80'
Hull haven't panicked yet, but they seem bereft of ideas.
79'

Jelavic is replaced by Sagbo.
Hull City
78'
Shawcross down the right, and he crosses and falls at the same time, and the ball is out for a goal kick.
77'
Livermore's cross is cleared. It's out for Rosenior on the left, whose cross drops to Jelavic, and he swings... and misses.
75'
Crouch heds the ball to Odemwingie, who backheels it back into Arnautovic's path. He spreads the ball right for Ireland, whose shot it tipped over by Harper.
74'
ELmohamady gets to the byline, but he just overruns it before he can turn the cross towards goal.
73'

The shot is about 20 yards too high.
66'
Huddlestone barges Crouch over, about 40 yards from goal. Arnautovic lines up a shot.
64'
Well, that's a surprise. I can't see Hull coming back from this. Arnautovic has the ball on the left and hurries into a weird shot/pass out of play.

GOAL! Stoke City 1-0 Hull City. SOMETHING HAPPENS. Odemwingie picks up the ball in midfield, and he takes the ball past Davies and smashes in a low shot from outside the box.
Stoke City

Left Footed - Bottom Left

60'
Huddlestone trips Ireland as the Stoke player had the ball in defence. Stoke free kick that Begovic takes long.
58'
Arnautovic is tackled by Chester on the left wing to win a throw in. A rare treat for the spectators.
56'
Meyler takes a touch to the left, and has a left-footed shot that loops off the knee of a defender, but Begovic managers to turn the shot away and Jelavic misses the follow up.
55'
Livermore has time and space on the right but his low ball is cut out. Jelavic then concedes a foul on the left.
54'
Rosenior and Davies are both down in the box, but they'll be OK. Rosenior was caught by Crouch, and Davies by Odemwingie.

The attendance here today is 27,029, with 1,100 making the journey from Hull. #thankyou #greatsupport

