    • FT And there is the full time whistle. Norwich get a point and they totally deserve that. Spurs were very poor today and Andre Villas-Boas can expect some difficult questions after that.
    • 90+4 Play stopped as Walker needs treatment.
    • 90+3 FRIEDEL AGAIN SAVES SPURS!!! A Norwich counter led by Morison sees Holt back heel for Johnson – he fires a shot from the edge of the area and Friedel once more has to make a decent save. Johnson then fires the rebound over.
    • 90+3 Spurs now appealing for a handball just outside the box – again no joy.
    • 90+3 Spurs now appealing for a handball just outside the box – again no joy.
    • 90+2 Bale goes down - Spurs want a free - play continues.
    • 90' There will be four extra minutes - will be interesting to see who is the more ambitious.
    • 88' Huddlestone sent-off!!! He goes into a tackle showing his studs on Howson. It was a 50-50 tackle but the referee felt it was dangerous from Huddlestone. Looked a little harsh for me but that is one for the whistle blower this week.
    • 87' Bale slams the ball in the ground after feeling he should have won a corner – he gets a booking for his troubles.
    • 86' Villas-Boas looking pensive on the touchline - can Spurs recover this.
    • 85' Tottenham struggled to deal with a few cross into the box in a row and were finally punished for one looped in from the right. Martin and Holt both headed the ball on and it dropped for Snodgrass near the penalty spot and he fired into the corner of the net.
    • 84' GOAL FOR NORWICH!!!!! Snodgrass has levelled and it is no more than Norwich deserve.
    • 83' Heavy touch from Gallas sees Morison nick possession but then he runs it out of play down the right.
    • 82' Defoe comes off for Huddlestone.
    • 81' Norwich need to scramble away a free-kick from the left when it looked for a moment like it might fall for Defoe.
    • 80' Adebayor does well just to make enough of a nuisance of himself from a long ball to force Bennett and Bassong to concede a corner.
    • 79' Bale has a shot deflected and it safely runs through for Ruddy.
    • 78' Spurs have not kicked on since scoring that goal. Norwich looking more likely to level than Spurs to go 2-0 up.
    • 76' Big shout for a penalty from Norwich as Assou-Ekotto grabs a big chunk of Morison's jersey – the action actually started outside the box – the referee wanted nothing to do with it though.
    • 74' Morison has a chance to cross but there is far too much on that for Holt.
    • 73' That's Jackson's last action – he is off and Morison comes on.
    • 72' A cross flashed across from Snodgrass but Jackson can't get on the end on it.
    • 71' Will be interesting to see if Norwich change things now they are behind.
    • 70' Moussa Dembele scored on his PL debut for Tottenham. He is only the second Spurs player to score on their debut for the club in the PL era after Mido netted twice on his debut in 2005. (Infostrada)
    • 69' The Belgian didn't score many at Craven Cottage but this was a fine goal. Defoe fed him on the edge of the area and then a lovely little drag back freed him up some space as it fooled Jonny Howson. He then fired a perfect low shot into the corner of the net. Hardly deserved but Spurs are in front.
    • 68' GOAL FOR SPURS AND IT MOUSSA DEMBELE ON HIS DEBUT!!!!
    • 66' Assou-Ekotto with a good cross from the left picks out Defoe but it needs to be controlled instantly which Defoe can't quite manage allowing Norwich just enough time to clear.
    • 65' 25 minutes to go. Spurs have been very, very ordinary – which is a nice journalistic way of saying they've been rubbish.
    • 64' Tottenham try and quicken the passing but Bale can't find Lennon and groans ensue.
    • 63' ANOTHER SAVE FROM FRIEDEL – Tottenham fail to deal with a low ball that crept into the box and Pilkington flashes a low drive towards goal that the American goalkeeper has to get down low and save. Are you watching Hugo Lloris?
    • 62' Pilkington's cross takes a deflection and almost creeps in. Norwich win a corner though.
