Leeds v Brighton A Gay Day?

What Readfearn has going for him is that he knows the players, he is available, and he is cheap. If he manages to get results from the next few "winnable" games, Bates will keep him on until the end of the season. If he does not get results, Leeds will be an even more unhappy club. It will be too late to bring in a new manager to gain promotion. Leeds will stay in the Championship but, next term, will have to start again with a diminished team and dwindling attendances. This will create a downwards spiral. Eventually, Leeds will go bust and Teak Trading, registered in the British Virgin Islands (like Bates' other companies), will cash in with a mega property development.