51'
Crouch chests down a ball forward, and then he slices a pitiful shot wide.
50'
Livermore aims a ball forward for Jelavic's run but he can't bring it down.
48'
Ireland's corner is cleared, but Stoke win it back and Odemwingie fires in a shot from distance that Harper saves at the near post.
47'
Stoke send in a cross from N'Zonzi, and Crouch's touch hits Odemwingie, and then a Hull player, and Stoke have a corner on the left wing.
46'
The second half starts.
45+2'
The referee puts the game out of its misery for the first half. Unspeakably bad.
45+1'
Huddlestone's cross is easily caught by Begovic.
45'
Some nice passing from Stoke, and Odwemingie skids in a ball for Crouch that he can't do anything with as it's hit too firmly. Hull attack on the right, and Elmohamady is fouled by Pieters.
44'
Rosenior can't keep the ball in play on the left wing. Yes, that is a highlight in this match.
42'
Ireland tries to slip a ball forward for Odemwingie, but there's ill communication and Hull have it now.
41'
The ball comes out to Arnautovic who sends in a low shot from the edge of the box, which is so slow as to be pointless.
40'
Livermore is fuming, and is lucky not to get booked for dissent, after, well, I'm not sure really. He wins a battle of strength.
39'
See minute 36.
38'
Odwmingie tries to barge his way through to the box, and the ball is blocked, coming out to Ireland, whose cross is blocked by Rosenior for a corner. It's taken short and Livermore takes his turn to concede another. Ireland takes this one longer, but it's cleared. It comes back to Ireland, who works it to Wilson to chip into the box and Crouch is offside.
36'
Nothing happens.
35'
Rosenior curls in a cross from the left, and Begovic is out smartly to catch.
34'
I can report that in Crystal Palace versus Chelsea that Eden Hazard is clean shaven.
33'
Stoke bring the ball out of defence, Hudlestone tackles Crouch and then the ball is out of play for a Stoke through.
32'
Not much to say about this. Eventually some football might happen, but it seems unlikely right now.
30'
Elmohamady's cross is cleared and N'Zonzi brings the ball forward. Stoke maintain possession. Stoke have had 56% of the ball so far.
29'
Elmohamady wins a throw from Pieters on the right wing. This is quite tedious.
28'
Odemwingie has an effort from miles out. You do the math. Maths.
27'
Livermore's cut back finds Jelavic, and in turn his pull back is clearead. Hull retain possession, on the right wing, but Stoke eventually win a free kick after Bruce climbs all over Crouch when challenging for a high ball.
26'
Cameron blocks off Meyler's run, after Meyler took a heavy touch. A stupid foul from Cameron, and a free kick for Hull on the left hand side of the pitch. Huddlestone takes and Begovic punches clear.
25'
Huddlestone floats the ball in and it's headed away. Hull win the ball back and send a long ball forward from halfway, and it's straight out of play for a Stoke goal kick.
24'
Hull win a free kikck after Pieters barges into Elmohamady. Stoke earlier wanted a free kick for a late tackle from Chester.
22'
Arnautovic takes advantage of loose defending by Elmohamady as he tried to shield the ball, but Harper is out quickly to claim the ball.
21'
N'Zonzi has changed his boots to studs. That might be the most interesting thing that's happened so far. It is edge of the seat stuff.
20'
Elmohamady can't control the ball on the right, making a mess of things, and Stoke have the ball in midfield.
19'
Not the most thrilling game that's ever been played. Close, though.
18'
Chester is fouled by N'Zonzi on the halfway line after he headed the ball away.
16'
Stoke win the ball back when Long can't win a high ball, and Stoke are bringing the ball forward on the right wing.
15'
A poor ball forward and Hull have the ball in defence and start a patient attack.
14'
Jelavic plays a short ball to Long on the right, and his cross is headed over by Rosenior at the back post.
12'
City's turn to keep the ball now, swapping the ball around the defence under little pressure.
10'
Huddlestone has acres of space, and lines up a shot from distance, that Begovic turns behind. The corner drifts out the other side of the goal line.
9'
Stoke patient in possession, and Ireland turns the ball in to Crouch, who plays it back to Cameron, and Jelavic sends a ball long for Long.
8'
Hull break with Jelavic, and the ball is given left. Meyler comes forward and wins the ball back, and is on the right wing. The ball is then worked left to Rosenior, but he's tackled by Cameron.
7'
Elmohamady's cross down the left is deflected by Pieters and Stoke clear and come forward down the left. Whelan has space for a shot, which is blocked, and now Arnautovic has the ball on the byline, and his fierce pass in is blocked for a corner on the left.
6'
Stoke are keeping the ball in defence, and send a long ball forward for Crouch. The ball is slipped through for Ireland's run, but Bruce cuts out his low cross.
5'
Rosenior is down injured as Odemwingie caught him late, but he's ok now.
4'
Livermore spreads the ball left, Elmohamady's cross to the back post finds Long, who heads back across goal and the keeper collects.
3'
Arnautovic gets the bal from N'Zonzi and Elmohamady clears behind for a corner. Crouch heads wide after Shawcross misses it.
2'
Some neat play before the box and Arnautovic can't quite slip the ball forward for Crouch's run. Stoke have only scored two headed goals this season. Imagine! It's easy.
1'
Elmohamady runs the ball straight out of play for Hull's first moment in possession. Stoke having most of the ball.

The ground is filling up nicely, as the groundsmen clear the pitch. Both teams are now waiting in the tunnel, and we’re almost ready! #UTT

Steve Bruce: "I will speak to (referees' chief) Mike Riley again [about penalty against West Ham] but I seem to have called him more this year than I have in my whole career. It is happening on too many big occasions. It has cost us at Tottenham, Swansea and West Ham and that for me is far too many. I know it's a difficult job but we have to improve it and for me a bit of common sense has got to come back into it."
14:25
Mark Hughes: "Charlie [Adam] and Stephen [Ireland] have trained really well over the past week or so, so they do come into my thinking, but the lads who have been in the side over the past week or two have performed exceptionally well. It's a difficult one for me given the options that are available, although that is a nice problem to face to be perfectly honest with you."
