West Ham United Substitution
90'
We'll have four minutes of added time.
89'

Mark Noble is replaced by Joey O'Brien.
88'
Lamela looks to play in Holtby but his pass is underhit and is cut out. The West Ham fans are cheering every successful pass. The Spurs fans are leaving the ground.
87'
Holtby concedes possession and West Ham look to counter. Downing receives the ball wide on the left before cutting inside to blast a wild effort over the bar.
86'
Cole looks to get in the thick of the action straight away but concedes a free kick for pulling on the shirt of Vertonghen in the Spurs penalty area.
West Ham United Substitution
85'

Another change for the Hammers. Joe Cole replaces Vaz Te.
84'
Dembele takes a quick free-kick, playing in Soldado but the Spaniard goes too early and is flagged offside.
83'
Spurs look lost. They’re a little all over the place. They will not have seen this coming. Soldado’s volley at goal from 20 yards is blocked and sent out for a corner.
82'

AVB sends on Lewis Holtby in place of Naughton. You can' help but feel it's a lost cause.
81'

James Collins replaces Diame as West Ham opt for three centre-halves to see this game out.
Tottenham Hotspur Substitution
80'

GOAL!! Morrison adds a third for West Ham. Astonishing. The midfielder bursts from his own half, skipping past the challenge of Dembele, Dawson and Vertonghen to break into the penalty area and clip the ball over Lloris. Great goal.
West Ham United Substitution
78'
Great defending from Diame who uses his strength to muscle Defoe off the ball in his own penalty area.
77'
Townsend finds some space in between the two centre-halves in the West Ham box to meet Dembele’s cross. His header is a weak one and floats harmlessly into Jaaskelainen’s hands.
76'
If the Hammers can hold out now, it will be just their first away victory since March.
75'
Downing is the man to take the free kick but catches it all wrong, sending it high over Lloris' goal.
74'
Morrison skips past the challenge of Dembele on the edge of the Spurs box and is then brought down by Paulinho. Decent position, this.
Tottenham Hotspur Substitution
73'

Roberto Soldado is sent on and replaces Eriksen. It's probably too little, too late for Spurs, though...
72'

GOAL!! West Ham grab a second. Vaz Te surely wraps up the victory. Noble picks up the ball on the halfway line and sends Vaz Te down through on goal, with Walker out of position. The striker’s attempt at goal is saved by the legs of Lloris but it ricochets back of Vaz Te and into the net.
71'
Walker’s long throw is cleared by Tomkins but only as far as Dembele. The Belgian whips a ball in from the right, aiming for Defoe, but the striker is unable to meet the ball on the edge of the six yard box.
70'
Eriksen, who has had a relatively poor game, looks to try and create something out of nothing but is dispossessed wide on the left.
68'
Can Spurs get themselves back into this game now? They’ve looked the better team, have seen the majority of the ball but have, so far, been unable to break down the Hammers.
67'
Joe Cole, who looked certain to come on, has now sat down again. The West Ham fans are in now full voice.
66'

GOAL!! West Ham score. Downing’s corner is met by Reid whose initial effort is blocked by Nolan on the line. The defender reacts quickest, though, poking home from six yards to put the visitors ahead.
64'
Joe Cole, who has been out for five weeks, will make his way on to the pitch shortly. Demel flies down the wing and wins a corner. You can’t help but feel that a set piece is Spurs’ best chance of scoring.
63'
Rat goes down under a challenge from Townsend and looks to be struggling. He’s holding his ankle and will require treatment.
Tottenham Hotspur Substitution
62'

