    • - Don't forget you can watch highlights of this match, along with every Premier League game, from 00:01 on Monday morning (UK only).
    • 90+6' There's the final whistle and Wigan have pulled off a superb win at Tottenham! A smattering of boos ring out around White Hart Lane - and Spurs have been terrible - but Wigan deserve credit for a brilliant performance.
    • 90+5' Into the last minute of stoppage time, and the ball is in the Spurs half! They really have been poor.
    • 90+4' It's bloodless in here. Al-Habsi takes an age over a goal kick but the home fans don't even have the heart to complain.
    • 90+3' Bale lines up a free-kick 35 yards out... he clears the wall but it dips wide to the left-hand side.
    • 90+2' Figueroa finds Gomez inside the box... he tries to square it for Kone but had it cut out! He should really have gone for goal.
    • 90+1' FIVE MINUTES of stoppage time to be played. Understandable given the injuries.
    • 90' Wigan look comfortable. They have the ball inside the Spurs half and are keeping it well.
    • 88' Spurs look absolutely devoid of ideas. They should be battering Wigan, but they just cannot make anything happen.
    • 87' Spurs win a corner and Gallas comes up still clutching his upper leg. No more subs left. Another looping Caulker header is held by Al-Habsi.
    • 86' Bale delivers a high cross from the right, which Al-Habsi does well to leap and claim.
    • 85' OOOOFFFF!!! Maynor Figueroa absolutely smashes the free-kick from fully 35-yards and it flashes just over! Friedel was beaten by the pace of that.
    • 84' Wigan win a free-kick inside Spurs territory for a foul on Gomez - frustration from the home fans.
    • 83' Another appeal for handball against McCarthy, but still no joy for Spurs!
    • 83' Here come Wigan on the break, but this time Kone is profligate in possession and the chance is squandered.
    • 82' Al-Habsi punches away a Spurs free-kick - it comes to Vertonghen who tees up Sigurdsson and his shot is blocked.
    • 81' A corner ricochets off Kone and hits an unwitting Lennon on its way to goal!
    • 80' Kone plays a brilliant little through ball to Gomez whose shot is blocked - that would have been a superb goal from Wigan.
    • 79' As we wait for play to restart, Spurs make their final change: Tom Carroll replaces Kyle Walker.
    • 77' Beausejour is down injured after a collision from that last corner. Looks like he has a bloody nose.
    • 76' Bale delivers Tottenham's eighth corner... headed to safety by Caldwell who has been superb.
    • 74' Optimistic penalty shout from Spurs as a cross hits Figueroa's boot, then ricochets off the ground onto his hand. Clearly accidental.
    • 73' OK, rant over. You haven't missed anything. (And that whinge doesn't alter the fact Spurs have been rubbish today).
    • 72' So what on earth as Spurs fans playing at booing the removal of Defoe? And how dare tabloid hacks stir up trouble at a club doing just as well as when Harry was in charge? Shameful.
    • 71' And this is a Spurs team who are fourth and have won five of their last six Premier League games - their only loss coming against leaders Chelsea.
    • 70' AVB really doesn't have a chance, does he? Here's a tweet from the Mirror's John Cross: "Spurs fans now chanting Defoe's name. Natives are seriously restless. I get impression AVB is just one defeat away from civil war at WHL." Defoe had 11 touches, no shots and completed five passes.
    • 69' Bale's corner is deep to Caulker, whose header is cleared off the line by McCarthy at the back post!
    • 69' The ref gets in the way of Sigurdsson to the frustration of the fans... but the ball comes wide to Vertonghen whose cross is put behind for a corner.
    • 68' Michael Dawson is warming up - he would be the logical replacement for Gallas. However, he would also represent Spurs's third and final change.
    • 67' Gallas is limping, and we'll have to see if he is able to continue. He will try to run the injury off. He's holding his nether regions.
    • 66' Pinball in the Wigan box but Spurs can't get a proper shot away... then Bale strikes from outside the area and Al-Habsi flaps it to safety!
    • 65' Eventually Kyle Walker hits it - it comes off the wall and goes out for a corner.
    • 64' Bale has moved away from the free-kick, which is still wauiting to be taken.
    • 63' Vertonghen looks the most likely to make something happen - he takes on two men and wins a free-kick off Ramis. Just outside the box, and Bale will fancy a shot here.
    • 62' Vertonghen plays a through ball to Bale, but Al-Habsi springs off his line and collects the ball ahead of the Welshman.
    • 61' My word, it's quiet at White Hart Lane. The crowd need to lift the team, or vice versa. Either way, somebody has to do something because Spurs have been wretched.
    • 60' There's a former Wigan man on the scoresheet at the Liberty Stadium, where Victor Moses has put Chelsea in front against Swansea. Swansea v Chelsea: LIVE
    • 59' Boof! Vertonghen absolutely smashes a left-foot shot that hits Emmerson Boyce and goes behind for a corner.
