    • - Don't forget you can watch highlights of this match, along with every Premier League game, from 00:01 on Monday morning (UK only).
    • - So that's it. Swansea, following a far better second half perfromance, will be disappointed not to have at least got a draw from that game but ultimately they were to pay for a poor first half showing.
    • 90+3 That's it from the Britannia.
    • 90+2 Lathargic finish to the match – looks like both sides have come to terms with the result. Swansea were great for twenty minutes after the break but Stoke held firm and deserve this win.
    • 90' Four minutes of added time.
    • 89' Stoke win a corner. Etherignton’s cross to the back post is cleared. He collects the second ball and whips it in again. Vorm claims.
    • 87' Swansea camped in their own half now.
    • 86' Crouch off for Jones.
    • 85' Stoke finishing the stronger now and I'd be surpirsed if it was anything other than a home win now.
    • 84' Etherington beats his man down the left and clips a ball into the near post. Walters gets to it first but under pressure can only head wide of the near post from a tight angle.
    • 82' Whelan is down in a heap and it looks like he won’t be able to continue. Whitehead on.
    • 80' Etherington leads a break after winning a half-hearted challenge with Chico. Ki does well to track the run and prevent the shot but the former Tottenham man digs out a cross to the back post that Crouch heads onto the bar.
    • 78' N'Zonzi takes down a switch of play, cuts inside and finds Etherington. His cross to the back post is just beyond Crouch.
    • 77' Much more open game this half and the hosts are unable to put as much pressure on the ball.
    • 76' Rangel looks to immediately feed Moore but his touch is a little heavy and the hosts clear.
    • 75' Moore for Michu.
    • 73' Luke Moore is readying himself to come on as the visitors push for a goal.
    • 72' Looks like Wilson is going to have a black eye after that challenge. His eye has closed up already.
    • 71' Kightly whips the ball into the back post as he continues to offer a threat down the wing. Swansea clear and break down the other end. Rangel looks to get in behind but Cameron clears for a corner. Chico raises his leg from the corner and catches Wilson in the face.
    • 69' Adam is off for Etherington.
    • 68' From the resulting corner, Graham gets the ball in space at the back post but his effort is always rising from a tight angle.
    • 66' Chico’s header from a Davies corner is well blocked by Walters at the near post.
    • 65' Twenty minutes of consistent Swansea pressure and they need a goal.
    • 64' Britton looks to thread a ball through to Ki but it just has too much on it.
    • 63' Routledge offering far more of a threat already.
    • 62' Routledge on for Hernandez.
    • 61' Chico is a changed player this half, he wins a ball high up the pitch and looks to lead a break but a Stoke leg clears.
    • 60' The Swans looking a lot sharper here. The passes are crisper.
    • 59' Hernandez receives the ball in the midfield and with no options ahead of him drags an effort wide. Decent strike under pressure but the Swans are having more of it.
    • 57' It is the visitors who are applying the pressure now.
    • 56' The next goal is all important now.
    • 55' This is more of contest now. Dyer breaks but Walters cynically takes out Dyer. Deserved yellow.
    • 53' Hernandez slips a ball behind the Stoke defence and Davies goes down under the challenge but the referee says there’s nothing doing there and it is a yellow for the defender.
    • 51' Hernandez looking a lot more comfortable in the middle of midfield.
    • 48' Ki collects a loose ball and his shot from outside the box is tipped over the bar.
    • 46' We're back underway for the second half. No changes.
    • 45+2' That's it from the first half.
    • 45' Michu lays-off to Britton but his effort from outside the box is always rising.
    • 43' Hernandez is having a torrid afternoon. Looking to get involved in the game, he is moving inside and leaving his full-back exposed. That would be all well and good if any of those sorties into midfield had any sort of impact but a lot of his play has been wayward.
    • 41' Kightly is giving Davies a real going over at the moment and he wins a free-kick down the left. Whelan puts the resulting free-kick out for a goal kick. Poor.
    • 39' Swansea look so reticent at the back. Williams, who had some of the best possession stats in Europe last season, is looking really agricultural at times.
    • 37' GOOOOOAAAL! That is awful. Awful defending. Kightly looks for Crouch at the back post, Crouch gets a boot to it, Walters fails to control the knockdown but it comes off the Irishman back to Crouch, who volleys straight at Vorm, who should claim. The big forward follows up and slots home from inside the six yard box.
    • 36' An almighty scramble in the Swansea box ends up with a hacked clearance.
    • 35' Swansea work the ball well through the midfield but when Ki decides to switch the ball it is a second too late and Cameron heads clear.
    • 33' Swansea need to get further up the pitch – they are dropping deeper and deeper and it is inviting pressure.
    • 31' Adam delivers a corner but it is dealt with at the near post.