Lamela does indeed come in. He replaces Sigurdsson. The Argentinean's pace is sure to give Demel a few problems...
61'
Erik Lamela appears to be warming up on the touchline. He'll provide a different dimension for the hosts.
60'
Spurs are still really struggling to break down this stubborn West Ham defence. The Hammers look very narrow and compact at the back, but Spurs are equally narrow when going forward.
59'
Sigurdsson produced a couple of step-overs down the left to beat Demel before crossing. Defoe attempts to get in front of Tomkins but, as ever, the defender is able to clear.
58'
Diame goes down in the box under pressure from Dembele but there’s very little in it and play is waved on. Diame is furious with the decision, though.
57'
This is good spell for West Ham. They’re playing well and will have the hosts a little worried. Walker still doesn’t look comfortable.
56'
There were shouts for a penalty after that chance, with Vaz Te volleying into the arms of Dembele. The Belgian could do nothing about it, though…
55'
CHANCE FOR WEST HAM! Downing’s corner is met by Tomkins at the far post. The defender heads his effort into the floor but Lloris watches it all the way and is able to make the save.
54'
Townsend loses possession in his own half and West Ham look to counter. Vaz Te is sent free down the left and, after getting to the edge of the penalty area, plays in the overlapping Rat. Townsend follows the full-back’s run, though, and makes a great sliding challenge.
53'
Defoe runs at the West Ham defence and with space opening up the striker opts to shoot. It’s a venomous striker but is straight down the middle which allows for Jaaskelainen to parry over.
52'
Eriksen’s corner is met by a diving Dembele at the front post. The Belgian flicks the ball behind him, though it doesn’t fall into the path of a teammate.
51'
Great free-kick from Eriksen. The Dane whips the ball into the box at pace but it evades everybody and flies wide of the far post.
50'
Tottenham continue to pass the ball around but are struggling to break their opponents down. They are getting increasingly more frustrated.
49'
Noble looks to force it on the edge of the Spurs box. He’s got options right and left but instead attempts to play a pass into Vaz Te that is never on.
48'
Dawson should probably go into the book. Diame looks to start a West Ham attack and flicks the ball past Dawson to bear down on goal. The Tottenham defender clips the feet of Diame but escapes punishment.
47'
SHOULD SCORE!! What a chance for Tottenham straight away. Defoe is slid through on goal and does everything right apart from score. Jaaskelainen is off his line in a flash to smother the ball at the feet of Defoe.
46'
The second half is under way. Spurs kick off.
45+3'
The whistle is blown to end the first half.
45+2'
In a first half of few chances, Townsend has shone. Every time he’s seen the ball he’s looked to attack the defender and get his ball in. The best player on the park by some distance so far.
45+1'
Townsend torments Rat yet again before playing Sigurdsson in down the right. His cross is drilled hard and low but is sent out for a corner by the sliding Reid.
45'
We'll have three minutes of added time at the end of this half.
44'
That was, undoubtedly, the best chance of the half. Both Nolan and Allardyce stood with their hands on their head. Lovely free-kick routine.
43'
SO CLOSE!! Noble scoops the ball up and over the wall and into the path of Nolan. The former Newcastle man sends a volley on goal from a tight angle and beats Lloris but has to watch the ball roll agonisingly wide of the post.
42'
Vaz Te is brought down on the edge of the penalty area. Chance for West Ham?
41'
Dawson gets in a mess, trying to kick clear when he should head, and allows Vaz Te gather the ball inside the Spurs box. The defender recovers well though, making the block to put the ball out for a corner.
40'
Vaz Te gets in behind Walker and gets to the byline to cross. There’s not a single West Ham player in the Spurs box, though, and Lloris is able to make the catch.
39'
Good defending from Naughton who steps up at the last second to play Downing offside. The West Ham winger is found by an incisive pass but the flag is raised.
38'
Paulinho should do better. Eriksen finally finds some space and is able to slide the ball to his left into the path of the Brazilian whose first-time left-footed effort is skewed well wide of the goal.
37'
Great footwork from Diame. The midfielder leaves three Spurs players standing with a clever turn and sends Vaz Te through on goal. Lloris is quick off his line, though, and is able to clear the danger.
36'
What a ball from Townsend. He troubles Rat again clips a wicked ball across the face of the goal. Defoe lunges in at the near post but isn’t able to make contact. So close for the hosts.
35'
Eriksen, who has been relatively quiet so far, looks to make his way down the right but is pulled back Nolan and is awarded a free kick. That will probably be Nolan’s last…
34'
Reid gets the better of Vertonghen in the air to meet Downing’s corner but the defender doesn’t make the right contact with the ball and heads wide from 8 yards.
33'
CHANCE!! Townsend again gets the better of Rat down the right and is able to pull the ball back into the path of Paulinho on the edge of the West Ham box. The Brazilian’s first touch sets up the shot but the Spurs man leans back and sends the ball over the bar.
32'
Walker certainly doesn’t look himself today. The full-back, who so often bombs up and down the line, looks to be lacking energy. He could well be replaced if he continues in the same way…
31'
Rat gets the ball caught in his feet deep in his own half and is closed down by two Tottenham players. The full back is able to recover, though, twisting one way and then the other before punting the ball up the line.
30'
Defoe is put through on goal by Paulinho’s clever reverse pass but the flag is raised and play is brought back.
29'
