Mario is so over rated! he isn't actually that good.
mourinho got rid of him asap!
glad u agree joe. nearly every city fan I speak too has wanted him gone since about a year ago.
he has got a strange hold over mancini.
I think he is blackmailing him over something.
just like when VDV was blackmailing harry in to playing him even when he was hobbling about on a Zimmer frame on the half way line.
marios best performances were meant to be in the EUROs.
but even then, his finishing was terrible. he missed about 5 or 6 good chances. im not talkin about your idea of a good chance which can be an overhead kick from 30 yards out.
he doesn't score enough, his all round game isn't great.
if mancini wasn't around then he would be at a much lower team.
he is bad for team spirit too & just causes problems.
he is a big reason why mancini will end up getting sacked.
although he should be sacked anyway for a poor job he is doing. they should have walked the league last yr but he nearly blew it. & this year they are going to lose the title by quite a lot of points. already out the CL again too.
suarez is a very good player. much better than mario. I really wanted us to go for him when he was at ajax.
but harry & our scouts thought he would be too lightweight for the premiership.
id take suarez. his cheating is annoying but that's the way football has gone now.
Premier League football is an absolute farce now, and lots of guys all over the country feel the same as me. A guy isn't doing the business for a few games or whatever, so go out and buy some bugger else. It appears to be success or nothing, fuskc the young players at the club and the academies.
Don't know how much you lot pay to get into the Lane, I was reading somewhere that the average Chelsea ticket's about 50 quid---if that's true, put a line through it and get your arses moving and take up golf.
H---birdies are a breeze.

Wow, I ask a couple of hypotheticals out of curiosity and it's getting Mancini sacked and Alan's giving up on football - I never knew I was so powerful! In that case, hypothetically can Arsenal please just scrape a Europa place this season? ;-)
Alan, were you referring to anything in particular? The responses re Balotelli or the fact we're looking to buy another forward rather than bring eg Kane or Carroll through to the first team? Work's being done to complete their development with the intention of bringing them up, but they're not ready to be relied on yet.
My original questions don't matter in the grand scheme of things, they're never gonna happen, but I was surprised by the response to Baloteli. I think he's really skilled, clearly he has issues but with his background who wouldn't, especially when he's gone from that to city's fame and fortune. I've seen some great stuff from him, admittedly not so much recently (I don't think I can count the U21s game he played), but I suppose I always like the 'characters', esp when you see how a relationship with a manager brings the best out in them. Maybe I'm just one of the people who overrates him... (Genuinely, that's not meant to sound sarcastic).
There's no debating Suarez's talent, and I'd never want to imply otherwise, but for me he's like Fellaini; could be sensational but ruins it with his behaviour, and I don't want that representing my club. I suppose the difference between them and e.g. Mario in my mind is that it seems much more calculated and therefore devious from them, I can cope with moments of madness but not outright thuggery or cheating.
