And it's full-time. Chelsea are just two points behind Liverpool now, and with a game against the league leaders still to come. Today was a significant step - in truth, it was a horrible, very narrow victory, despite all the wasted chances. But it was a victory nonetheless, and what is they say about winning while playing poorly?
90+2'
Five minutes of added time here. Chelsea are almost there, and almost get another. Yet again another massive chance is wasted as Eto'o first misses the ball after Salah plays him clean through on goal, but Vorm charges out and the striker rounds him, only to see his shot cleared off the line.
89'
And there almost was one there! A deep cross gets fired into the Chelsea area for Bony in acres of space - the Ivorian can't connect, but his movement deceives Cech who has to palm away the ball before it nearly drifts in anyway! That was scary stuff for the visitors.
88'
Hope for Swansea, Liverpool, and Manchester City: The last two times Chelsea have visited here, there has been a late equaliser to make it 1-1. On 3 November 2012, Pablo scored after 88 mins for Swansea, and on 31 January 2012 a Neil Taylor own goal after 93 minutes gave a draw to Chelsea.
86'

Last throw of the dice from Garry Monk - it's Jonathan de Guzman on for Leon Britton.

Swansea City Substitution
85'
Eto'o appearped to go down with an injury there, but he was simply winded after taking a clearance right to the guts. He's fine to continue, but time is running out for Swansea to get something here.
82'
Another mistake from Williams lets Salah and Oscar in, but the pair dawdle on the ball to wait for Eto'o, who then thumps it straight into a defender. Chelsea are not home and dry yet.
79'
Much better passing from Chelsea sees Salah get right to Vorm's near post, but there are two defenders in his way and his cutback goes out for a corner.
Chelsea Substitution
77'
More than just Swansea, the urgency has gone out of the game as a whole. There is probably another chance for both sides in this, however. Chelsea have been pretty awful all game.
75'
The home crowd have been deflated and the zip from Swansea's game has gone too. It's difficult to see them coming back here, but there is only one goal in it as it stands.
73'

A change for Swansea - Dyer off, David N'Gog on. Can he do his former side, Liverpool, a favour?
Swansea City Substitution
70'
Chelsea look for another, and Swansea have a decent opening on the counter when Shelvey's run forward is not tracked, but Bony's pass is too far ahead of him.
68'

GOAL! Chelsea have their breakthrough! It is a bad, bad goal for Swansea to concede after they had done so well all game. Chelsea have a throw-in and suddenly Ba is charging at a lone defender in Williams. Some decent footwork and then a ferocious shot sees Vorm get a hand to it but it bounces over him and into the net. It's not pretty, but it is a huge goal at both ends of the table.
Chelsea Goal

Left Footed - Bottom Left

67'
The longer this goes on, the more it looks like Willian is going to have to do this on his own.
65'
More patient passing from Chelsea but they cannot find a way through. Bringing Oscar on made sense but the wee man has offered little so far. He's muscled off the ball by Shelvey in the area, and some half-hearted claims for a penalty result in just a corner, which comes to nothing.
63'
Now Rangel has to head off the line as Ba gets the better of Vorm in the air, but the whistle goes for a foul by the Senegalese striker.
62'
Willian sends in an excellent cross to the back post but the only person there is Rangel, who hacks it clear. Chelsea getting closer, but still not quite close enough.
60'
And now Swansea almost score at the other end! Incredible. A superb run from Routledge sees him use Bony as a decoy to surge into the area, but his effort takes a nick off a Chelsea defender and goes out for a corner, which just drifts over everybody.
59'
Another good pass from Willian, Chelsea's best player by a country mile, finds Salah down the left but his low cross is easily cleared.
58'
How many chances do Chelsea need? A rare error from Williams sees the ball fall to Eto'o, largely unmarked and just ten yards out but he fires it wide of the post. Another massive, massive chance passes for the visitors without so much as a shot on target.
56'
Chelsea come the closest yet since the red card! Ivanovic bends a cross to the near post and Ba makes the run, but his glancing header falls wide of the far post. Swansea under increasing pressure.
55'
Willian has a half-chance with a header, but Ashley Willians is there as ever to clear it. Salah then gets down the left and sends in a cross unsighted which Michel Vorm is able to claim easily.
54'
Chelsea do try and go direct, aiming a long ball at Ivanovic in the Swansea area, but it's overhit and the big man can't reach it.
53'
The home fans have been chanting Garry Monk's name for the entirety of the second half so far. He's certainly set up his team to stifle Chelsea very well today, and they might have even had a goal too, even after going down to ten men.
51'
More short passing from Chelsea fails as Willian's centre is cut out with ease. They could perhaps do with being a bit more direct, the visitors.
49'
Chelsea fight and probe and tussle their way down the left wing, but all they can manage to win is a corner, which Bony clears.
48'
Swansea open with an attack as Dyer, still the hosts' most influential player, tries to get down the right, but Chelsea soon snuff it out.
46'
It is indeed Oscar and Eto'o who come on, in place of Schurrle and Ramires. And we're back underway.
Chelsea Substitution
Chelsea Substitution
17:11
It looks like it's Samuel Eto'o and Oscar who are going to come on. An early double-change as Mourinho looks to grab this game by the throat.
17:10
Terry is rarely a popular man at any ground, but the apparent dive has done him no further favours in South Wales.