Downing finds some space on the right and is able to send in a clever ball. Diame meets it from 12 yards but doesn’t look confident in dispatching his header, sending it high and wide. They’re really missing Andy Carroll.
28'
The West Ham boss will be encouraged with his side’s defensive endeavour so far but, other than frustrating their opponents, they have done very little.
27'
Tomkins has had a very good start to this game. He’s been a rock in the heart of the West Ham defence and has done everything Allardyce would have wanted. The defender again heads away an Eriksen cross.
26'
Townsend picks the ball up wide on the right and the home fans urge him to shoot. He doesn’t, and finds Defoe instead. The striker exchanges a one-two with Paulinho on the edge of the box but his touch lets him down as Jasskelainen claims.
24'
Spurs have enjoyed 64% possession so far but have failed to trouble Jaaskelainen in the West Ham goal.
23'
West Ham are currently sitting deep. Spurs are enjoying a good spell of possession and will look to capitalise on this. Townsend has a shot at goal from 25 yards but his left-footed effort drifts wide of the post.
22'
Great play from Townsend. He pulls out wide and takes on Rat before crossing from the byline. It’s a decent cross, too, but Tomkins gets ahead of Defoe to head clear.
21'
The West Ham stopper now has his boot back on and play can resume. There’s sure to be a couple of minutes added time at the end of the half for that stoppage.
19'
There is currently a pause in play as Jaaskelainen appears to have lost one of his studs. Referee Lee Probert has taken the keeper’s boot to the West Ham bench in the hope of finding another stud.
18'
Nolan loses the ball on the edge of his own penalty area as Spurs regain possession. Eriksen finds Paulinho who has options on either side but the Brazilian opts to shoot at goal from 30 yards and sends it over the bar.
17'
Rat looks to find Diame with cross-field pass but he gets it completely wrong which allows for Dawson to come out of defence and intercept the ball.
16'
Spurs are showing signs that they are getting to grips with the way that West Ham have lined up at the back. They’re seeing more of the ball, but the Hammes back line remains resolute.
15'
Decent effort from Sigurdsson. Townsend cuts in from the right and finds his teammate who, under no pressure, has a pop at goal from 25 yards. The effort is struck well but Jaaskelainen sees it early and is down well to make the save.
14'
West Ham have struggled away from home this season but have looked a different side in the opening quarter of an hour. Allardyce is sure to be encouraged.
13'
Paulinho has a sight at goal. The Brazilian is found by Sigurdsson and looks to go through on goal. His first touch is a good one but Tomkins recovers well to make a sliding challenge.
12'
Half-chance for West Ham. Downing bursts down the right wing and cuts inside to cross. Nolan loses Dembele and finds space between Dawson and Vertonghen to head at goal but the Hammers captain’s effort is mistimed and the ball flies harmlessly over the bar.
10'
Downing, tracking back, almost puts Demel in trouble with a weak pass but the defender is able to nick the ball away from Defoe and clear his lines.
9'
It’s been a lively start from both team. The visitors have put Spurs under some pressure and are defending well. Tottenham, as always, like dangerous when going forward.
8'
Great run from Diame. The West Ham man cuts in from the left, sliding the ball past Walker and then Dembele as he enters the Spurs penalty area. A poor touch then allows for Lloris to rush off his line and claim at the feet of Diame.
7'
Great defending from the visitors. Paulinho wriggles past a number of challenges on the edge of the West Ham box before Reid steals the ball and sends Diame on his way.
6'
Rat finds some space in behind Walker and is found by Diame. The full-back sends a devilish ball towards the near post but Dawson heads away under pressure from Vaz Te.
5'
Defoe and Eriksen exchange a few short, sharp passes as Spurs look to make their way into the West Ham box. The Dane looks to be through on goal but Tomkins is on hand to make the clearance.
4'
After that anxious start Spurs have settled down and are passing the ball around nicely, though West Ham are pressing high and are putting the hosts under pressure.
3'
Kyle Walker complained about feeling unwell during the warm-up but AVB has decided to give the full-back a go. We’ll keep an eye on him…
2'
A nervy start for the hosts as Hugo Loris’ attempted clearance is chased down by Kevin Nolan. The West Ham captain is able to get something on the ball but, fortunately for the French keeper, it rolls out for a throw-in.
1'
The referee blows his whistle to start the match. The visitors kick off.
15:55
We're now just five minutes away from kick off in this much-anticipated London derby. The two sets of players are in the tunnel awaiting to make their way onto the pitch. Both sets of fans are in full voice in a packed-out White Hart Lane.
15:50
How do you think the match will go today? Will Spurs continue their fine form to join Liverpool at the top of the Premier League or will West Ham turn around their fortunes and leave White Hart Lane with all three points? Let me know on the comments section at the bottom of the page or on Twitter @JoshuaHayward99.
15:45
West Ham boss Sam Allardyce, however, has expressed concern over his goal-shy side. He said: "We have created chances, but we have lacked the ability to score them. Hopefully, Andy will change that when he comes back, but the other players can't keep missing as they are at the minute."
15:40
Ricardo Vaz Te leads the line for West Ham who are without the injured Carrol. The Hammers have struggled for goals this season - finding the net just four times in six matches - but Spurs boss AVB has said that his side are still wary of the attacking threat West Ham possess.
Premier League - AVB wary of Hammers threat

