    End of season

    Well done lads
For all the whingeing about Hoddle, performances etc no disgrace at the end to get 2 wins & 2 draws out of the last 5 games & finish one place off the play offs.Perhaps if everyone gets behind them then next year could be the one, hopefully.

    • I am very optimistic about the youth setup and next season.
I think wolves should face the fact we probably wont go up next season under the current resource crisis.

I feel the youth players are the future of wolves now, i'm gonna sit back for a few seasons and wait for the next lescott or keane.

      • weve been paying premiership wages for championship players for far too long.Even on the odd occasion we sell a player to a top team they still underachieve how many ex wolves players have League winners medals or fa cup medals that is the only measure of success how many league medals have you got not how big is your pay cheque till man utd chelsea and liverpool are scouting our players we are going to be perenniel losers .Our catchment area should ensure we get enough home grown talent

    • Michael Bischoff would be a good replacement for joleon lescott, i saw him when he was on loan, he'd do a good job.

    • Yet another season of disappointment and mediocre performances.I geniunely fear for Wolves next season but you never know.

      • the present system is geared for the big guns of the premiership there are only four six if you include the scotish giants geniune premiership teams the others are just whipping boys you could just as easily have an eight up eight down championship as most leagues have mediocrity built in parachute payments my arse fail in this life and you hit the deck evcept football

      • you dont need to be paying 20 grand a week to finish out the top six of the second division the contracts offered should reflect sucess and failure the shit we are paying shouldnt be on a hundredth of what man utd chesea liverpool are on .likewise ticket prices to watch glorified parks/sunday league a fiver would be overcharginfg for championship football

      • the wolves players have done themselves no favours with their gutless performances except for robbie keane over the last thirty years not one player has ever left wolves and ever made it with an arsenal chelsea or a man u when these teams are interested in our players then the club will be well again half the crap weve got we cant give away

    • I have been a Wolves Fan for years......dont let the sun get to you Chris, the only way this team is ever going to get up again is to remove at least 7 of that first team...no courage, or determination, problem is as well, that they do not understand what Hoddle is telling them to do....why? because he still thinks he is training players with skill and ability....get ready for another roller coaster next year, they aint buying, and with 3 strikers that didn't get 20 Goals between them...and a defence like a sieve....hmmm, but we are all optimists Chris...up the Wolves

      • the main problem at wolves is the players, its allways been the players, the likes of kennedy, cort, miller, naylor, olofinjana, cameron, soel hi-yeon have all played part in the last 2 seasons, when i see these players play and others, i see them playing in a wolves shirt, with no ambition to get out of the league, there scared of the premiership, i'm a wolves fan and i hate to say it but its true???

this has allways been the attitude with half of the wolves squad.

why play paul ince next season??? we need 4 pacey midfielders!!! not 3, sorry ince you were a legend, should be in the background setup now.

cant believe miller played 2 seasons for us after requesting a transfer when we were relegated,

glad he leaving hes a little whinger, he spent most of his wolves career on the floor of the pitch and its true!!!

    • weve tried ex international mercenary types theres got to be more wayne rooney types 18 year olds are as physically mature as 21 year olds were 20 years ago success in all fields is 90% perspiration a young side that can get into the premiership and then grow old together is whats required likewise the fan base has got to be rebuilt 40000 ++ are needed to survive in the premiership and more if going into europe Glenn Hoddle wont want the blot of wolves failure on his cv so will suceed if only to prove everyone wrong get wolves promoted hes got to be tied down with a five year deal christ look at the calibre of the candidates for the england job we are very fortunate glens prepared to continue with the poison chalice at molineux

    • yes well done all this talk of curbishley hes had ten times longer at charlton than glen hoddle has when you see the also rans up for the england job we are very fortunate that glenn hoddle even stayed overnight in wolverhampton it is a ten year job to get a football club right with the whole of the west midlands football in decline when wolves bounce back they could need a hundred thousand seater stadium the population is there get man utd arsenal or chelsea style success and well be using the baggies ground as over spill car parking