    • 57' Instant reaction from AVB - he brings on Emmanuel Adebayor for Jermain Defoe. And that's not a terrifically popular move.
    • 56' What a strange passage of play! It came from a corner, and the momentum from Friedel's attempted punch sent him back into the goal - from where he 'saved' that Ben Watson shot.
    • 55' GOAL!! Wigan in front! There's confusion as Watson's shot is cleared off the line but the officials say it is over! It's a good decision as for some reason Friedel is a good yard behind his line!
    • 54' Wigan continue to have their share of possession and overall they look to have the measure of Spurs. But it's hardly electric stuff from either side.
    • 52' Kone chases a through ball, doesn't get there and then goes head first over an advertising hoarding... he doesn't look altogether chuffed when he re-emerges.
    • 51' Dempsey is complaining to the ref, claiming Caldwell led with his arm as they jumped for a high ball in the box. He might have a point, you know...
    • 50' Another yellow card, this time as Maynor Figueroa flies in on Aaron Lennon.
    • 49' Bale finds Dempsey 20 yards out, who at least gets a shot on target but is never likely to beat Al-Habsi. Easily gathered by the goalkeeper.
    • 48' Sigurdsson lines up a 30-yarder, but Watson is on hand to block it as the Icelander shoots.
    • 47' No more changes from the managers at half-time - remember Sandro went off in the first half and was replaced by Gylfi Sigurdsson.
    • 46' And immediately we have a yellow card for Clint Dempsey, for leaping to charge down a free-kick at point blank range.
    • 46' Off we go, second half under way.
    • 45+2' Well, that's the end of a distinctly uninspiring half of football from Tottenham. Wigan should be in front. Back in a few minutes.
    • 45+1' Two minutes of added time to be played.
    • 45' Bale bursts clear on the left and crosses low towards Defoe... Al-Habsi claims it.
    • 44' What a chance for Ben Watson! Kone tees him up at the edge of the box and he curls his shot over Friedel's goal!
    • 43' This has been pretty hopeless from Spurs, who are really lucky to be on terms.
    • 42' Stat from Infostrada: Tottenham are yet to score in the first half of a PL match at White Hart Lane this season, and not since May 13.
    • 41' Wigan are really building in confidence here, as a Beausejour cross from the left nearly finds Maloney. Good performance from Martinez's men.
    • 40' Beausejour's cross is headed away and Watson meets the loose ball with a thumping shot that very possibly ends up in the second tier. Wayward.
    • 39' Tactics geeks rejoice! Di Santo is playing almost as a false nine for Wigan, continually dropping deep to pick up possession.
    • 38' Bale finds Caulker again and this time he sends a looping header just wide! It takes a touch on the way through - corner.
    • 37' Bale hits a long free-kick into the Wigan area and it nearly drops for Caulker but Wigan snaffle it away again.
    • 36' Re: that Maloney chance - he was rather alarmingly played onside by Kyle Walker.
    • 35' Spurs all at sea again as Di Santo heads the ball down for Kone inside the box, but this time he cannot get a shot away!
    • 34' Friedel saves Tottenham again! Kone finds Maloney who beats the offside trap and is clean through - but the veteran goalkeeper makes a fine save!
    • 32' Fair play to Wigan for a job well done, restricting Spurs's chances. Hasn't made for a thrilling spectacle, though.
    • 31' Di Santo, of course, is back on his feet and playing on.
    • 30' Hmm... Di Santo stays down 'injured' and Spurs eventually put the ball out for a throw. Not convinced I agree with that. Just play on...
    • 29' Following that Friedel save, we get the obligatory shot of Hugo Lloris on the bench. He looks cold.
    • 28' KONE!! Cracking interplay between the strikers to open up Spurs and the Ivorian's shot is stopped by Friedel!
    • 26' Now the fans start to make some noise, roaring: "Come on you Spurs". The home side definitely need a lift.
    • 25' All a bit sterile here. There are mutterings of discontent as Friedel spends about 40 seconds exchanging passes with his centre-backs.
    • 23' There indeed is the change - Gylfi Sigurdsson replaces Sandro. I guess he will sit in alongside Huddlestone in central midfield.
    • 22' Sandro is struggling here, and it looks like he'll have to come off.
    • 21' Vertonghen meets a dropping ball at the edge of the box with a difficult but well-struck volley that Al-Habsi is equal to!
    • 20' Bale and Lennon exchange passes, but Wigan look pretty well organised at the moment. Caldwell comes across to intercept.
    • 18' If you're struggling to see that photo of the Wigan fans, click refresh and the link should be there... #publicservice
    • 17' Not much of an atmosphere inside White Hart Lane - the home fans with little to shout about so far.
