    • 90+4 Long balls from Swansea but Spurs defending the danger for now.
    • 90+3 The two coaching staffs are having an argument on the touchline at the moment – Tottenham seemed to hang onto the ball in the Swansea dugout. Would not be like anyone from Swansea to hang onto a ball and play for time now would it!
    • 90+2 We will have FIVE extra minutes.
    • 90+1 WONDERFUL BY BALE IN DEFENCE!!! He dives in and blocks a shot from Dyer.

    • 88' Holtby now with a bad tackle on Dyer – clear yellow card.
    • 87' The referee is telling Michu to calm down – the Spaniard is angry with a couple of decisions but has been booked so must be careful.
    • 86' Defoe has a chance to seal the points but Vorm gets down well to save his low effort.
    • 85' Michu is fouled twice but the referee plays the advantage – the fans are not happy when Spurs then clear the danger.

    • 83' Tiendalli with another excellent cross – Walker bundles it behind for a corner.
    • 82' Tottenham defending deeper and deeper – they are playing a dangerous game at the moment.
    • 81' Walker with a panicky clearance as Swansea look to get balls into the box.
    • 79' Shechter coming on for Swansea with Hernandez making way.
    • 78' Michu fires wide from a tough angle – he just ran out of space.
    • 77' Michu and Vertonghen clash together and escape without any punishment. Michu on a booking remember.
    • 76' Tottenham bring on Holtby for Sigurdsson
    • 75' Nice reverse pass from Britton – that sets up Davies and his cross is blocked away for a corner.
    • 74' Bale almost restores the two goal advantage as he rampages forward before firing into the side-netting.
    • 73' Tottenham were unhappy as they felt it wasn't a corner – Michu's 20th of the season though.
    • 72' GOAL SWANSEA!!! It is that man Michu - directly from a corner he rises highest and puts an excellent header into the corner of the net. Game on.
    • 71' Michu with a lovely nod down for Routledge but he can't control the ball and the chance goes.
    • 70' Swansea have not really built on their pressure from the end of the first-half and are running out of time now.
    • 69' Tiendalli goes down in the box after trying a one-two – never going to get a penalty for that. Kyle Walker is booked for a tackle earlier in the build up.
    • 66' Swansea bringing on Garry Monk for Chico Flores. Could to see Chico back but just tired at this stage. No booking for Vertonghen by the looks of things.

    • 64' Parker needed a bit of treatment but is back on the pitch for Tottenham now.
    • 62' Michu defends the corner….but then gets in trouble at the other end after a clash of heads with Parker. He jumped in with a bit too much relish and he is booked.
    • 61' Before the corner Tottenham are bringing on Defoe for Adebayor. No big surprise, Adebayor has been pretty average today.
    • 60' Lennon runs right to the end-line and then sees his cross blocked by Davies for a corner.
    • 59' Swansea have only ever come back from a 2-goal losing margin to draw once. They drew 2-2 at home v Reading on October 6th. (Infostrada)

