John Terry and the Golden Oldies

I think theres a good argument for selecting a team of our best young players, and building for the future, but it would mean the media and fans must back the fact that we are likely to lose more often, and maybe miss out on qualifying for the next world cup in order to gel and grow as a team...I for one would accept a new start, with no pressure from fans and media, as long as we see a steady improvement, and the players should benefit, as long as they dont take for granted that the result does'nt matter, but knowing they wont get slated if they lose.

    • Couldn't agree more Joe but that decision should have been taken straight after the last debacle and not now just before a major tournament.

We should have got rid of Capello, lost 4 or 5 of the ones that have flattered to deceive and brought in the youngsters to let them have time to grow into a proper team. The FA bottled it as usual.