Terry the first man out after half-time. To boos.

17:02
Chelsea had eleven shots in that half, all of them off target. That is woeful for a side in desperate need of a win against a side down to ten men.
16:56
It's half time here, and it's Swansea 0-0 Chelsea. Chico Flores' red card has made things difficult for the hosts but they've been resilient, while the visitors have been poor and disjointed. Salah has had two or three good chances and spurned them all. Decisions ahead for Mourinho.
45+2'
It is really not Mohamed Salah's day. He finds his way into a good shooting opportunity yet again, and although he has the close attention of the Swansea defence, he should do far better than he does, blazing high and wide from no more than ten yards out.
45+1'
Chelsea appear to simply be waiting for the half-time whistle here. Much work for Mourinho to do at the interval, and an early change could well be on the cards.
Chelsea Yellow card

Swansea

Chelsea

43'
The Chelsea defence is stretched and desperately lacking urgency as Swansea advance with menace. Dyer gets it, and with no tackle coming, tries his luck from 20 yards, but it's too close to Cech, who tips it away.
41'
Willian's corner, Ivanovic's header, over the bar. Swansea don't exactly look comfortable but Chelsea will need to find something else in the second half or hope their opponents make a mistake.
40'
Matic arrows in a crossfield ball to pick out Salah on the right wing, but Wayne Routledge, of all people, leaps into the air to bring the ball down with an exquisite touch and play it out of defence. He's not a particularly effective winger in the Premier League but that was a fine Paolo Maldini impression.
38'
Chelsea can't find a way through with their short passing game, so Willian tries his luck from 20 yards, but it's high and wide.
37'
Ba flicks on the ball for John Terry, who is clear on goal, and he goes down like a sack of spuds over not very much of a challenge at all. Dowd is unmoved by this, although does not give the Chelsea skipper a yellow card for diving either, despite the predictable protestations of the home fans.
36'
More fine play from Willian, whose passing and dribbling have been Chelsea's only bright spark this half. He finds Salah down the right but the Egyptian's cross is dreadful. He is hardly filling Eden Hazard's boots in the Belgian's absence here.
34'
Chelsea have a rare chance to attack a staggered and undermanned Swansea defence as the hosts' attack breaks down, but Salah can't sort his feet out or move the ball forwards before he's eventually dispossessed by the retreating Swans midfielders.
33'
Swansea break through the lively Dyer, but he only has Bony to aim for amid four Chelsea defenders. His cross needs to be perfect, and isn't.
32'
DLDWLLL - No, not the name of Swansea's latest Welsh youth product, but Chelsea's away record in their last seven games. That is not an encouraging record.
30'
Nemanja Matic wrestles Bony to the ground, prompting howls of derision from the home fans to demand a yellow card. Request denied.
28'
Swansea are enjoying another spell of possession in the Chelsea area. The visitors still have to go on and win this, and so far they really haven't turned up.
27'
Shelvey is getting frustrated here. Dyer attempts to release him down the right, but Cesar Azpilicueta has it well covered, and in response, the young midfielder shoves him over before giving the linesman an earful. It's difficult enough for the hosts with ten men, let alone nine.
25'
The Swansea defence is not resembling two rigid banks of four but rather a writhing mass of bodies bundled in the way any old how. It seems to be getting the job done at the moment, at least.
22'
Chelsea haven't quite stepped up a gear but they'll be confident of getting the job done against ten men. Willian does well to dart through the middle of the Swans' defence, but his effort on goal is poor.
20'
Chelsea playing this patiently as they look to pick holes through the Swansea team. Schurrle is getting boos from the home fans, but it certainly wasn't a dive and he didn't appear to try to get Flores sent off.
Swansea City Substitution
19'

Jordi Amat comes on for Pablo Hernandez as Swansea look to reorganise themselves with just ten men. How big a say could that red card end up having in the title and relegation battles?
16'

Unbelievable! Flores has been sent off already! Straight after receiving his first booking, the Spaniard brings down Schurrle with a wayward leg as the German burst into the area. It's harsh, but both were yellow cards by the letter of the law. The home fans are absolutely furious about that.