    • 30' Pressure from Stoke continues. And Kightly works some space but his cross is blocked.
    • 28' Swansea go from back to front quickly this time and Graham lays-off for Michu whose shot from just outside the box whistles past the post.
    • 26' Stoke look to have taken heed from the success of Everton last weekend and the pressure they are putting on the ball is cutting the supply at source. All Stoke.
    • 24' Stoke win the ball high up the pitch. Crouch finds Adam, but his curler from outside the box is easily claimed.
    • 23' Swansea work the ball forward. But the move loses impetus with a poor pass from Hernandez.
    • 21' Stoke go long again and Adam challenges Vorm. Adam goes down under the challenge and we have a slight hiatus for an injury to the former Blackpool man
    • 20' Graham capitalises on a poor pass from Walters to get in behind. Under pressure he can’t get the required purchase on the shot and it is easily claimed.
    • 19' Serious pressure on Swansea ball here as Pulis barks orders from the side.
    • 18' Williams challenges at the back post from the corner but can't get the required connection.
    • 17' Davies is blocked and Ki takes a kick from a pretty decent position down the left. Poor delivery doesn’t even beat the first man. Dyer follows up and dinks a cross to the back post. Corner.
    • 16' Adam has a pot shot from distance – always rising.
    • 14' Poor, poor marking for the goal. Vorm is charged down by Crouch following a back-pass. Stoke really putting a lot of pressure on the ball.
    • 12' GOOOOAL! Great delivery from Whelan from the corner. It is just too high for Huth but Crouch nips in behind the German and powers a header home from close range. That’s his fourth of the season.
    • 11' Adam leads a break, finds Wilson, who cuts inside and shoots at goal. Vorm parries for a corner.
    • 10' Shawcross goes long but the Swans clear. Huth puts it back into the box. Vorm claims.
    • 9' Stoke putting a lot of pressure on the Swansea midfield and defence. Dyer finds Michu but he gets the ball caught under his feet and the hosts clear.
    • 7' Adam is seeing a lot of the ball now. His through ball is intercepted by Chico, who finds Dyer. Wilson goes through the diminutive winger. Free-kick. Poor delivery.
    • 6' Vorm comes for a high ball and is nowhere near it. Ki has to mop up as the ball is clipped into the box following that flap – lucky there Swansea.
    • 5' Dyer fouls Huth as they challenge for a high ball.
    • 4' Adam works a yard and clips a ball to the far post but Rangel clears with Crouch on the prowl. Corner. Whelan swings it in but is it easily cleared.
    • 3' Stoke get their foot on the ball for the first time in the game. But the visitors put pressure on N'Zonzi who overhits a pass to Begovic, who slices clear. Nervous start.
    • 2' Swansea make a strong start. They’re moving the ball at pace and Graham looks to get in behind but Huth snuffs out the danger.
    • 1' The referee today is Jonathan Moss and he gives his whistle a toot and we’re off. The Swans get the game underway to the usual din at the Britannia.
    • 15:55 MATCH ODDS: Stoke City (18/19) Swansea (62/17) Draw (5/2).
    • 14:50 While Tony Pulis has had much to say about summer signing Michael Owen, who again starts on the bench: "Michael has been fantastic since he walked through the door here, and he looked fit and sharp when he came on at Chelsea. It's a long, tough season though, and there is no way we will be rushing him into things quickly which could put him at risk of picking up an injury. We will bide our time with him and ease him into things, as we have done."
    • 14:45 Visiting boss Michael Laudrup has been complimentary of his hosts in the build up to the game: "There is no right or wrong style of play in football. We all have our opinions. If you look at Stoke, they have really grown as a club in the Premier League. Usually, of the three teams that go up you find one, maybe two, of those clubs go straight down. The other may go down the following season. But they have become an established Premier League team.”
    • 14:40 The Swans made a swashbuckling start to the season but two straight defeats without scoring has seen them drop to 11th in the table, while their hosts – who were unbeaten in the league until last weekend’s defeat against Chelsea – are a further two places down in 13th having drawn their four prior games.
    • 14:35 The rhetoric would suggest this match pits opposing philosophies against one another, but a quick consultation with the statistics and those stereotypes don’t seem so concrete. Stoke have conceded 60% of their goals from set plays – the highest in the league; while Swansea have made the lowest percentage of their passes in the final third: 23%.
    • 14:30 Ashley Williams and Pablo Hernandez shake off injuries; while Chico Flores and Nathan Dyer return from suspension to feature in the starting eleven.
    • 14:25 Stoke boss Tony Pulis has a fully-fit squad to select from with midfielder Charlie Adam having recovered from the illness that forced him off last weekend in the 1-0 defeat at Chelsea. Andy Wilkinson serves the second match of a three-game suspension. Michael Owen is again on the bench.
