson in acres of space on the left but he underhits his low cross. Still Liverpool though as Henderson swings a crossfield pass over to Downing, who puts in a first-time ball AND STURRIDGE SCORES! A tap-in as Downing's first-time cross caught the visitors cold.
    • 57' Downing with a fine effort from range that flies just past the top right! Ah the replay shows it was a few yards wide.
    • 56' Garrido goes safety first as he puts it behind for a corner after Suarez and Sturridge combined, the latter missing the former's low ball after a fine dribble.
    • 55' Great crossfield pass from Gerrard to release Wisdom but Garrido tackles Downing. Throw to the Reds.
    • 54' Wisdom gets forward from defence and drags a low shot across goal but wide of the far post.
    • 53' Better from Liverpool now as they win a corner on the left. Good ball from Gerrard but Bradley Johnson heads clear.
    • 52' Liverpool respond to that with a spirited attack but it ends with an offside flag as Gerrard straed as he went through.
    • 51' The ball drops to Tettey, who hits it from range, total mis-hit but it should have been a goal for Holt, who completely missed the ball sliding in!
    • 50' Garrido swings in the free-kick but Liverpool clear. Better from Norwich.
    • 49' Wisdom fouls Bennett but Oliver doesn't mind a tackle so just awards the free-kick.
    • 48' Norwich with more ball at the start of this half than they had for much of the first. Liverpool looking to sit and counter it seems - and why not.
    • 47' Good interception by Johnson, who finds Agger as he kills the long ball with one touch.
    • 46' The second half is underway at Anfield!
    • - What did you make of that half? Impressive stuff from Liverpool, although Norwich haven't offered too much going forward. They need to be more direct. Let me know on Twitter @Reda_Eurosport. FOLLOW ON TWITTER!
    • - STATS: Liverpool with over 70% possession, 12 efforts on goal (six on target) and two goals. Norwich, meanwhile, have had just two efforts, one of which was on target - and arguably should have put them ahead.
    • 45+2 Half-time and Liverpool lead 2-0 through fine goals by Jordan Henderson and Luis Suarez. They have dominated, although Norwich have had a few half-chances
    • 45+1' Sturridge with a low drive that Bunn saves after a lovely run and pass from Suarez. The angle was a bit tight for Sturridge but he could have cut it back.
    • 45' Gerrard has dropped into a DM position as the half comes to a close - smart move. One minute added time.
    • 44' Better from Norwich as Liverpool appear to slack off a touch late in the half...
    • 43' Johnson is booked after leaving Snodgrass in a heap. Liverpool clear the free-kick - Snodgrass had to go off for treatment so couldn't take it.
    • 42' By the way the original through ball for Suarez's goal was from Lucas, not Gerrard. It was from so deep I didn't see the release - but really the assist should be Sturridge's.
    • 41' Johnson drags a low shot well wide after good play by Sturridge.
    • 40' The free-kick is flicked on by Holt and Jones flies out to deny Johnson, Holt has it back and fires one in from the right but Wisdom blocks.
    • 39' The corner is poor and cleared but Sturridge commits a foul as Liverpool break and Norwich have a free-kick. Taken too quickly with the ball still moving, so it's brought back again.
    • 38' Extended nonsense as the ref insists the ball must be on the line for Snodgrass's corner.
    • 37' Tettey with an effort from range but blocked wide for a corner.
    • 36' GOAL LIVERPOOL! 2-0! SUAREZ! A shimmy and a stepover from Sturridge lets Suarez race clear and he threads the finish into the bottom right for 2-0. Easy peasy, wonderful stepover from Sturridge. Lucas with the pass so he gets the assist.
    • 35' Henderson with another fierce drive from long range, swerving too, but Bunn keeps his eye on it and claims.
    • 35' Gerrard's corner is wildly hacked behind for another one by Howson. Could have gone anywhere.
    • 34' Another corner to Liverpool again won by Suarez on the right. Gerrard involved in the build-up.
    • 33' Sturridge in acres of space in the middle and he picks out Suarez on the left. Back inside to Sturridge, who finds Gerrard, Suarez trying to complete the one-two but he gets the through-ball wrong and Norwich have it back. Impressive attacking play from Liverpool.
    • 32' Gerrard puts the corner on to the head of Wisdom but he puts his effort well over under pressure from Martin.
    • 31' Suarez buys a corner off Ryan Bennett after a speedy break down the right by Downing.
    • 30' Nice turn again by Sturridge but a poor pass, underhit with Downing free wide right.
    • 29' The new Scotland manager Gordon Strachan is watching on - checking out Norwich's Scottish pair Snodgrass and Martin.
    • 28' Downing's corner causes Norwich problems as the ball skips up to Suarez on the left, but he shoots weakly at Bunn.
    • 27' Suarez with a run down the right and Liveprool have a corner. Downing to take...
    • 26' GOAL LIVERPOOL! 1-0. HENDERSON WITH A SCREAMER! Into the top right after a loose ball sprung to him on the edge of the box. Suarez's run had caused panic but I think the last touch was off Elliott Bennett before Henderson struck.
    • 25' Johnson picks out Suarez on the edge of the box but his touch lets him down and the shot is blocked.
    • 24' Suarez almost sends Sturridge through but Norwich survive that one.
    • 23' Midway through the first half and the stats reflect the narrative: Liverpool with 70% possession but both sides with one effort on target, although Liverpool have had four off target.
    • 22' Suarez with a great take on the chest but then he slips as he attempts the volley. Not a dive, before you ask, just a slip. Blaming the boots.
