    Focus back on the pitch

Ditto Bryan.A totally thoroughbred performance from the lads tonight, racing up the league and not a whip in sight. I thought that Andy K was immense as was Ross MC up front. They pulled their defence apart. The after match comment was made that this was not a good performance from Donny tonight, not so, we made them look ordinary. Danny P, what a good signing for us he has transformed the left side and we are now seeing what a good player young White is. Big pat on the back for SG I feared that the two week break may have had an adverse effect on our momentum, quite the opposite as it looks like some hard work was put in by the coaching staff to improve the back four. Will be able to relax tomorrow for the first time for ages. Keep it up lads. MOT as always

      • All round superb display from the team. Tom Lees looks like a proper old fashioned CB the way he dominated Jon Parkin, and got his head on everything that came his way. Him and O'Dea just did everything right, and never looked shaky when under pressure.
Aidy White and Danny Pugh looked solid on the left, Connelley had another impressive game, and the front 2 look like they are enjoying playing together, and have already got a very good understanding of each others game.
And the 2 in midfield ran the show and gave our defence the cover when needed. Whatever SG has been doing on the training ground is reaping the rewards and long may it continue.
