Could he do better on the money Arsen has had to spend and would he work within a regime that wont hand over the coffers lightly, too many restraints for someone like the special one to work in.
Now Guardiola is a different kettle of fish and would love the stability of a club like Arsenal and the freedom given to their managers regarding football matters.
