  • Hmmm. Not sure about this, his pedigree in management is like comparing a Sunday morning jogger stepping up to run a European Championship event. Blackburn are a far cry from Macclesfield or MK Dons, it is certainly a gamble, I am surprised at the appointment, would they have employed him if he had not been well known as a player ?

    • Good luck to Incey,Blackburn are a club that gives young British managers a chance and other clubs should take thier lead and follow what they do and offer other jobs to British managers instead of opting for the quick fix managers from abroad.

Good luck Incey from a United fan

      • You may question his management pedigree, but with all due respect, given your club's constraints in terms of budget and achievements, you can't expect attracting high profile managers joining your club.

Paul Ince was a leader when he was a player, a natural motivator by showing his passion to the sports, I think he will do a good job for you at Blackburn. Good luck.
