Tottenham Hotspur Message Board
It's all over sunday Yidsters and the fate of our respective clubs will be decided for another year, a whole season of ups and downs, to be decided in just 90 minutes of nail biting football.
I have a terrible feeling that your sorry lot are about to gazump Arsenal to the CL places.
Karma has a real knack of evening out 'luck' over the course of time and last game qualification, between the north London clubs has, as we all know, fallen in favour of Arsenal in recent years.
If, you sorry hard done by lot manage to pip the GLORIOUS and frankly MUCH NICER side of north London this season, then all I can do is shrug the rippling muscles in my shoulders and, through gritted teeth, wish you lot well for next season.
Naturally, if, on the other hand, Arsenal actually do pull off the biggest robbery since, well, the last time we gazumped you, all I can do is chortle and rub my six pack whilst I let out a MIGHTY guffaw!
Whatever happens, enjoy!
And remember.....it really is, ONLY a GAME.
do u work for sky fab? trying to get more viewers! everyone knows the goons will win easy. newcastle have been awful & have nothing to play for. even the managers not bothered. put yer money on arsenal win. good odds & easy ££. sky should really show chelsea & arsenal matches. more chance of both games meaning something. didnt u tip wigan to get a result at arsenal alan? even thou it was obvious they would run out of legs & lose. anyway, im hoping we beat sunderland & finish with a win. even if it is too little, too late. wouldnt like to be in levys shoes. he sacks harry when we finish 4th & hand picks avb against.most fans wishes. & now we finish 5th. wriggle out of that 1 levy!

SB...If we beat Sunderland, we'll finish with our highest PL total ever, so would you say AVB has done better than Harry, or do you consider league placing as the mark of progress? I would say that on the whole, we havent played with much attacking flair this season, but that is understandable considering the lack of flair players in the team, especially in midfield...Most other teams, such as Chelsea, Liverpool and Arsenal use the term of being in a Transitional period when they get new players/managers in as an excuse for their below expected league placing even though as in Liverpool and Chelsea's case they have spent near £200 million in the last couple of seasons, so I personally would say we have done better this season even if we finish 5th. Hopefully we will now get the 4 or 5 quality player's we all know we need to get us playing the way we like to see us play, but probably like you I wont be holding my breath on that even if we do end up with 4th.....By the way, well done on topping our prediction table, hope you enjoy listening to your own view's on Hudds, while I got myself a bag of m+m's... lol....
I've already karmed the guys on here down with an in depth educated forecast in the You Guys thread. Plus the fact, Cisse's champing at the bit. I've sent you a Newcie Brown down Fab as an end of season depression lifter.
It's hide behind the settee time with half open fingers covering the eyes...
I would wish you good luck, but in this particular instance, I want all the luck with us....
Maybe after tomorrow we may have to think up a name for the day in the year when that Woolwich bunch you support (who come from SOUTH London) can't catch us...?