Chelsea break with Willian, but Chico Flores makes a cynical foul to stop the counter-attack and gets the first booking of the day in return.

14'
Swansea go close! It is one-way traffic as the hosts launch another attack, with Angel Rangel launching a deep cross for Bony, who flicks on a fine header but Cech makes the save at his near post.
13'
Hernandez gets down the right and has three to aim for, but under some rather physical attention from the Chelsea defenders he can't get a cross away. He does, however win a corner, although Cech claims easily.
11'
Chelsea looking vulnerable here - another sloppy pass gifts Bony possession, but he's soon muscled off the ball before he can attack the visitors' backline.
10'
Let-off for Chelsea. It's almost two on two as Pablo Hernandez sets Shelvey down the left channel, and he has Bony in the area to aim for, but his left-footed cross is dreadful and nowhere near the Ivorian striker.
9'
Swansea put together a very nice passing move to set Leon Britton advancing at the exposed Chelsea back four, but he wastes the opportunity with a pass for Dyer which goes straight out of play.
8'
Salah has another chance - Willian picks him out with a superb crossfield ball and he's onside, but doesn't have much of an angle. He loses his man with a neat turn but his left-footed effort is poor and off target.
6'
How did Chelsea not score? Ivanovic makes a good run to burst down the right channel and his cut-back first eludes Ba but then sits nicely for the onrushing Salah, only for the Egyptian to sidefoot it wide. That was a shocking miss.
5'
After a rather frantic start, Chelsea look to calm things down somewhat with some patient passing in their own half.
3'
Chance for Swansea! Branislav Ivanovic loses his footing and Nathan Dyer bursts clear and darts into the area, but he can't quite pick out Wilfried Bony.
2'
Ramires robs Jonjo Shelvey just outside the Swansea area, but the former Liverpool man recovers to avert the danger. High-tempo start from the visitors.
1'
And we're off. Can Chelsea keep up in the title race?
16:07
And after a minute's silence to commemorate the anniversary of the Hillsborough Disaster, we are about to be underway. The silence was not exactly impeccably observed as some chants could be heard, but they seemed to be coming from outside the stadium.
16:04
Incredibly, this will be Chelsea's first game of the season without Eden Hazard featuring. A big ask for Mohamed Salah to step up to his role.

15:54
The teams are warming up and we're not far away from kick-off now. Mourinho didn't get the Manchester United job, yet here we are in April, and he's carrying all of the Red Devils' hopes regardless as well as those of his own team.
15:49
In other news, Jay Fulton, a 20-year-old January signing from Falkirk, is on the bench for Swansea and could make his debut.
15:37
Intriguingly, Chelsea have only won away at Swansea twice in their history, in 1928 and 1983. It might never have meant so much as it does today.
-
It's all over on Merseyside - Liverpool have beaten Manchester City by three goals to two. And now, if Chelsea simply win all their remaining games, they will be crowned champions....
-
So, with Eden Hazard out, Mourinho nonetheless drops Oscar and starts Mohamed Salah and Andre Schurrle in the attacking midfield three. Schurrle's fellow hero against Paris Saint-Germain, Demba Ba also gets a rare start up front. Frank Lampard, meanwhile, is out of the squad entirely.
-
SWANSEA: Vorm, Rangel, Chico, Williams, Davies, Britton, Shelvey, Dyer, Hernandez, Routledge, Bony. Subs: Tremmel, Amat, Taylor, Fulton, de Guzman, Emnes, Ngog. /// CHELSEA: Cech, Ivanovic, Cahill, Terry, Azpilicueta, Ramires, Matic, Salah, Willian, Schurrle, Ba. Subs: Schwarzer, Cole, David Luiz, Mikel, Oscar, Torres, Eto’o.
-
With Liverpool and Manchester City fighting to the death elsewhere, Chelsea have more reasonable opposition as they try to remain in the title race in Garry Monk's Swansea City. While José Mourinho's men will be hot favourites, there's no margin for error now, and anything but a win could be fatal to their hopes of ending the season as champions.
