    • Arsenal
    • 90+6' Tiendalli sends it forward, but Szczesny is up to claim the ball, and that's it, full time. Arsenal did well to break down Swansea after the first half, and then to see off their late comeback.
    • 90+5' Szczesny catches well, and Arsenal attack down the right with a ball aimed at Monreal.
    • 90+4' Gibbs runs right into Flores on the right, and he buys a free kick with a quick tumble.
    • 90+3' Arteta is booked for a kick on Michu as he waited for a ball to fall. Szczesny claims the ensuing free kick.
    • 90+2' Wilshere walks off slowly, giving lip to the referee along the way, to be replaced by Jekinson. Another defensive move from Wenger, reasonably enough.
    • 90+1' Michu tries to hook a leg around Bony's knock-down, but he's crowded out before he can get the shot away.
    • 90' There are going to be four minutes of added time for Swansea to press for an equaliser.
    • 89' Mertesacker volleys the ball sixty yards forwards, deep into Swansea's half.
    • 88' Ozil is replaced by Monreal as Wenger tries to get control back of the match.
    • 87' Chico Flores skies a forty-yard strike forty yards wide.
    • 86' Appeals for a Swansea penalty as Sagna strikes the ball from a yard away at Flamini's hand.
    • 85' Pozuelo can't find Tiendalli's run into the penalty box on the right hand side. Swansea are continuing to press to find the equaliser.
    • 84' Canas is booked for a handball in the midfield to stop Ramsey breaking through the centre.
    • 83' Flores bundles Wilshere to the ground to stop a counter-attack, but avoids a booking.
    • 82' GOAL! Swansea City 1-2 Arsenal! Davies cuts inside from the left, he lays the bal of to Bony, who lifts the ball over the defence. It finds Davies rushing towards the keeper, and he thighs the ball past Szczesny
    • 81' Sagna boots the ball towards the Swansea defence, with nobody high up enough to get to the ball for his side.
    • 80' De Guzman slides in on Wilshere on the left wing, and earns a yellow for his efforts.
    • 79' Mertesacker heads the ball wide from distance.
    • 78' Gnabry is withdrawn to an ovation, replaced by Arteta.
    • 77' Ozil advances down the left, a wonderful ball played to get Ramsey's run in the centre, but he's quickly tackled.
    • 76' Wilshere gives the ball away in defence, Bony gets to it first, aims a ball to the near post and Szczesny gets a foot to it! Nothing from the corner.
    • 75' Swansea are back in possession, but Arsenal are sitting deep, happy to see the game out now. Arteta will be on soon.
    • 73' Arsenal have taken the heat out of Swansea with some calm passing, but now they're back defending. Michu fires a ball into Bony but he can't control it.
    • 72' Swansea hover around the box, Davies sends in a deep cross that goes behind for a goal kick.
    • 71' Swansea continue to dominate territorially but Arsenal aren't especially troubled by their efforts.
    • 69' Bony attempts to steer a ball through to De Guzman but it's blocked. The ball comes back to Dyer, who realises he has space and fires a powerful shot towards goal - Szczesny palms away for a corner, which Arsenal clear.
    • 68' Dyer lofts a ball forward for Szczesny to claim.
    • 67' Bony drives from distance and the ball scoots wide.
    • 66' Flores crosses on the right but Wilshere covers and blocks the ball. De Guzman plays the ball from the centre to Tiendalli on the right, but it's too hard and out for a throw.
    • 64' Swansea make another change, swapping Routledge for Pozuelo.
    • 62' GOAL! Swansea 0-2 Arsenal! Wilshere does brilliantly to win a 50-50 ball from De Guzman, slides through, gets to his feet. He passes to Ramsey, who cuts on his right foot, and he blasts it into the roof of the net.
    • 62' The advancing Dyer powers into the box, and drills a shot that is deflected by Koscielny.
    • 61' Shelvey has been replaced by Bony.
    • 60' Flamini has been booked.
    • 59' Almost a second! Ramsey powers into the centre, creating space for Ozil on the left. He finds him, and he's space to shoot, but he can't beat Vorm, who palms away for a corner. Nothing from the corner.
    • 58' GOAL! Gnabry opens the scoring! Swansea City 0-1 Arsenal. Giroud, Wilshere and Ramsey combine, the Welshman clipping a short reverse pass down the right for the German midfielder to stroke past Vorm. He's been the most impressive player of late.
    • 56' Sagna, on his left foot, falling, from distance, shoots, and gets what he deserves. Szczesny is out smartly to get to a ball aimed towards Michu.
    • 55' Arsenal have their chance to hang around in front of goal, Ozil slips in Gibbs on the left but his cross is blocked off. There are appeals for a penalty, but nobody cares. Wilshere is fairly cleaned out on the left wing by Dyer.
    • 54' My eyeballs are stinging. Are stinging eyeballs a symptom of a dull game?
    • 53' Swansea continue to play all their football in front of Arsenal. Michu lets Davies cross on the left, but it's delivered right against Sagna.
    • 52' Routledge almost reaches Davies around the back, but Sagna intercepts. He sets Ozil off down the left, but he runs the ball out by a raction.
    • 51' Gnabry lets fly from the right, but it's straight at Vorm. Swansea take their turn to attack, inching forward with the ball.