    • 16' Offside against Bale as Tottenham continue to look for 'home run' passes through the middle.
    • 15' Lennon crosses from the Spurs right towards Dempsey, but Ramis wins the header. Good work from him.
    • 13' If you're on our internet site, get a load of Wigan's 'travelling support' in this photo (click below). If you're on the mobile app, you'll just have to imagine a load of empty seats. Photo of Wigan 'support'
    • 12' Bale dribbles towards goal from the right... Beausejour rightly shows him down the outside, and the Wigan man wins a goal kick for his efforts.
    • 11' Walker races down the right and wins a corner despite taking a heavy touch. Huddlestone to take it.
    • 9' Another Dempsey effort goes wide - he claims there was another deflection but the officials award a Wigan goal kick.
    • 8' Wigan enjoying most of the early possession, though we have had no shots since that early Dempsey effort.
    • 7' Kone nearly closes down Friedel as the keeper hits a long clearance. The American has not kept a clean sheet yet this season.
    • 6' Good spell of passing from Wigan here... Di Santo releases Boyce down the right, but puts too much pace on the pass and it skips out for a goal kick.
    • 4' Huddlestone hits a raking diagonal ball for Bale, but it skips beyond the Welshman and out for a goal kick.
    • 3' The TV camera is in the very high position at White Hart Lane - which, combined with a small SD TV, makes player recognition fairly tricky. Apologies.
    • 2' Watson gives it away with sloppy pass and Dempsey races through the right channel. he has Defoe in the middle but goes for goal... and it deflects behind for a corner.
    • 1' Off we go! Tottenham kick off, playing from left to right as we see it. They are all in white, with Wigan all in black.
    • 14:55 The referee today is Martin Atkinson (West Yorkshire). He has reffed seven Premier League games this season, showing 29 yellows and one red. he also showed eight yellows in a Champions League match between Bayern Munich and Lille.
    • 14:50 FACTS: No team has conceded more headed goals than Wigan this season (5). The Latics have also conceded the most goals from penalties – three.
    • 14:45 FACTS: Spurs have won four and lost just one of the last six league meetings with Wigan; Tottenham recorded their biggest ever Premier League win in this fixture with a 9-1 victory at White Hart Lane in November 2009; Jermain Defoe has scored 11 goals in 10 Premier League games against Wigan; Clint Dempsey has scored six goals against Wigan, more than versus any other opponent in his Premier League career.
    • 14:40 Alex Chick will be your commentator for this match, you can find him on Twitter on @alexchick81. And yes, he does look a tiny bit like Zlatan. FOLLOW ON TWITTER!
    • 14:35 Roberto Martinez: "We've been mentally very strong to cope with the previous results that we had at White Hart Lane (including a 9-1 defeat in 2009). I think we're well over that, now it's more a case of being able to produce the level of football we've had at home away from home for the 90 minutes. Our performance at Southampton was very good. We need to learn a little bit from the last two performances against Sunderland and Swansea, and there are many things we need to get right."
    • 14:35 Andre Villas-Boas: "(Adebayor's) trouble has been that he has not played so much this season, mainly because of injury. He missed six games for a period and then two more recently. Whenever he came on he did well and he wants to be part of the team, but Jermain Defoe is doing well. In nine Premier League games, he has five goals. This is the kind of goalscoring ability that you want for your team."
    • 14:30 Match odds from William Hill: Tottenham 8/15, draw 3/1, Wigan 6/1. A change from earlier odds in that the draw is seen as a slightly more likely scenario than previously.
    • 14:25 Wigan are again without Ryo Miyaichi, who has a groin injury, while Antolin Alcaraz and Albert Crusat have groin and knee problems respectively. Jordi Gomez misses out with Ben Watson given a start.
    • 14:25 So Moussa Dembele is unavailable for Spurs with his hip problem, although Emmanuel Adebayor returns after a back problem and a dose of the flu. Brad Friedel returns in goal with France's Hugo Lloris on the bench, while Tom Huddlestone is preferred to Gylfi Sigurdsson. Jake Livermore doesn't make the cut after picking up a knock to the ankle in the League Cup loss to Norwich, while Scott Parker (Achilles), Benoit Assou-Ekotto and Younes Kaboul (both knee) remain sidelined.
    • 14:20 TEAMS - Spurs: Friedel, Walker, Caulker, Gallas, Vertonghen, Lennon, Sandro, Huddlestone, Bale, Dempsey, Defoe; Subs: Lloris, Dawson, Naughton, Carroll, Falque, Sigurdsson, Adebayor /// Wigan: Al Habsi, Boyce, Caldwell, Ramis, Figueroa, Beausejour, Watson, McCarthy, Maloney, Kone, Di Santo; Subs: Pollitt, Lopez, Stam, Gomez, Jones, McManaman, Boselli
