    Handball. Diving. Cheating.

How long will it be before Fifa the and the governing bodies across the world come together and allow video replays similar to those used in cricket.
In the time it takes players to argue the toss with the ref and his assistant, an 'expert' could look again at the incident and tell the twat (ref) whether it was a dive or trip, handball or ball to hand, ball over the line or not.

Football has to move with the times.

In recent weeks it is obvious that 'cheating' is the way forward.

really? the only reason you are crying and whinging in the first place is because its happened to YOU! self centred tw@ts. Its been going on for years morons. Dont believe me? check out the penalty given to Steven Gerrard by Rob Styles against Sheff Utd take a look at that @rsehole. For reference its 2006/7 season. Its funny that really dont seem to remember us playing Birmingham Nil that season. I wonder why? Becaues you fantasise that the premiership was only started in 2009/10 when Birmingham Nil joined maybe? Time you all got off fcuking fantasy island (just leave Billy marooned he enjoys the fantasy life) Now get your nappies changed children.
The BOGOF was intended for the West Ham supporting board gobshite, but as he's away doling out parking tickets you will do.
Feel free to cut and paste my posts anywhere you wish w@nker. What do you have to say now Small Heath? maybe learn to read eh.

    • Hey dumbass.......
Yes Howie, I'm obviously talking to you.
The point of the thread was to highlight and debate the on-going cheating that is going on in the game today.
NOT the Liverpool dive nor illegal drug taking, even though one player has incredibly been "rewarded" with a new contract. It was actually about 'cheating'.
By your indifferent reply it is clear you actually condone this type of football as long as it does not affect you.
This is just my opinion and not a fact nor copied nor read in a scraggy red top.
Cheating will eventually ruin the game if it goes on unchecked and ignored by the authorities.
As for Ireland asking for a re-match, that is (imo) a token gut reaction that will get nowhere. Just imagine if they were allowed to replay the match, how many clubs worldwide would jump on the band wagon and demand re-matches from times gone by.
England v Argentina and the 'hand of the little fat cheating' Maradona.
Would you be first in line (again) shouting at the injustice of the Tevez affair? Bet your bottom dollar on that one.
P.S Howie. While the dive in the L'pool match was an injustice and a penalty should not have been awarded I am sure any other football fan would agree a 2-2 draw at anfield and Premiership football is better than the fizzy-pop league of wanna-be's and terrific results like these.....
      Coventry 3-2 sheff utd
sheff u 3-3 Ipswich despite leading three times.
A 1-1 home draw against the mighty Doncaster (no offence meant to donny)
      Scunthorpe 3-1 sheff u. Oops.
Blackpool 3-0 another loss to a top side.
3-4 home to Cardiff. Made great viewing for the neutral.
0-1 home to Newcastle. You need to be able to compete with the big boys if you have promotional aspirations.
      Hardly inspiring stuff.
Is that why you plague these boards looking for solstice and an argument to relieve the tremendous pressure of following (from the proverbial armchair) a shit team who harbour druggies, killers and demented chairmen? Perhaps.
You even have the audacity to question the morals and honesty of Mr Yeung when he highlights a "possible" problem.

One last thing. What is the point of the BOGOF thread?
Firstly he is no longer connected to our top flight club and secondly he is talking to West Ham.
Maybe you should post it on their board instead.
Tell you what, I'll save you the bother.
I have already done it for you.
No Howie. No, really. No no.........there really is no need to thank me...

    • Alex McLeish has ruled out a possible return as Scotland manager but insisted the job is "not a poisoned chalice".

McLeish enjoyed a successful spell in charge of the national side before making the switch to Birmingham two years ago. But he has no desire at this stage of his career to take over from George Burley, who was sacked earlier this week.

McLeish said: "I said after the World Cup exit that the Scottish FA (Football Association) should back George but you knew he would be scrutinised in every game and, if he didn't get results in the first couple, he would be under pressure again."

He added: "Unfortunately, results never went for George. Circumstances were difficult but no one has sympathy for that side of things, like injuries and not being able to pick your best players.

"It can cost managers their jobs but in Scotland they have got to look forward."

McLeish continued: "Is it a job I would want to return to now? No. I've got a fantastic challenge here at Birmingham.

"I am really enjoying it and building a team and infrastructure which hopefully can keep us in the Premier League for a few seasons to come.

"I loved my time with Scotland, a fantastic journey which was part of my education in football and it is a phenomenal honour to manage your country.

"But I am very happy at Birmingham and will be even happier if we get to January showing the same performance levels of the last few weeks."

    • hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha Still amusing 3rd time around!

    • Because Steve, the govering bodies don't want to accept they are wrong....You, I , Andy, the others that actually GO to the games (not you Sheffield twat) expect to see a fairly played game, but there is too much money at stake, and a quick dive, or handball, and that can make the difference of £000's, so that to them makes it worth the risk..and whats the worst thing that can happen if they get caught ot...maybe sent off at worst...and still draw their over inflated wage.

    • OMG you'll want running water next.
