He's a very good coach. But in the past we have had the likes of Brian Kidd and Steve McLaren move on and we have managed to find good replacements every time. SAF will find another decent replacement should Queiroz leave so I for one am not worried.
My main concern with him leaving would be how will it effect players like Ronaldo, Nani or Anderson - he was instrumental in all of their signings and for all commentary heard been very supportive of them both on and off the pitch.

Ronaldo, Nani and Anderson are professionals. They can handle it and it probably won't effect them at all. People thought the same thing about what effect Brian Kidd's departure would have on Giggs, Beckham, Scholes and the Nevilles since Kidd was instrumental in nurturing them from junior level to first teamers. But Kidd's departure had no negative effects on them. As professionals it's their job to just get on with working with the new guy.