    • 50' Arnseal attack down the right, Ozil's pass is intercept and Swansea break.
    • 49' Michu angles a ball down the left for Routledge to chase, but he's just offside.
    • 48' Swansea are now playing the ball around their defence and midfield. They're in no hurry, nor should they be.
    • 47' Giroud clumps into Michu and concedes a foul from the corner.
    • 47' Gnabry wins a corner, with a powerful run past Canas, his pass deflected out.
    • 46' We begin the second half, praying something happens.
    • 45+4' Half time. Believe the whistle this time.
    • 45+3' Gnabry breaks forward through the centre, lays the ball off to the left for Giroud, who takes one touch and pulls the ball just wide! That's the best chance of the half.
    • 45+2' No, Giroud is back on to limp around for about 60 more seconds. Swansea send the ball long down the right, but switch play to the left to Davies. Davies' loose pass means Arsenal have one last amble forward.
    • 45+1' Giroud is limping off, presumably for treatment at half time.
    • 45' Ignore the whistle, that's a gremlin (incompetence).
    • 45 Giroud's down, waving and in pain. It's hard to take his pain seriously as he has a tattoo.
    • 45' De Guzman lets fly, and so does the ball, getting its wings.
    • 44' Dyer runs through five players, cuts the ball back to Routledge, who finds Chico, promptly tripped by Ramsey, who's given a warning.
    • 43' Nothing is happening.
    • 41' Ozil clips a ball for Wilshere to chase, who obnoxiously has a snide clatter at Vorm as he claims it.
    • 39' Flores stumbles, and is lucky to get the ball away and Swansea retain possession. Flamini then shoots wildly, and Swansea grab the ball to break from Shelvey. Ultimately, Shelvey's volley is against Flamini, and Arsenal are back.
    • 38' Michu heads across goal but Gnabry clears. For all the nice passing, neither side has created a clear chance as yet.
    • 37' Arsenal play in front of Swansea's defence, and as soon as Giroud attempts to barge through into the box, Flores tackles.
    • 36' Chico Flores is OK. Phew. We were all worried, I know.
    • 35' Giroud finds his way past two places, is fouled by Shelvey and the ref plays advantage. Ozil plays the ball into the goal but both sides can't get to the ball and the trouble passes. Chico Flores is down after an accidental knee in the head from Giroud.
    • 34' Me neither.
    • 33' Michu chases down Koscielny, lays the ball off, and as Shelvey has space for a shot, he witlessly passes to an Arsenal shirt. At the other end, Chico is dispossessed by Giroud, and his cross to Ozil is claimed by Vorm. This is a really loose game.
    • 32' Sagna passes to Gnabry, but his cross is claimed by Vorm and Swansea counter. Routledge on the right, cuts inside, but his ball cross to Davies on the left is overhit. He could have just aimed a ball into the forwards already in the box.
    • 31' Under pressure on the right wing, Ramsey knocks a ball back, but it drifts out of play.
    • 29' Ramsey sends a ball down the right wing, but it's overhit and out for a goal kick. Arsenal are not doing so well at the moment, Swansea look the most dangerous.
    • 28' Michu hacks Flamini from behind and is unlucky to escape a booking. Swansea swiftly get the ball back. Possession switches a few more times, and in the end Swansea get a free kick from the referee after Amat is clipped by Giroud.
    • 27' Stewart Robson is telling Mesut Ozil how to play football. Exactly. Davies lays the ball off to Routledge, who stabs a ball over the top in the hope Davies would get onto it. A second later, Szczesny is slide tackled by Michu, but the ball is out for a goal kick.
    • 26' Flores intercepts, and Routledge gets De Guzman's long, his cross is sent back to De Guzman, whose cross is aimed towards Michu in the box, and Szczesny claims.
    • 24' Davies earns a free kick as Ramsey boots him from behind. It wasn't malicious, and play restarts swiftly. Shelvey then finds Tiendall in an offside position on the right wing.
    • 23' Dyer is close to getting a shot off down the inside right, but Gibbs comes across to slide tackle the ball away.
    • 22' Ozil can't find Giroud with a ball to the centre, and Swansea break forward, switching the ball from left to right, and back again. Davies bursts down the left, and Sagna is across quickly to cover, allowing the ball out for a goal kick.
    • 21' Swansea press down the left, but Koscielny does well to collect a long ball, evade the challenge of Michu and send a ball down the right wing.
    • 19' Both sides getting little joy. Now Wishere hacks Tiendalli, should be booked, then kicks the ball away and should be booked. Free kick for Swansea on the right.
    • 17' De Guzman sets Tiendalli free on the right after some quick, clever passing, but his corner is again overhit. Swansea win the ball back, and Shelvey has two chances to cross, and the second finds Michu in an offside position.
    • 16' Ramsey sends a shot from distance a couple of yards wide. Arsenal will feel that the goal is coming.
    • 15' Chico's loose ball lets Arsenal take possession and build calmly from the back. Dyer is across to cover Gibbs' cross.
    • 14' Tiendalli sends a cross from the right hand side way over and out.