    • 61' Tottenham have a corner but it eventually ends in a Norwich counter attack now they are up the Tottenham end.
    • 60' He does take it but fires it into the wall.
    • 59' Spurs having a conference over who should take the free. Defoe fancies it.
    • 58' Tottenham just can't find that killer pass but Defoe has now been fouled literally on the line of the box – right in the centre of the pitch.
    • 56' Adebayor coming on for Spurs with Sigurdsson making way. Might be a little harsh on the Icelandic man but Spurs did need a change.
    • 55' Bale flashes another long range effort across the goal – high and wide though.
    • 54' Jackson falls down again looking for a free-kick – this time after a challenge from Walker but again no free-kick.
    • 52' Vertonghen very lucky to get away with a clumsy challenge on Jackson down the right.
    • 51' Great Holt puts a header over after a fine first time half-volley cross from Russell Martin. Nice spell from Norwich after Spurs had started the half brightly.
    • 49' Snodgrass tries to dink it over the wall but while he manages to do that, his shot is awful and goes well wide.
    • 48' Gallas pushes Jackson just outside the box and a little to the right. Chance here for Norwich from the free-kick.
    • 47' Bright start to the half from Spurs – An Assou-Ekotto cross almost finds Defoe and then the ball comes out to Sigurdsson who catches a volley clean but his shot is a little too straight and Ruddy gets down to save.
    • 46' Moussa Dembele on at half-time for Spurs and Sandro makes way. We are back underway.
    • HT A few boos from the home fans. A poor half from Tottenham - Norwich full value for the 0-0 scoreline and could even be in front.
    • 45' One extra minute.
    • 44' Pilkington now with a cross from the left that Jackson just can't quite get on the end of. Strong finish to the half from Norwich.
    • 43' STUNNING SAVE FROM FRIEDEL!! – A cross came in from the left and Snodgrass was there with the header – it looked all set for the corner of the net but somehow Friedel managed to push it away. Jackson just couldn't bundle in the rebound either.
    • 42' Great pass from Bale sets up Lennon down the right but another attack ends with a poor cross from Walker.
    • 40' Another excellent ball from Snodgrass but an equally good defensive header from Gallas.
    • 39' Spurs give away a free-kick on the right. Chance for another Snodgrass cross.
    • 38' Bale's cross is deflected to Defoe on the edge of the box – he takes it on his chest and tries a volley but he balloons it over the bar.
    • 37' Sandro with a woeful shot from miles out – high, wide and not even close to Ruddy's goal.
    • 35' Nothing comes from the corner though - Norwich shipped five against Fulham in their first match but look much more organised here.
    • 34' Johnson just about manages to bundle a Lennon chipped cross out for a corner.
    • 33' Dembele gets a great reception from the home fans as he warms up. Spurs lacking a little inventiveness at the moment – you feel they could use him.
    • 31' Sandro now tries his luck with a low shot from outside the box but does not have the power to trouble Ruddy.
    • 30' Bale with a fizzing shot from way out to the left of the goal. A really decent hit that Ruddy has to punch away – too straight though. To use the old cliché: 'he almost hit it too well'
    • 29' Vertonghen with a decent defensive header to clean up a Snodgrass cross.
    • 28' Norwich sitting deep, making life difficult and looking to catch Spurs on the counter. You can't fault the tactic so far.
    • 27' Bale drills a decent low cross into the box but there is no white shirt there.
    • 26' Lennon checks the ball back to Sigurdsson inside the box but it came at the Icelandic too fast and he can't get it under control.
    • 25' Howson with a good ball from the right – Vertonghen heads it ahead of Friedel who was also going for it. It comes all the way out to Bradley Johnson on the edge of the D and he fires a shot over the bar.
    • 24' A few little boos and whistle from the home fans after a poor long ball from Vertonghen.
    • 23' Villas-Boas standing right on the touchline giving instructions to his players.
    • 22' Nice long cross-field ball from Gallas but Assou-Ekotto can't control.
    • 21' Bale does a good job of shielding the ball from Russell Martin and out for a goal-kick.
