    • FT And there is the full-time whistle. A disaster night for Scotland and it call came from the sending-off.
    • 90' Pedersen just curled it over the wall and into the corner of the net.
    • 90' IT IS PEDERSEN WHO TAKES IT THOUGH AND HE SCORES!!!
    • 90' Skjelbred is fouled just on the edge of the box. Another chance for Riise.
    • 89' Riise fires a shot away but it goes miles over the bar.
    • 88' Commons with a decent effort from distance - it just goes over. Commons has been one of the better Scottish players tonight.
    • 87' Miller gets a shot away but Waehler is there to block.
    • 85' Carew - who has been Norway's key man - and B. Riise both go off and Helstad and Skjelbred come on.
    • 84' Iversen heads wide after Riise whipping in another free-kick.
    • 82' Norway seem to be showing the Scottish a bit of mercy now by just passing the ball around without much purpose.
    • 80' Carew is nearly fed in by Iversen but the pass was just a little overcooked.
    • 78' Scotland have to make a change. Berra has picked up a knock and Steven Whittaker comes one.
    • 77' Huseklepp makes way after scoring his first international goal with former Tottenham man Stefan Iversen coming on.
    • 75' Scotland just pass the ball around for a spell which gives everyone a breather.
    • 73' Good defending from Davidson as he tracks back to take a ball off Husekleep's feet.
    • 72' It has been two whole minutes since Norway have had a chance. At this stage that represents a result.
    • 70' McFadden has to take another chance of Carew's toe. It is a chance a minute for Norway at the moment.
    • 69' Riise now hammers another shot on target that Marshall bats away. Scotland have actually had a couple of attacks in between all this but they need to throw in the towel and shut up shop because they could lose big here otherwise. This isn't brave it is stupid.
    • 67' A Norwegian cross flashes across the box and Carew gets his foot on it. It hits the underside of the bar and looks to drop just over the line but the referee says no goal.
    • 66' Berra bundles into Carew again but no free-kick is given. This must be hard to watch if you are a Scotland fan. They could get hammered here.
    • 65' Riise curls in another one of those dangerous corners but it goes just wide.
    • 64' It looks like B. Riise is going to hammer home yet another goal but Davidson dives in to block the shot.
    • 62' Scotland just have to try and keep the score down now. This match is over as a contest.
    • 60' GOAL NORWAY!!!!! Husekleep has put it into an empty net but it was all about Carew. He turned the Scottish defence and then barged past two men before placing past Marshall. The ball hit one post and then rolled across the line before hitting the other but Husekleep slide in to score.
    • 59' Miller makes a break and has a little space but before he can get a shot away Waehler gets in with a very good challenge.
    • 58' Carew with a little chip to the back post and it is headed off the line again. Very open out there.
    • 57' Hoseth has tried an overhead gig and a bicycle gig from distance all in the space of a minute.
    • 55' McFadden has added something to the Scottish attack - but there is more space now for a dangerous looking Norwegian side.
    • 54' Carew nearly played through by B Riise but the pass was just overhit as Norway continue to look dangerous.
    • 53' Pedersen now flashes a header just wide of the target from a corner.
    • 51' Great play from Scotland for once - Commons makes a lovely run across Miller who plays the winger in. Commons then gets a shot on target but Knudsen makes a good save.
    • 49' Scotland are given the ball away cheaply and Norway look like scoring every time they attack on the break.
    • 48' Very nearly three for Norway. More messy defending from Scotland and Carew looks clear through but Marshall got out quickly to save with his feet.
    • 47' Very nearly three for Norway. More messy defending from Scotland and Carew looks clear through but Marshall got out quickly to save with his feet.
    • 46' No changes from either side as Norway get us back underway.
    • HT And there is the half-time whistle. A disasterous 45 minutes for Scotland.
    • 45'+1 GOAL FOR NORWAY - They just had too much space to move the ball from the right into the centre after Hogli was found with a long cross field ball. He played it inside to Bjorn Helge Riise and he then shifted it to Pedersen. The Blackburn man then had all the time in the world to just pick his spot and curl it into the corner of the net.
    • 45' There will be one extra minute.
    • 44' Stephen Caldwell now booked for having his hands all over Carew. Did he not learn anything from his brother? Poor free-kick from Riise though.
