    The transfer merry-go-round

I think I'd rather go down than see Keane back at the Lane. Perhaps that's a bit extreme and I'll change my mind in the morning, but as far as I'm concerned he was welcomed and worshipped here, and he lied and acted like a coward (I don't for one minute believe that he was a Liverpool fan as a child, he hadn't mentioned it in a single interview before May last year but plenty of times he talked about being a Celtic fan) and shat all over the team that made him good as soon as a 'better' offer came along, and then he had the temerity to say that we'd understand eventually!

So yeah, I really think I'd rather go down than have him come back and come out with all the bullshit about how WHL's always been his home. I'd definitely rather have Ghaly back than him.

But I don't think it's that serious: we'll do alright without him, and I hope he rots in their reserves.

    • Oh, and in reply to what someone said earlier about Assou-Ekkotu, has anyone heard any interviews or anything with him since he sid he wanted to go to PSG? I can't help but wonder if he's trying to secure an exit without quite giving the club the Berb treatment. Obviously he's not going to be allowed to leave any time soon, but I do think he might be trying - he's not been all that bad lately until the transfer window...

      • There are a few players, namely ,Woodgate, Dawson, Assou-Ekkotu who are not taking responsibility for there mistakes.

These mistakes are costing the team valuable points and it needs to stop.

Glad to see Chimbonda back creating goals with his crossing. Ben is not gona score every game but 14 goals for the season so far can't be that bad. I think we have a good strike force. Also glad to see palacios battling hard in midfield a definite improvement.

If like harry said we can get in a couple of player who can deal with set pieces then we will be gold.

Again left sided full back needed.
