When you gonna get rid of him?

Now Jewell has found his feet what is the point in getting rid off him. The players need to go out with the Derby Pride we all keep going on about!!

    • The blame is not all jewells.Remember when he came in there was a crisis at pride park billy davies had left a right mess behind when he left after saying he was staying so derby had no preparation for the upcoming season so there was no confidnce anywhere to be seen and when you come to a team with no confidence its a battle that cannot be won overnight it takes a long time to bring confidence to a team like derby who at the time could have been beaten a childs five a side team.Paul jewell desrves credit for sticking it out and carrying on the fight when other managers would have walked away.picking a team from the players he had was not easy especially when none of the players had any confidence in themselves or their teamates.Yes ok it took months but when a team is that low you cant snap your fingers and make everything right over night I was personally expecting it to take a little longer than this but I am personally happy to see smiles on the faces of the derby players again.I saw the first win and the joy and releif on the players faces at the full time whistle was a joy to see you could see the weight lift of their shoulders and after that we saw better movement and commitment and its be getting better since and now we are unbeaten in six games.I will not be disappointed if we dont make the play-offs this seaon in fact I think it may be better if we aim for a top half finish and then push for promotion next season to give the players chance to become the never say die derby team we all know and love, COME ON YOU RAMS !!!!!!!!!!!