    • 43' Norway launch another attack but Pedersen is flagged for offside. He looked onside though.
    • 42' Kenny Miller now looks very isolated up front with McCormack off the field. You can understand Burley's bringing on Berra but how are they going to get back into the match now?
    • 40' Norway with a free-kick on the right. Another chance for Riise to put in a cross. Pedersen nearly gets there at the near post but that is well defended.
    • 38' Scotland still look a little ragged out there. They need to get to half-time at 1-0 down at the very worst.
    • 37' Scotland now forced to make a change Christophe Berra comes on as a second centre-half and Ross McCormack is the sacrificial lamb.
    • 35' AND RIISE HAS SCORED - HE BELTS IT INTO THE CORNER OF THE NET WITH HIS LEFT FOOT. It took a massive deflection off Scott Brown to be fair. Scotland now a man down and also a goal down.
    • 34' GARY CALDWELL HAS BEEN SENT-OFF - A second yellow just a minute after his first. It was a little shirt pull on John Carew on the edge of the box nothing malicious but very silly from Caldwell and now Norway have a free on the edge of the area in a central position.
    • 32' Gary Caldwell now booked for diving in on Pedersen.
    • 31' Riise with another foul - this time on Hutton - and this time he is booked.
    • 29' RIISE'S MISSES A GREAT CHANCE - A Scottish attack breaks down and Norway break quickly. John Arne Riise makes a great run to the back post and Hoseth picks him out. It looks like the Liverpool man is going to score but he fires over the bar from close range.
    • 28' J. Riise lucky to escape a booking after a foul on Hutton.
    • 27' Big penalty shout for Norway. Alexander's miscue set Carew away and he seemed to nick the ball past Stephen Caldwell before going down but the referee waved it away. If it was not a penalty though it surely should have been a second yellow for Carew for diving?
    • 26' Decent hit on the half volley from McCormack but it is a little straight and Knudsen watches it well.
    • 25' Carew gets his head on a Riise long throw but that loops well over the bar.
    • 24' Great corner from Riise that might have curled into the net had Commons not been there on the back post to head clear.
    • 23' Carew struggles to get a shot away from the edge of the area but then Norway win a corner when Ross McCormack miscues a clearance.
    • 22' Pedersen gets decent bend on a free-kick from distance. Unfortunately for the Blackburn man he bends it straight into the arms of Marshall.
    • 20' Decent first 20 minutes from Scotland. It has been pretty even stuff but the Scots have had the two best chances.
    • 19' Hoseth is the second Norwegian to go in the book for sliding into a tackle with Hutton.
    • 18' Carew is doing a lot of moaning out there. He wanted a back pass called against Scotland there. He has to be careful as he is already booked.
    • 16' SO CLOSE FROM SCOTLAND! Waehler makes a mess of trying to deal with Davidson's low cross and it looks like Kenny Miller will just have a tap in from close range but Waehler blocks Miller's shot while still lying on the floor.
    • 15' Riise with another one of those long throws but Gary Caldwell is in exactly the right spot to head it away.
    • 14' Ross McCormack storms forward and looks to have space to attack but he got a little tug and was then crowded out.
    • 12' Norway enjoying a little spell of pressure. Davidson with a good header back to Marshall ends one attack.
    • 10' Carew is given a yellow card for getting a little bit too physical jumping up with Caldwell. That's as much for persistent fouling.
    • 9' Pedersen gets the ball in a dangerous area down the left but the ball sort of gets stuck underneath his feet.
    • 8' Kris Commons is a little unlucky to be charged with a foul after nicking the ball off John Arne Riise.
    • 6' Carew makes a mess of trying to clear a corner at the other end and the first chance of the match falls to Darren Fletcher at the far post. He slices his shot over the bar though. That was a half chance though.
    • 4' Scott Brown has to make a good defensive header away after John Arne Riise whipped in a great cross from a corner.
    • 3' The referee has been quite whistle happy in these opening moments as we still wait for the match to settle down.
    • 1' Scotland have to defend an early long throw from Riise (of the John Arne kind) but Carew was fouling in the box
    • 1' Kenny Miller playing up front on his own for Scotland. Ross McCormack will play wide left. James McFadden only on the bench.
    • 1' And Scotland get us underway...
