I agree with the general consensus being said on here. Even about the Giroud red, hes out for 3 games yet we need to win some crucial points this provides a good test as to what Wenger has been working on and whether a plan b is actually our better option. I cant remember the last time we started a game in an alternative to 433 formation. The lack of variety drives me nuts
All I can say is that we are lucky to win because after they went down to 10 man they were the better team for a while some some good opportunities. We are a team that doesn't score easily and must have one of the worst scoring %.
I am happy Giroud got a red card because I was getting tired of seeing that old work horse lumbering around the pitch with little effect. Maybe now we will get a look at Pod in the center.

Lucky? I'd say the team were lazy.
We had 70% possession, yet only managed 4 more shots on goal.
You can declare Fulham to be the best team in the world at defending with just ten men, but the fact is, we had an extra man for 80 minutes!
I can remember the old guard playing against eleven men, and still making it look like we had two extra players. Other teams used to be chasing ghosts.
The likes of Ramsey, Rosicky and Walcott lack the same level of ability to keep opponents guessing what or where they will pop up next.
All the next four games are going to be a huge test of will and desire. We can win two easily. The other two will tell me how much they want a top 3 spot.