West Ham have struggled for goals, but Tottenham manager Andre Villas-Boas is still expecting an "extremely difficult" match.

15:35
Notable team news for Spurs is that Jermain Defoe starts for the first time in the Premier League this season. Spaniard Roberto Soldado, who has been the preferred man up front for Andre Villas-Boas this campaign, starts on the bench.
15:30
The teams are in - TOTTENHAM: Lloris, Walker, Dawson, Vertonghen, Naughton, Dembele, Paulinho, Townsend, Eriksen, Sigurdsson, Defoe...SUBS: Friedel, Chiriches, Chadli, Holtby, Lamela, Sandro, Soldado /// WEST HAM: Jaaskelainen, Demel, Tomkins, Reid, Rat, Noble, Morrison, Nolan, Downing, Diame, Vaz Te...SUBS: Adrian, O'Brien, Collins, Cole, Jarvis, Petric, Maiga
15:25
West Ham’s Joe Cole is in contention for a place in the squad after being sidelined for five weeks with a hamstring injury. The 31-year-old, should he be fit, will more than likely start on the bench. Andy Carroll remains out with a heel injury which will see Carlton Cole included in the side.
15:20
Younes Kaboul will miss out today after suffering an injury in the Europa League win over Anzhi in midweek. Danny Rose, Aaron Lennon, Etienne Capoue and Emmanuel Adebayor are not expected to return until after the international break.
15:15
A win for Tottenham today will see them join Liverpool at the top of the Premier League table, while West Ham will look to move out of the bottom three with a victory over their London rivals.
