  1. The future is bright for England football !!

From Fat Tony, on Mon 24 Jun 12:11
  2. Lots of reasons why English national teams keep on losing. May be England are just rubbish!

From Brucie, on Mon 24 Jun 6:52
  3. The heat takes it right out of you and it takes 6 months to adapt to the hot weather for the best adapters. I play in a hot country and it took me 18 months to adapt, i sued to just go shopping and I'd have water dripping of the end of my nose and a soaked in sweat shirt. I think it's a lot easier to adapt to the a cool temperate climate like the UK as the faster you play the hotter you get.

From Lord, on Mon 24 Jun 1:23
  4. to say i'm shocked after they threw away a 2 goal lead with 30 minutes left is an understatement.

From Neo, on Mon 24 Jun 1:08
  5. See they have learnt from the senior team how to #$%$ defeat from the jaws of victory

From Sadoldgit, on Sun 23 Jun 22:39
  6. English National Teams are nothing to write home about.

From emmanuel, on Sun 23 Jun 22:12
  7. some #$%$ wrote they bombed iraq ..ok u did but we nearly won today when was the last time you won a trophy ,66 yeah my #$%$ with dodgy goal ..

From hashim, on Sun 23 Jun 22:00
  8. If this is the future of English football, we're in trouble.

From Red Sox Fan, on Sun 23 Jun 21:47
  9. Olly on here commenting on how much better Portugal are than England, did they qualify ? But got to say it looks like we have learn,t something from the cheating Portugese and that's how to feign injury with only a few minutes to go ! Whoever the English player was who decided to lay down as Iraq were attacking like a dead fly and suddenly jump up when he realised the ref hadn't bought his I'm dead act, too late, left his team mates out of position and Iraq scored should be given the boot !

From Joseph, on Sun 23 Jun 21:11
  10. well done iraq

From karim, on Sun 23 Jun 21:00
  11. If Larnell Cole played, we'd have won 6-0

From Dr HoRRiBle's ParAdiSe, on Sun 23 Jun 20:59
  12. 90 min goal ¬_¬

From Portgas D. Gunner?, on Sun 23 Jun 20:58
  13. WHY are England so BAD I can't stand any more of this as a proud Englishman.

From Andrew, on Sun 23 Jun 20:56
  14. #$%$ #$%$ england

From Robert, on Sun 23 Jun 20:53
  15. Brilliant. Just about sums it all up.

From Olly, on Sun 23 Jun 20:52
  16. givin a penalty away ! tossers !!

From Robert, on Sun 23 Jun 20:34
  17. It is a measure of the importance of the Under20 team that the authors of this piece cannot be bothered to get photos of the players involved - laziness or cost or both or didn't see this as important?

From Zanussi, on Sun 23 Jun 20:32
  18. congrats on beating iraq a country you carpet bombed to #$%$ and killed most of the children

From We Do What We Want, on Sun 23 Jun 20:30
  19. Portugal produces players that are infinitely better technicians than English players. Go to countries like Portugal, spain, brazil, argentina. the games are slower, and the kids are forced to develop close-quarter technical ability in order to be successful.

From Olly, on Sun 23 Jun 20:10
  20. Olly I don't really agree with that. Germany has very similar weather to England and they have always had a much better national team than us. Having lived in Germany since my early teens and played against German kids of the same age a lot, I'd have to say it's the coaching methods that results in them being better.

From Nathan, on Sun 23 Jun 19:56
