He got pushed in the face and like all footballers he goes down as if knocked out by world heavyweight champ, someone joked he may have thought a leeds player pushed him and was trying to get him sent off.
There's a 1001 other issues that people don't talk about on here and you have no idea whether or not people are bothered about fighting them.
Out of interest, what are you doing to stop those who 'support and fund the abuse & slavery of black & asian children'?
Of course, you won't answer because you're a hypocrite.
"What do you mean by "getting on your high horse" about racism ? Do you think people shouldn't fight racism?"
over your again ian!
of course i want us to fight racist. its a terrible thing.
but my point is ian, there are other issues people dont seem to be bothered about fighting. child slavery & abuse, inhumane animal suffering to name just 2..
can u not see how its wrong to fund & support child slavery & abuse and also inhumane animal suffering, yet then get on your high horse about racism?
another issue is people speak up against racism. yet at the same time support and fund the abuse & slavery of black & asian children. oh the irony!
"For someone who claims to be 'wise' you seem to have plenty of trouble understanding the simplest of things."
Sarcasm, kid. Look it up.
I'm hurt that you think I'm "sad". GIven the immense respect I have for your opinion, that really worries me.
Remember, look up "sarcasm".
Do you have anything meaningful to offer this discussion, or just more trolling?
They reported it as racist, because that was the information they had. They have clearly done a follow-up article to clarify, beyond any doubt, that it was a self-inflicted case, probably, as you say, as a result of mental illness.
"So, your first example features a case where the person made the claim that it was a racist attack - that's not a media creation, and clearly they've reported that it wasn't."
they originally reported it as racist. and also tons of people got on the high horse about racism before knowing all the facts.
what have i said that makes me seem to be acting the victim?
"Yes. And besides, why would anyone support those things"
it gets even better! u dont even realise u are supporting & funding these things!
not so wise son.
So, your first example features a case where the person made the claim that it was a racist attack - that's not a media creation, and clearly they've reported that it wasn't.
The Frankie Boyle thing, fair enough, I agree his "Dept of n*gger-bombing" joke wasn't racist, although he's made his share of genuinely offensive and unfunny jokes.
Still, that is one example, so well done. Doesn't create any kind of trend. To my view, there is no trend of racist incidents being created from nothing in the media.
Also, "the MIrror thinks everyone is racist"? I missed that front page.
I do agree that the media likes to sensationalize. However, I don't see evidence that they are trying to manufacture racist incidents.
"so u all refuse to defend supporting slave labour, child abuse & animal cruelty because....... its written in the wrong thread."
Yes. And besides, why would anyone support those things? It's like asking the classic leading question, "When did you stop beating your wife?"
