    zokora

He's on about 120 games now, and he blatantly really wants to but is too scared to try now - quite often you'll see him in a great position but he'll pass to someone less well-placed.

The whole of the stadium (home or away) will go mental for him... I bet his first goal's offside!

    • Strangely no one has mentioned that he might be off to Madrid in january yet!!
Could he score that elusive goal in one of his last appearances for us? Would you swap a Zokora winner against ManUtd and 6 million quid to wave him goodbye to La Liga?
I think I would but then I have never been his biggest fan.......what say you lillywhites?

      • Undecided... I like Zokora, I think (as long as he doesn't get sloppy or slip back into diving ways) he's got a good temperament for Spurs, he's good for the team... not the greatest, but neither was Steed and look how we miss him.

On the other hand, his only spurs goal being a last gasp winner against Utd would be a brilliant farewell for him.

I have to say, I think his response to the interest was spot on, a really well measured positive answer and I don't think he's massively interested in going right now; perhaps keeping everyone sweet in case the club want to sell him?

      • yeah, i've never really rated him that highly, he's got great energy and great pace but his passing is terrible and he often gives the ball away with sloppy passing and he doesn't seem to have much vision for a killer pass, think O'hara or Huddlestone are better holding mid-fielders ???