    • 20' You can hear individual shouts inside White Hart Lane which is not a good sign. A limp opening 20 minutes from the hosts.
    • 18' Defoe tries a shot from the edge of the area but gets no power on it and it goes harmlessly wide.
    • 17' Vertonghen with an ill-advised ball to Defoe and Norwich can quickly break with Jackson – Jackson tries something that is neither a shot nor a cross though and it goes well wide.
    • 16' Bale's cross is headed over by Bassong for a corner – good work from Sigurdsson in the build-up who has looked Spurs most lively player so far.
    • 15' Gallas has to clear over his head to stop Holt running on behind him.
    • 14' Sandro fouls Holt on halfway to groans from the home fans.
    • 13' Tottenham have only kept two clean sheets in their last seven PL home matches, and failed to score more than once themselves in four of the last seven. (Infostrada)
    • 11' Very quiet at White Hart Lane today – a nervous tension after Spurs slow start to the season perhaps.
    • 10' Lovely stuff from Sigurdsson down the right and he whips in a fantastic cross – it is awkward for Bassong but he does very well to clear against his former club.
    • 9' OFF THE BAR FROM NORWICH – Snodgrass with a fine free-kick down the right and Russell Martin wins the header and Friedel has to push it onto the crossbar. Tottenham have some job clearing it after that and there was even a hint of a Tottenham handball in there too. A let off for AVB's men.
    • 7' Vertonghen seeks out Aaron Lennon with a cross field pass but Lennon was offside in any event.
    • 6' Bradley Johnson with a clearance that goes straight off Sandro. That could have gone anywhere but thankfully for Norwich it goes wide.
    • 4' Norwich have actually had more of the ball so far but it is VERY early days.
    • 3' First half chance of the day falls for Tottenham – A Norwich attack breaks down and Tottenham burst clear with Lennon. He checks the ball back to Sigurdsson who fires a decent shot from distance but it goes over the bar.
    • 2' Should be an emotional day for Chris Hughton the new Norwich boss who spent 28 years here as a player or coach.
    • 1' And Norwich get us underway – this venue will not hold fear as they won here last year.
    • 14:57 Moussa Dembele has just taken his place on the bench – and now here come the teams. Norwich wearing their away shirts which are black.
    • 14:55 Disappointing start to the season for these two teams having just one point each. Chance to make up for things this afternoon.
    • 14:50 Mark Halsey is the referee today - it is his first Premier League game of the season.
    • 14:45 "I'm delighted to bring in someone of the quality of Harry," Norwich manager Chris Hughton said who is sure to get a good reception on his return to North London. "He is a very talented young player and has bags of potential. He enjoys scoring goals, as he shown coming through the ranks at Spurs and during some good loan spells as well."
    • 14:40 While Norwich announced the signing of Tottenham striker Harry Kane on a season-long loan. Kane scored seven goals in 19 starts while on loan at Milwall last season and also featured heavily in Tottenham's Europa League campaign. Naturally he does not feature today.
    • 14:35 Earlier Tottenham confirmed winger Aaron Lennon had signed a new contract which commits him to the club until 2016. The 25-year-old has played more than 230 matches in all competitions for Spurs since joining from Leeds in 2005. He has started all three Premier League matches for Andre Villas-Boas' side this season.
    • 14:30 Robert Snodgrass suffered a minor leg injury last weekend but is fit. Goalkeeper Mark Bunn does not make the trip after signing from Blackburn but holding midfielder Alex Tettey, signed from Rennes, is on the bench.
    • 14:25 Midfielder Mousa Dembele is on the bench and fellow new signing Hugo Lloris was signed too late. Younes Kaboul is ruled out with a knee injury and Scott Parker (achilles) is also unavailable.
    • 14:20 TEAMS: Tottenham: Friedel, Walker, Gallas, Vertonghen, Assou-Ekotto, Livermore, Sandro, Lennon, Sigurdsson, Bale, Defoe.