    • 57' Swansea bring on Ki for De Guzman.
    • 57' Remains an interesting game – Swansea attacking but Tottenham defending well.
    • 56' Hernandez with a through ball but it is overcooked and goes beyond Michu. Has not quite worked for Swansea's record signing from Valencia today.
    • 54' Dyer makes a mess of another Swansea chance – he is free on the right inside the box but he screws a shot over the bar when a cross was the option.
    • 53' Another good ball from Tiendalli and another good chance for Michu who gets his head to the ball ahead of Dawson but it goes just wide of the target.
    • 52' Good defensive header from Dawson as a long De Guzman ball looked for Michu.
    • 51' GREAT SAVE VORM!!! Lennon moves in from right to left and plays it to Sigurdsson – The Icelandic curts onto his right foot just inside the box and curls a shot towards the top corner but Vorm just has enough reach to push it away.
    • 50' Bale's corner is straight at Vorm.
    • 49' Davies has to head a very good long cross from Naughton out for a corner.
    • 47' GREAT SAVE FRIEDEL!!! They are awarded a free-kick on the edge of the area. Everyone seems asleep so De Guzman plays a quick free in to Michu but Friedel was alert and made a superb point blank save. Most of the ground didn't even know what was happening.
    • 46' Swansea have got us back underway - you feel they need a fast start.
    • HT And there is the half-time whistle – two lovely goals from Spurs put them in front. Some signs Swansea were coming back into it before the end of the half though so don't put the three points in the books just yet.
    • 45+1 Tiendalli with a cross towards Michu but Friedel races out and gathers.
    • 45' We will have two extra minutes.
    • 44' Vertonghen really has to stretch out the leg to stop a Hernandez ball putting Dyer clean through – good defending.
    • 43' De Guzman with a hint of space on the edge of the area – tries a curled side-footed effort but he gets it all wrong and it goes well over.
    • 42' Swansea playing at a real high tempo – they can smell a goal before half-time.
    • 41' Tiendalli is really in the mood for Swansea. He has just nicked Adebayor in possession and then the Tottenham striker fouls the Dutch right-back. Yellow for Adebayor.
    • 40' Great spell by Swansea at the moment. The home fans are already accusing Tottenham of time wasting.
    • 39' Michael Dawson has to make a perfectly timed tackle on Davies inside the box after De Guzman had put in the left-back.
    • 38' Crowd getting back into this now. A goal before half-time for Swansea would really make things interesting.
    • 36' Big cheer from the home fans as Chico slides in on Bale.
    • 35' WHAT A CHANCE FOR SWASEA!!! Wonderful cross from Tiendalli and Dyer has a clear header – it hits off the crossbar and then the rebound just bounces off his head and goes wide. Dyer should have scored with the first header though.
    • 34' Naughton now defends well as Routledge looks to find space to cross down the right.
    • 32' Vertonghen now shows he can defend by sliding in and dealing with a low cross from Tiendalli who has been Swansea's liveliest player.
    • 31' Jan Vertonghen provided the assist for Bale's goal. He has had a goal and an assist only once before in a league game: in the Dutch Eredivisie he scored and gave an assist in the match Excelsior - Ajax (2-2) in October 2010. (Infostrada)
    • 30' More great stuff from Gareth Bale…he controls the ball superbly and has about four men around him but he just is so cool on the ball he finds some space. He tries a shot with the outside of his left boot and it drifts just wide.
    • 28' There have been games this season when Tottenham have looked in complete control away from home and then let things slip. So there is hope for Swansea.
    • 27 Ben Davies cuts in from the left and tries a shot with his weaker right foot – not a bad effort but it sails safely over the bar.
    • 26' Michu lines up a shot from 30 yards out but Lennon is right there to block.
    • 25' More good news for Tottenham - Southampton are beating Chelsea 1-0. Southampton v Chelsea: LIVE
    • 24' Tiendalli gets a shot on target from the edge of the area. Plenty of sting on it and Friedel palms it out for a corner.
    • 23' Swansea fans were in full voice at the start of the match but it has gone quite flat now. Tottenham dominating.
    • 22' GOAL TOTTENHAM!!! It is another SUPERB strike. Vertonghen and Bale link up again but this time it is Bale who scores. Sloppy defending from Swansea and the Belgian gathers. He then produces a perfect pass to Bale on the edge of the area. He controls it with his right and then with the outside of the left fires home a superb strike into the top corner.
    • 20' Michu climbs highest from the resulting corner but can't get it on target and it goes wide.
    • 19' Better from Swansea – as Tiendalli attacks down the right with a one-two and wins a corner off his cross.
    • 18' Swansea forced to do more defending as Bale first picks out Adebayor and then nicks the ball on the edge of the area before being tackled.
    • 17' Tottenham now started to dominate possession too – getting a control on proceedings.
    • 16' A couple of attacks in a row Swansea have been caught offside. They are looking to spring in behind that high Tottenham defensive line.
    • 15' Davies with a very good tackle from behind sees him nick the ball from an attacking Lennon.
    • 14' Ashley Williams has been linked with some big clubs but he was badly exposed for lack of pace by Adebayor there.
    • 13' GREAT CHANCE FOR SPURS!! Dembele plays a simply ball through and Adebayor outsprints Williams. He just has the keeper to beat but his shot is tame and Vorm saves.
    • 12' With the exception of the goal – Swansea's passing has perhaps been a little crisper – but they are not producing it in dangerous areas.
    • 10' Tottenham fans now in full voice – could be a big three points for them if they get them today.
    • 9' That's Belgian's sixth Premier League goal of the season – he showed a centre-forward's composure for that goal. Great set-up by Bale too.
    • 8' GOAL TOTTENHAM!!! Wonderful goal from Jan Vertonghen. He plays the ball to Bale and then continues his run – Bale chips a gem of a ball over the top of the defence, Vertonghen controls and rolls the ball home. Excellent goal.
    • 7' Michu with a 'centre-forward's' challenge on Parker –would not have been surprised to see him booked.
    • 6' A counter attack move from Swansea and Dyer feeds Michu but the Spaniard is quickly crowded out just as he neared the edge of the area.
    • 5' Nothing much to report in the match so far but both sides are looking to play the right way so we will hopefully have an entertaining contest.
    • 4' A sign of the global appeal of the Premier League. There are ads on the sidelines for FIFA 13…in Chinese. (Or at least what I think is Chinese)
    • 3' Chico Flores' first act in his first match for seven weeks is to push over Adebayor for a Tottenham free-kick near halfway.
    • 2' Risky pass from Leon Britton is intercepted by Adebayor in an attacking area but Swansea manage to clean up the danger.
    • 1' And Tottenham have got us underway as the home fans sing 'Land of our Fathers'
    • 14:55 The teams are out on the pitch now – Spurs wear their dark away shirts while Swansea are in their all white shirts.
    • 14:50 Today's referee is Anthony Taylor - he has shown six reds and 69 yellows this season. Including a red to Nathan Dyer against Everton earlier in the season.
    • 14:45 Tottenham will move up to third in the table if they can win and Chelsea fail to get the three points at Southampton. Swansea will remain ninth no matter what result they achieve this afternoon.
    • 14:40 Michael Dawson has challenged Tottenham to end their dismal losing streak and go on another unbeaten run to secure their place in next year's Champions League. Dawson calls for final push
    • 14:35 Nathan Dyer hopes the international break can help a refreshed Swansea finish their superb season in strong fashion - starting with this game. Dyer refreshed after break
    • 14:30 Brad Friedel starts in goal for Tottenham with Hugo Lloris out injured. Aaron Lennon returns with some positional changes as a result. Jan Vertonghen is back in centre-back instead of Steven Caulker. Kyle Naughton plays at left back. Once again Emmanuel Adebayor starts up front with Bale in behind him.
    • 14:25 Swansea make three changes from the side that lost to Arsenal last time. The biggest of which is the return of Chico Flores at centre-back. He comes in for Garry Monk. Dwight Tiendalli replaces Angel Rangel who has a calf injury and Ki drops to the bench with Wayne Routledge coming in.
    • 14:20 SWANSEA CITY: Vorm; Tiendalli, Chico, Williams, Davies; Britton, De Guzman, Routledge; Dyer, Hernandez; Michu.