    • 13' Ozil almost sets Giroud free on goal but Chico is across well to take the ball off his toes. Swansea are keeping the ball well in defence, but Arsenal are able to challenge effectively as soon as they get to their half.
    • 11' Ramsey has space to attack on the right, and his deep cross is headed wide by Mertesacker, who hadn't retreated from the corner.
    • 10' Ozil's free kick from the right is headed clear, Arsenal attack again, and Gnabry's corner from the left is headed away.
    • 9' Szczesny claims and sets Arsenal on to attack. The move loses its urgency, and Swansea have everyone back. Gibbs cuts a ball back across goal, and fortunately for Swansea there's no striker or midfielder to follow it up.
    • 8' Ozil picks up a loose ball and is promptly tackled, Swansea break as Shelvey finds Michu, who slips in Routledge down the left. Shelvey aims a clever pass for Davies, and the ball is intercepted by Gnabry, and Swansea have a corner.
    • 6' Wilshere collects the ball on the left, is tackled by Routledge, fouls Routledge, and then shouts at the referee. I'm not sure what his point is, but it's classic Wilshere.
    • 5' Ramsey aims a ball across the skiddy surface towards Sagna on the right wing, but it's overhit and Swansea have the ball back. Routledge sends a great ball across the field for Davies. Shelvey picks up the clearance and sends it miles over.
    • 4' Swansea have controlled the game without creating any chances yet. Arsenal are more compact in defence than their opposition.
    • 3' Shelvey tries to set Michu through but Mertesacker cuts the ball out. Swansea are pressing Arsenal's defenders across the pitch, in any position.
    • 2' Gibbs concedes a corner after clearing up Koscielny's mistake. Arsenal head away, and Canas skies.
    • 1' We kick off. Both sides will be desperately side they don't have their hands on Adnan Januzaj for the match.
    • 17:27 Has Mathieu Flamini been the best signing of the season? No, obviously, but he's been like the second coming of Gilles Grimandi and Remi Garde, breaking up playing and doing the right things at the right time.
    • 17:15 Having said that, Swansea beat Arsenal 2-0 at the Emirates last season, so they'll have plenty of good memories to draw on.
    • 17:10 Arsene Wenger's men are also the only team in the league to have scored in all their matches so far this season. So far. And they'll also have the nice memory of a 2-0 win on this turf last term.
    • 17:05 The Gunners shouldn't have any trouble, however, as they come here today in fine form: Arsenal have won four league games in a row, equalling their best run from last season. Only one team (Man Utd, seven) won more than four successive BPL games in 2012-13.
    • 17:00 If Arsenal lose today, expect plenty of stories along the lines of "Was this the most shocking ever day of defeats in the Premier League?" in tomorrow's papers. And as banana skins go, there are few slipperier than a trip to the Liberty Stadium.
    • 16:55 TEAMS: Swansea - Vorm, Tiendalli, Amat, Flores, Davies, Canas, Shelvey, de Guzman, Dyer, Routledge, Michu. Subs: Tremmel, Alfei, Taylor, Britton, Pozuelo, Vazquez, Bony. //// Arsenal: Szczesny, Sagna, Koscielny, Mertesacker, Gibbs, Wilshere, Ramsey, Flamini, Ozil, Gnabry, Giroud. Subs: Fabianski, Vermaelen, Monreal, Jenkinson, Arteta, Ryo, Bendtner.
    • 16:50 Quite unbelievably, Manchester City have just lost 3-2 to Aston Villa - after an outrageous clanger by the City defence. That means that Arsenal only need a draw to return to the top of the table, having been ousted by Tottenham courtesy of a 1-1 draw with Chelsea at White Hart Lane.
    • 16:45 Welcome to our LIVE coverage Swansea's Premier League match against Arsenal.

  1. It's good that they keep winning the matches that they should win. And they'll win the others too. They already have the record for longest unbeaten streak. I am ready to bet that they might go after the one for most consecutive victories. There are still a few wrinkles in the defense, that can be ironed out as these guys get more confident of each other.

  3. Seeing how Ramsey has come around, I have come to the conclusion that I do not know about football. Therefore, Piers Morgan and me, both of whom were asking for Ramsey's departure from the Gunners, we should #$%$ about anything Arsenal.

  4. I can see similarity's in the Arsenal team with the way the Beckham's and scholes youngsters came through at united. comparing their get on with attitude to the antics I witnessed at spurs v Chelsea where spurs seemed unable to stay upright for more than 5 minutes at a time was wonderful to see how torres restrained himself for so long in the face of all those dives I do not know

  11. Delighted that Arsenal won but this habit of conceeding cheap goal in the last third of the every match is annoying and against the big teams may cost Arsenal the trophy. Well done Arsenal.- Max in Vancouver

  15. Every season the Arsenal haters and Adrian Durham say we won't make the top four and season after season they get eggs on their faces as we always make the top four, now this season they say we haven't got the squad to win the premier league and come May the end of the season they will get rotten, stinking eggs in their faces including Michael Owen the bench warmer.