    • 21' Norwich have a corner on the left that Snodgrass swings in but Liverpool clear. And now Tettey takes out Henderson but is only verbally warned by the ref.
    • 20' Johnson spins in a cross from the left that is well held by Bunn with Sturridge lurking.
    • 19' Gerrard with a long-range effort but it's a daisy cutter by his standards, and well wide from 25 yards.
    • 18' Elliott Bennett has to clear behind for a corner, which is taken short but Gerrard can't take the shot in his stride and Norwich clear to touch again.
    • 17' The replay confirms that there was no weight behind that penalty appeal.
    • 16' Johnson latches on to a high ball into the left but he slips and Martin brings it away. He though it was a handball as Martin blocked, and the fans howled for a penalty, but it was clearly his chest. Give over.
    • 15' Shaky moment for Bunn as he struggles to control a backpass, but he manages to clear in the end.
    • 14' Suarez is denied at the near post by Bunn after some lovely build up play both by him and Henderson. Suarez probably should have cut back deeper to Sturridge.
    • 13' Sturridge on the right looks back to Lucas, now Suarez on it, he shuffles into a shooting position but it's blocked. Still with Liverpool though.
    • 12' That chance came after a lovely pass from Suarez, who is looking sprightly as ever. He then wins a free-kick off Tettey after a fine touch inside.
    • 11' Sturridge with a neat turn to slip away from Turner before drilling a shot through Martin's legs but straight at Bunn. Johnson was spare, should have passed wide!
    • 10' Gerrard spreads it wide right to Downing, who is held up by Garrido. Liverpool throw.
    • 9' So after a Liverpool-controlled opening, Norwich have shown some dangerous play on the break and at set pieces. The hosts still looking the better side though.
    • 8' Downing comes forward from halfway, he's looking for a run from a team-mate but one doesn't come and he has space to shoot, drilling a low effort wide of the right-hand post!
    • 7' Norwich have a free-kick midway into the Liverpool half - good delivery from Snodgrass and Ryan Bennett flies in with a free header but straight at Jones! Should have scored!
    • 6' Gerrard is lucky to get away with two very heavy challenges on the edge of the Norwich D after a move he started had broken down. The first was on Tettey, not sure who the second took out.
    • 5' Johnson again on the left wing, inside to Suarez. Seems Liverpool are looking to work that flank with Martin seen as a weaker link than Garrido on the other side.
    • 4' Johnson cuts inside from the left but his driven cross is too high for his arriving team-mates and it flies out for a goal kick.
    • 3' Nice play between Sturridge and Johnson as Suarez is released down the left - his hanging cross is met by Downing, but from the position and elevation he can only head softly over.
    • 2' Liverpool dictating the play early on as Henderson gets a touch, wide to Johnson on the left...
    • 1' The first half is underway at Anfield.
    • 14:55 I am reliably informed that Reina suffered a thigh strain in training - thanks to @WillHillauthor and @gazbeer for that.

    • 14:45 William Hill have the odds lengthening on a Liverpool win after the teamsheet was announced: Liverpool 4/11, Norwich 8/1, draw 18/5. Had been 1/3 for the Reds and 10/1 for Norwich. What are your predictions? Let me know on Twitter @Reda_Eurosport. FOLLOW ON TWITTER!
    • 14:40 FACT: After a 10-match unbeaten run in the Premier League, Norwich have now gone five without a win (W0 D1 L4).
    • 14:40 FACT: Luis Suarez has scored hat-tricks in his last two Premier League appearances against Norwich City. The last four goals he has scored against the Canaries have all been from outside the box; Liverpool have won six and lost none of their last seven Premier League games against Norwich City.
    • 14:35 Referee: Michael Oliver (Northumberland) - in 14 Prem matches this season, he has shown 40 yellows and 1 red. Tellingly just under half of those yellows have come in the last four Prem matches.
    • 14:30 Chris Hughton (Norwich): "(Luis Suarez's) goals against us earlier this season were excellent. But as good as his finishes were, we made things too easy for him. One thing’s for certain - we don’t want him to get three hat-tricks against us."
    • 14:30 Brendan Rodgers (Liverpool): "We have got money that can be reinvested back into the team. We are just looking for the right players who fit the profile we want. It is going to take time, but I will certainly always say what I feel is right for the team."
    • 14:25 Norwich, meanwhile, are also without first-choice keeper John Ruddy, who is out until April with a serious thigh injury. Mark Bunn continues in his place. Jonny Howson is back from illness and starts, while Grant Holt (thigh) also returns; Andrew Surman (knee) is bakc in training but misses out. Defender Steven Whittaker (hip) and striker Steve Morison (knee) are still recovering but could return in 10 days.
    • 14:25 The most notable team news is that Liverpool keeper Pepe Reina is absent from the matchday squad, Brad Jones starting in his place. Not sure if he's suffering the effects of a knock picked up in the 2-1 defeat to Manchester United, or if the rumours surrounding his future are having an effect. Daniel Sturridge, meanwhile, is rewarded for his goalscoring antics with a first start in the league for the club. Jose Enrique is injured.
    • 14:20 TEAMS - Liverpool: Jones, Wisdom, Johnson, Carragher, Agger, Lucas, Gerrard, Henderson, Suarez, Downing, Sturridge; Subs: Gulacsi, Allen, Borini, Sterling, Shelvey, Robinson, Skrtel /// Norwich: Bunn, R. Martin, R. Bennett, Turner, Garrido, E. Bennett, Johnson, Tettey, Snodgrass, Howson, Holt; Subs: Jackson, Pilkington, Rudd, Hoolahan, Barnett, Tierney, Kane
