Oh come on Chris, don't right off Giggsy just yet. Yes he hasn't got the pace and thrust of old but he still rarely makes a mistake and knows hows to make those cute runs through the middle to distarct defenders. His passing to put players in on goal was brilliant against Roma in the 2nd leg of the Quarters and he played brilliantly against Liverpool at home too. And don't forget his superb performance against Chelski at home this season where he created many chances and was in on goal a few times too. He tried a bit during the run-in but I think now hes fully rested (as was evident against Wigan). He's made for this game.
Also gonna have to disagree with you on Park being direct since this is exactly what he wasn't against Barca at the Nou Camp and may have the same mentality against Chelski in the Final. I'll agree to disagree on this, but Giggsy having nothing left in the tank? Get out of it Chris :)
I think giggsy is no where near as effective as he was less stamina and pace and lower work rate (compared to himself) still better than some therefore a squad player unless a good preseason turns it around like scholesy and gazza neville and hopefully tevez recharges his batteries I think he's running on adrenaline now enough to get us through the Cl final though with this short breather before hand
